What an amazing home! We loved every minute of our trip! Leonidas and Freddy helped us get in touch with a tour coordinator that helped plan our actives and provided us with a private chef that made our trip even more memorable! Getting back to the bnb after a full day and taking in the beautiful view and relaxing in the private pool was truly a gift. We would definitely recommend!

If you’re thinking about booking an airbnb in playa hermosa book with Freddy! I absolutely loved the space, everything was in working condition the pool stayed clean. Everything was exactly as described. The host were super flexible about check in times, send us a guide with all the best food spots that we appreciated. They warned us about the monkeys during our trip, and communicated to us about the area very well. The area was very close to jaco, Ubers were easy to order and we felt extra safe with the airbnb having an automated gate we could control on top of the hill. I would definitely book with him all over again, when I come back!

Our experience was spectacular. The villa is perfectly designed for friends or families who want, as a priority, rest, relaxation and healthy time together. My wife, our friends, and I were delighted with the place, but above all, with the service from Freddy and his team. We definitely want to come back soon.

Excellent place, very clean and very complete. The only bad thing is the music. I had previously read messages that loud music was not allowed, but I was playing music at a moderate volume. Even so, there were complaints. But other than that, it is a very nice place to stay.

Our stay here was incredible and we will definitely visit again in the future. This location is perfect for whatever your plans are in the Jaco area. The location has the upmost privacy but within driving distance to the main town. The host was proactive and communicated well with us about our needs.

Place was perfect for a long weekend getaway with friends. We each had our own room and bathroom which was nice. The pool was perfect during the day. We had a small issue with a sink on the lower level and Freddy had someone there to fix it for us same day! Will note that driveway is STEEP so a 4x4 is definitely needed if you are driving in and out of the house yourself. Near so many local stops and a ten minute ride to the beach where we saw perfect sunsets night after night. We’d easily stay here again.

Very private home, nestled inside a small green zone. Simple layout and has the required amenities to have a pleasant stay. Kitchen and 2 bedrooms upstairs. A small living space and 2 bed rooms downstairs. A small pool just to dip and relax. Host responded quickly to few minor issues we faced. Uber or taxi drivers always tend to miss the direction into the lane, so you have to guide them. Otherwise we had a good stay and enjoyed the property.

I loved the house, it was comfortable for the 5 of us, the pool was perfect and always nice and warm at night. Great views

Our experience here was wonderful , the host was amazing even when we had a slight set back from one of the driver , they responded fast and was up there to help us quickly! Super friendly , house looks just like the picture, only thing just be careful with the driveway , it’s just very steep , but other than that the whole experience was wonderful from the set up with transportation and giving us a lot of options for excursions.

Great place to stay! My friends and I enjoyed the pool, kitchen, and chill after long days at the beach which was super close to the villa. Also a short drive to Jaco made grocery runs a breeze. Our hosts were super helpful and responded so quick to any questions we had! Would definitely recommend!

This Airbnb in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica was nothing short of amazing. Just 10 minutes from Jacó, the location was perfect, close enough to everything, yet peaceful and private. The home itself was absolutely beautiful. Every single detail, right down to the furniture, was immaculate and designed to perfection. It was extremely clean, thoughtfully styled, and truly felt like a luxury retreat. I would 100% recommend this home and would definitely stay here again without hesitation. One of the highlights was the two back decks, which offer views you truly wouldn’t imagine. We had wildlife experiences right from the house—an iguana briefly came onto the deck, and we saw about 15 monkeys playing in the trees. It honestly felt like a private monkey excursion happening right in the backyard. Seeing that level of nature up close was surreal and unforgettable. Lastly, the hosts were incredible. They were attentive, professional, and checked in multiple times to make sure we were comfortable

They took my last recommendation into consideration and removed the tub, they didn't leave us more towels than we asked for but we washed them, it's still an excellent option

Very beautiful and spacious accommodation. We stayed here for a few nights and truly enjoyed our time. You will get to enjoy beautiful sunsets and lovely sunrises. The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful. If you have any issue at all, the hosts take care of it immediately. They are extremely responsive and very helpful. Highly recommended!

The place is exactly like the pictures. Perfect to have a great time, enjoy the views and close to supermarkets and restaurants.

