The accommodation is perfect, the house is beautiful, and the entrance and location are convenient. As a recommendation, there are already quite old items, the refrigerator doesn't cool, the microwave doesn't heat, the electric gate is slow, and it could use an upgrade. As a recommendation: We are a family of chefs, and we cook a lot. The supplies were used up quickly, for almost a full week, and I don't see why the guest should be advised to buy them. Also, put pool towels and bathroom towels out. They can't be the same, since this causes people to come in wet. Also, there are no bowls for salads or cups with lids. You also need to do the kitchen inventory again. Many things are missing, and the knives are not sharp. From then on, everything was perfect. It's a beautiful house, but it needs to be revamped with newer items. Thank you.

An excellent place, as described in the listing. The house is spacious, the pool is clean, and there are many rest areas. The truth is, for comfort, I would come back. The only thing, unfortunately, is the noise, since we had to be quiet from 7:00 PM to 10:00 AM. Even if we turned off the music and were just talking, they still asked us to be quiet. One of the neighbors came out to tell us to be quiet, not in a very nice way. I think there should be communication with the neighbors, at least agreeing on the noise until 10:00 PM, since one is going to enjoy and have a good time! Likewise, I would like to clarify that this is not the fault of the owners of the place, who informed us that we could not make noise during those hours. However, I thought it was too much that they did not even allow us to talk in the pool. In other words, it was useless that the pool had 24-hour access if we could not even talk! We also appreciate the attention the place gave us, as the place itself is beautiful!

We loved this place overall but had some issues with the pool. Carolina and her team tried to remedy the issue and were very prompt. The location and house are amazing. If the pool gets cleaned properly the place will be a 10/10

A very nice and quiet house, perfect for a family trip. Keep in mind that parties are not allowed and there are specific hours for music! My only observation would be that the pool looked dirty when we arrived, but we still had a great time. Everyone was very attentive and communicated very quickly. We would definitely come back.

The place is excellent, communication with Freddy was very good, and the service was great. Yes, we had a couple of issues. The description mentioned something about not bringing a DJ or playing loud music. We know that we were told to lower the volume, but after doing so, a person was yelling at us rudely to be quiet. And on Sunday at 9 am, a similar situation happened, and that bothered us a lot because we were enjoying the place. It's a shame because the place is beautiful, the facilities were impeccable, and we were having a great time. But this situation with neighbors should be clearer in the description of the place so we know what to expect.
