Great house excellent location

Everything was perfect. Very well furnished and everything was tidy. 10 out of 10 and yes, we will recommend it.

This unit was located in a great location. About 2 blocks walking distance from the Médano beach and the Marina. The gym had great equipment and rooftop sitting was amazing. I would definitely book this place again.

This location was great! The Airbnb was clean and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. Check in was easy and we were allowed to check in 2 hours early. Everything was about a 10 min walk to bigger restaurants and the beach but local food was less than 5 min walk. Streets were quiet up until thrusday/Friday night where there was a lot of noise and loud people in the hallways of the condo and on the street. Other than that the stay was great and it was an amazing deal. We would recommend anyone to stay here!

We had an awesome stay here in Cabo. The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything we wanted while still feeling safe and relaxed. The condo itself was fabulous: very clean, spacious, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The space had everything we needed for a great trip, and it made coming back after long days out in Cabo really enjoyable. Communication with the hosts was excellent! They were responsive, helpful, and made check-in and the entire stay seamless. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cabo. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us perfectly and with excellent kindness. The amenities at the place are very good, both the gym and the pool. We really liked that it's super central and we could walk to the Marina, so we mostly didn't use the car. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and that helped a lot. Regarding the noise, we don't suffer from it. However, it's normal since it's close to the street, but it's not something that prevents you from sleeping or resting. We will definitely book on our next visit!

A good location, very attentive.

The place is very good, in a good location, and easy to get to, as you can reach it by public or private transportation. Security is excellent; in fact, it is very, very safe, as they have cameras and security guards. In general, everything is good. If you want to enjoy a quiet and safe vacation, I recommend the place 100%.

Everything was walking distance ! , it was a 5 min walk to Mango deck / The office , the beach , Baja brewing , many good and nice restaurants near by , the oxxo was one minute away , the marina is a 20 min walk or a 5 min car ride. Airport is 35 mins away , the Airbnb came with a nice fancy hair dryer , curling iron , fan , towels / beach towels , beach chairs and a big beach bag, the balcony was big and nice. Airbnb is right next to the street so yes ur gonna hear the cars and people passing by , the bars playing music late at night but as someone who’s used to a loud neighborhood it was no issue at all , everything was a 10/10 , check in and check out was easy , they have stairs and a elevator. Washing and dying machine was easy to use. Overall we have a good stay here ! P.s the restroom might make some scary noises , it’s sounded like the water was draining or flushing ,it scared me when I was about to sleep ! Heheheh had a good laugh at it tho!

Great condo and complex, and host was very responsive. Location was excellent for walking to town and to beach. Early morning there was a lot of road noise and dogs barking that could be heard from the master bedroom.

We stayed here during out trip to Los Cabo’s and really enjoyed it. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a nice area. It felt safe and everything we needed was nearby, restaurants, shops, and the beach. Communication with the host was easy and they were helpful throughout the stay. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The photos match reality, it's a good place to stay, it's centrally located and easily accessible. The hosts were friendly and responded quickly, there was good communication. The apartment is beautiful, tidy and clean.

Very nice condo in the heart of Cabo, close to the marina and shopping and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and the condo was as described and had all the items needed for a week stay. The indoor parking garage was great for our rental car and the building was easily accessible with key card access. The lobby staff was helpful at check-in.

Very nice accommodation, everything was very good

The condo was exactly as described and was wonderful. Perfect for a family with 2 teenage kids. It's in a great location with lots of restaurants around and we could walk to pretty much anything in Cabo San Lucas. The complex was clean and we enjoyed using the pool and the roof top decks. We rented a car and it was convenient to have a parking spot in the garage. Ines was very responsive and responded to our texts very quickly.

Inés’ bnb is very centric. Its walkable to everything including Walmart, Medano Beach, and The marina. There’s alot of restaurants to walk to. Mango deck is 5 minutes away walking distance. The Bnb itself is clean.

The place was great! Its in a good location about a 10 min walk from the beach where all the restaurants are. There were no small towel and only 2 or 3 towels, so I would recommend bringing towels if you're traveling with a group. Otherwise it was a good stay

Very clean, modern apartment with a great layout and efficient AC. There is everything you need for cooking, too. Walkable to the beach, the supermarkets, the mall and the marina. A cornershop and some good restaurants are only steps away. Gym and pool nice extras. Great value for money. Very safe. The only downside is that the balcony and one bedroom face a busy street and that the master bedroom could have black out curtains.

Lovely room, no complaints

Awesome Location, at at Awesome Place 10/10 would recommend to friends, and book again. The host responded very quickly, and was super helpful with anything we needed. Their is security 24/7 and during the day a attendant at the desk who will help with setting up a safe ride, or any activities you may be interested in. Short walking distance of Medano Beach, Marina, and downtown with some awesome restaurants right next door.

Overall the place and location were great! We loved the balcony and cleanliness of the place. The only thing we were not aware of was that while there are two restrooms both bedrooms connect to the full restroom.

Our stay was very comfortable, due to the comforts of the accommodation and the proximity to the area of interest of Los Cabos, we have the support to suggest recommendations of activities to make to enjoy our stay more.

very well maintained and modern. we love the pool area and the rooftop jacuzzi which we use several times. the area is safe to walk at night, the only comment that I would have in the negative would be the street outside, pescatora, is very loud. there is a fire station nearby so sirens go right past the place.