My mother, daughter and I were lucky to spend a week in this incredibly beautiful place! The house and location are so lovely and we were very happy to have it as a home base. The beds are very comfortable and each bedroom has a bathroom. We loved getting up early and birdwatching and listening to the howler monkeys. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. We enjoyed preparing meals and eating out. The location is perfect for exploring the central pacific coast with convenient proximity to Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio and superb beaches. Playas Mantas and Herradura are pretty calm and great for families. We rented a car and felt comfortable getting around even though we had a flat tire. Our hosts were immediately responsive when I reached out for assistance. The setting is private and we enjoyed cooling off in the pool. We hope to visit again!

Stayed here for a girls trip. Property is very beautiful however I will say get a 4x4 because there is a hill that is steep and you will struggle with a smaller car. The house was beautiful and clean. Will come back for this specific location. Everything is about 10-15 mins away which was convenient.

The house is very nice, spacious, comfortable, safe, really a beautiful place, too bad that at certain times of the night the neighbors complain about the noise. My group of friends and I liked it a lot and the host and co-hosts are very friendly.

Beautiful house to go with the family. Perfect if you are also traveling with older adults, it has large and spacious bathrooms. The children will love the pool and garden to play in.

The place is very nice, just like the photographs, spacious and well-equipped rooms. The house is quite spacious, as it is on one floor, if you are traveling with older adults or children, it is very accessible. It would be good to specify that the property's parking space does not have a gate as such. But the location is quite safe and it's a quiet place. Access to the house is easy by following the directions provided. The managers are always attentive to messages and needs. We returned very happy with the accommodation at Casa Paz!

We enjoyed our stay at Freddy's. Casa del Paz. The drive into Jaco wasn't a bad distance either. The kids enjoyed the pool almost everyday. Plenty of room for 10 people in our group.

The place is super spacious, the kitchen and rooms are huge and the pool is perfect. The accommodation experience is very comfortable and the hosts are very friendly. We will definitely stay at this house again

The place overall is excellent and the naturality of the location is a plus. The only criticism I have is the hill once you enter the property is a bit dangerous to drive up when it’s raining because of the steepness and it’s slippery. I would still stay there again regardless because of the beauty of the location and property. Thank you for allowing me to stay!!

One again, an amazing place!

This home was a beautiful, quiet place. The host team was very attentive. They had recommendations for restaurants nearby. I loved how the top was very family friendly and the bottom two rooms were very private, you could go with friends and still have your personal space if needed. I recommend if you are looking for peace and relaxation.

Everything was great, the service was perfect, the street to get there is to be taken into consideration since it is unpaved and there are many eggs, a sedan passes carefully, but everything was perfect, close to everything, 10min from Jacó, there were supermarkets nearby too and with express 24/7 at no cost

A very nice place to share as a family.

Overall great stay and comfortable for our group. However some cautionary items to be aware of. The driveway to reach to the top of the property is quite steep, and in the rain the car skidded and wouldn’t get to the top of the hill. Need to have a vehicle if you’re going in and out with luggage. Good bit of wildlife you will encounter in the rooms and bathroom. There is only a hot water heater in the main bathroom.

Nice place

The accommodation was in good condition, clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious, the sheets were clean and the kitchen was quite equipped. A comfortable place to sleep, without noise from the street, you can see animals such as white face monkeys and raccoons. The only recommendation is the time of entry, since it is at 4pm but the check-out time if it is at 11am, what I suggest is that we enter a little earlier or leave a little later of the stay to take advantage of the day a little more.

Very nice house, a private and safe space! I loved it

We stayed three days and the house is super comfortable, clean, spacious. We arrived and the power had gone out, but they helped us with ice and bottled water when we arrived. In an hour the light came and everything was perfect!!!! I recommend them!!! Don Freddy and Doña Carolina were super attentive and concerned about our comfort !!!

The house is very nice and they have it in very good condition, highly recommended! You just have to be careful with the things you leave outside because animals can eat food or damage clothes that are left outside at night.

Such a beautiful home with nice views. This home does have a very steep driveway to get up to the actual home, so keep that in mind when booking. Hosts were very fast in responding to concerns and questions, they even recommended local spots.
