Jaqueline was a fantastic host. We got this place for my best friends bachelorette trip. She provided so many helpful insights. She even recommended someone to decorate the place before hand. Jatz (the decorator) was amazing and so nice. She did a fantastic job and my friend felt so loved. I would 100% recommend her if you want to decorate before hand as a surprise. Jaqueline was always available to answer questions and provide recommendations. Additionally the place was beautiful, had lots of rooms, and an amazing view. We loved our stay and would totally stay again. Thanks for everything!

Everything was perfect. The house is spacious, very comfortable, and the views of ocean from the villa are truly stunning. It was ideal for my family and especially fun for my son. The location, the tranquility, and the host’s attention were exceptional

An excellent place for a large group

My family and I stayed at this place and it was nothing short of amazing. Jacqueline and all the staff were so responsive, came when we had issues, addressed any problems right away, and made sure we felt right at home! The pictures do this house no justice. IT IS BEAUTIFUL! We will definitely be staying here every time we come to Cancun. Thank you guys so much for an amazing stay!

The place was amazing, it's great to have direct access to the beach. The kitchen is very well-equipped, it has a barbecue, beach accessories such as chairs and loungers and sand toys for children. I would definitely stay there again.

An absolute pleasure to stay one week in this villa. There was plenty of space for us, we were 7 persons. Fully equipped kitchen. Free water available for the full week. And most importantly - you have the most amazing terrasse with access to the beach. The ocean is 20 meters away, and it is just gorgeous. Jaqueline was a super host, always very fast to answer and help. When we during the week ran out of gas, she quickly arranged to have it fixed. Definitely a place we would return to, should we ever be in the area again. Only minor things - the pools from the hotel are a bit worn down, but they are cooling 😉 and who needs a pool with an ocean as a neighbour. There are not so many shops and restaurants in the area, but uber and uber eats will be your friend. 5* stay!!

We enjoyed our stay. Place was as described. Steps to the beach and a short walk to the bus stop. We enjoyed the patio and balcony. Jaqueline provided beach towels and chairs and the kitchen had what we needed. Would stay here again.

Excellent Airbnb option. The view of the sea, is from another world. Personally a great experience. I even forgot some belongings by my mistake. I thought I had to give them a loss but no. Jaqueline helped me send them by parcel and that kindness and trust is always appreciated. FIVE STARS!

Excellent location right on the beach with beautiful views from the living room and master bedroom. We really appreciated that you just could walk down to the beach directly from the house. Jaqueline and José Luis are very friendly, responsive and helped us quickly with anything we asked for. We especially appreciated the help with booking transport from the airport and rental car. They are excellent hosts!

The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful both before and during the trip. They even assisted with arranging car and charter boat rentals. The location is fantastic—right on the beach. The check-out process was seamless and very guest-friendly. Considering the price, this offers great value—you’re paying for the beach villa experience, not luxury. I would definitely return!

The house was beautiful; loved the floor to ceiling sliding doors to the sea. The view was beautiful during the sunrise. There was an awesome hammock upstairs, and plenty of beds for us. Loved that my room specifically got cold quickly. The outside shower is very convenient, and there were towels readily available for us when we got there.

It was our first time staying in a Villa in Cancun, the truth we had a wonderful time. the ocean view was something beautiful, we loved the place and how comfortable it was. the restaurant was super close to us. We will definitely go back to the same place our next vacation ❤️

Great location, the house is beautiful.

Was a very nice villa attached to a very, not nice hotel. The beach was absolutely gorgeous. The host was wonderful. Dining options were very limited. A little removed from everything, but that brought peace and quiet

We had lots of fun at Jaqueline’ picturesque beach front villa. Having access to the attached Hotel was a blessing. Fully equipped kitchen and well furnished rooms. To top it all was the service provided by Jaqueline. Always available for any inquiries. Will look for it on our return to Cancun.

This is our second time to stay there, we loved it and will go again next year:) it feels like home and when we learned how to use the bus it was really conveniently located! ( the bus is not scary and only a $1!!!)

Its really a great air bnb to spend your vacation. Opposite to beach whenever you want. Public Transport is accessible and very responsive host. I highly recommend to stay here if you want to enjoy your stay instead of spending lot in hotels which is crowded. Here you get private beach and less crowded. Thanks Jaqueline for having us ❤️

The place was exactly as advertised in the hosts worked hard to make sure that was the case. The beach was the absolute best, so the location was excellent. Just down the street from the famous Cancun sign with overflowing parking and our beach was nicer, right out the back door, and yet quiet. Top notch. You won’t be disappointed.

The place is super cozy, it has an amazing beach view I felt very comfortable, the cleanliness is impeccable and the host was always on the lookout. Wonderful👏🏽

Family vacation, 4 nights / five days unit was as advertised, hosts were wonderful, kitchen had everything.. even a panini maker :) our unit was the only one with an umbrella on the deck.. consequently we were the only ones on the deck.. the neighbors were no where to be seen.... so super private from the perspective. Cancun was amazing, the restaurants incredible, shopping excellent Loved the experience will stay again..

Stay here for the view and beach location! This place had everything we needed. The Villa is just as it is in the listing and in the photos. Confortable place and stunning views, also is a huge plus having direct access to the beach. Everything was easy, the complex has an affordable restaurant, pool bar and a convenience store. The host is very friendly and helpful!

I booked at the last minute but the host answered immediately which made it easy for me. Great hospitality, quick responses, and perfect location! Everything matched the description. We had a pleasant ocean breeze at the balcony and beautiful views. Nice swimming pool and very convenient having a restaurant to have breakfast, just a few steps away. The location is also great as you have a bus stop outside the condominium and drives you through all the hotel zone. Very satisfied that we booked this place.