Ines was a wonderful host and always very responsive to my messages. We had an issue with a cold shower and it was handled immediately and fixed right away. The location is unbeatable with the beach, so many restaurants and Walmart within walking distance. The unit was new, very clean, minimalist in style and very comfortable. Would return to stay here again! Thanks for an amazing time in Cabo!

We had a great stay, the apartment was clean and comfortable and the hosts were very helpful and communicative. The location is perfect, it's easy to walk to Medano beach and a lot of good restaurants. I wouldn't recommend if you are a light sleeper, as there is a bit of noise, especially on the weekends. But otherwise, this place is amazing, highly recommend!

Spent a week in Cabos and I could’ve have chosen a better place to stay ! The place is affordable yet very private, clean and modern. I highly recommend Ines and her condo for anyone spending time in Cabo San Lucas. I know where I’m staying next time I visit.

The apartment is in very good condition, the area has a lot of restaurants nearby, you can reach many walking. The building facilities in very good condition.

The depa is beautiful and the safety of the place is very good. The pool lit at night looks beautiful. The place is just like in the photos and all the utensils are of high quality. We felt right at home. We would definitely come back if I have the chance.

Condo has the best location in Cabo, and has everything you need to feel at home, you have everything nearby; super markets, restaurants, coffee shops, beach. The Beach is 3 blocks away, it is definitely better to walk because it is hard to find parking close to the beach. The pool and environments are nicely laid out. Thanks for the coffee and sugar Inés was always waiting for my messages which I love, this proves that she is a responsible person. SUPER!!! I loved the place and the location.

Very clean, tidy and cool apartment; minimalist but just enough for a 3 night stay. Thank you Inés, for the courtesy of coffee, sugar, oil and salt. The only one but it was that the TV was turned off and the final of both the Euro and the Copa America was interrupted, outside of that everything was very good.

I really liked the location of this spot. Super easy to get to the beach and the supermarket and loved the fact that it had a gym and pool. I would recommend this to a friend and would stay here again.

Location, location, location! We were in the middle of it all without being in the direct hustle and bustle so it was nice and peaceful. The building isn’t completely finished so there were moments when it got a little loud with the construction going on. The only thing I would mention is maybe having a drying rack in the place. There’s a washer and dryer provided but a drying rack for towels and swimwear would’ve been amazing. Otherwise, everything was great. Would recommend!

Ines described the condo precisely. The photos accurately describe her place and amenities. it was clean, clear of any clutter. Smells clean and fruity. She offers an umbrella, 4 bath towels, 4 pool towels, 1/extra blanket, plastic cups & plates, cooking utensils, dish soap, hand soap, iron, blow dryer, washer & dryer. there is AC control in each bedroom separate from living room. I loved the wall to wall glass in the living room and master bedroom. The outside balcony had two seats we enjoyed sitting while chatting and sipping drinks. No need for uber. Surrounding areas that are accessible 10 min or less walking are, beach, Mango Deck, Wal-Mart, El Paraiso mall, Marina, all the clubs on main Street.

It’s a beautiful apartment with all its basic needs. Location was great and close to many restaurants and the beach is about a 10 min walk. Apartment felt secure, great lighting and stayed fresh and cool the entire stay considering the heat outdoors. Considering how close we were to the street, it was still fairly quiet. Only thing missing was a microwave, but it wasn’t a huge issue. We would definitely stay here again!

Super clean apartment and very good location

Great place to stay super close to the beach which is less than a 10 minute walk away. There is also lots of restaurants all within 10 minutes of walking and even downtown Cabo San Lucas is no more than a 15 minute walk away. Great apartment super clean and modern.

This place is great. It is brand new and the air conditioning works great. It is a very close walk to the swimmable beach and places like the Office--probably 5 to 7 minutes. The main bedroom has a king bed, which was very comfortable. The TV is a smart TV with Netflix and other apps, which already work (you don't have to use your own account). Washer and dryer worked great. The building is secure in that there are two places where you have to input a code to gain entry: one at the outside entry and one inside the building to get to the elevators but sometimes the entry requiring a code to the elevators was just just open including at night. I used the gym and it had a good selection and the equipment is new. The pool area is nice; however, it does not appear to get a lot of sun given the location. I didn't use the pool for this reason and opted to take a short walk to the beach. The location is sometimes loud at night as I could hear music a couple times. I would stay here again.

Great experience overall, the construction and a bit of noise was a little off putting but manageable. The TV should be replaced as there was a few issues with it, Ines Was responsive and we now know the TV is the issue and not the remotes. I was able to check in a bit early, and Ines allowed me to also extend my checkout time. I appreciate her and the experience.

Awesome place close to the marnia, stores and restaurants. place is safe and private. Only problem we had a TV remote that would work when it wanted to. We asked the host and she right away brought a replacement.

The apartment is as shown in the photos, only that the building is still missing all the amenities.

Convenient place to stay if you want to be in the heart of all the activities. Close to marina, close to beach, lots of restaurants and clubs. We felt safe and comfortable being 4 females touring.
