Our stay was amazing! The views are spectacular. It’s a very peaceful location situated over Brasilito Bay. Maria was an excellent host and very responsive. The condo was well situated for exploring the many beautiful beaches in the area. Highly recommended, don’t hesitate to book if you are interested!

Maria Luisa was an exceptional host. My wife celebrated her birthday during our stay, and Maria Luisa went above and beyond to help us arrange a boat cruise and a massage, which made the trip feel extra special. She was always responsive and available whenever we had questions. The house was clean, well kept, and very comfortable, with beautiful balconies that we really enjoyed. The property itself is also lovely and added a lot to the overall experience. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

Her place was very clean, new, and decorated like a new styled home. it was as advertised. great place near the airport, and near Liberia. the workers didn't start working til after 7 am, no biggie. very respectful, I was on my way out. I'd stay there again any day.

The location was fantastic and made it easy for us to enjoy the beach, sunsets, and everything the area has to offer. The space felt very peaceful and comfortable, and we truly felt at home during our stay. Maria Luisa was also a great host—very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the trip. My second time staying in Costa Rica. Can’t wait to get back again

The property was a perfect place for relaxing after a few days of hiking. The view was breathtaking and the apartment was full of light, clean and had all the amenities. Location was perfect, quiet but not too far from Flamingo beach. Maria Luisa was very responsive and tried to accommodate our requests. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay. Beautiful, very well maintained place. Views are truly breathtaking. Spacious, modern, comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Maria Luisa was very receptive. There are beaches on both sides of the building, but both are best driven to and even more importantly driven back from: the building sits on top of a hill. There is no walking path straight down to the ocean. The beach on the left of the building if you are facing the ocean can be driven on in low tide if you have a 4x4.

The condo and the view are more beautiful than pictures could do justice of. Clean, safe and wonderful amenities including a pool, beach chairs and beach towels. The host Maria was wonderful - great communication before our stay, and while we were there I had a few questions or needed something, she was quickly responsive! A few recommendations for other guests - rent a golf cart! It’s a short drive to the beach, restaurants/bars, shops, the marina and much more! We were able to charge our golf cart ride right at the complex. Bring your own coffee. I asked Maria before we arrived and she recommended 1820 ground coffee. We all loved it, and it was great to have a couple cups on the balcony in the morning with the view. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was immaculate and we enjoyed the most amazing views (we even saw a howler monkey in the palm tree right beside the balcony)! The pools felt like they were essentially private and it was super quiet in the evenings. The drive up the hill is a bit of an adventure (pretty typical of Costa Rica), but totally worth it for the views! 10/10 recommend staying here!

Due to extenuating circumstances, we had a alteration in our plans - Maria was extremely helpful and worked with us to reach a resolution. Communication through the process was excellent! We are looking forward to enjoying this lovely place on our next visit to Playa Flamingo. Highly recommended.

Very nice apartment, very well equipped and very comfortable.

We loved this place! The views are stunning! I could sit on the decks for hours just staring at the view and listening to the waves. We made a big breakfast and ate it on the deck one morning…breath taking.. You even have a view while showering in the master bath! The best beaches are within minutes- Playa Flamingo & Playa Conchal. I ran to Playa Flamingo beach in 10 minutes. The sunsets from Playa Flamingo beach were amazing! The infinity pool was fantastic to come home to at the end of a long day out. I wouldn’t hesitate booking this place again.

Nothing but greenery between our balcony and the ocean below. Killer view. Incredibly clean and quiet grounds. Very well equipped kitchen which was great as I cooked every night for a week so as not to miss the sunset.

Maria’s place was exquisite, amazing views just as described. There are plenty of restaurants with great food and service! I would recommend renting a small SUV due to some of the roads not being paved. Also ensure you have internet throughout your stay in order to use Waze or google maps for directions as quite a few areas do not have exact addresses or street names. We had an awesome time and Maria was very responsive and a great host. Thank you Maria

What a beautiful view! The condo was spacious, comfortable, updated and clean. The location requires a car as it’s a 5-10 minute drive to stores, restaurants, etc. You could walk 15 minutes down the hill on either side (the property sits up on top of a hill creating a gorgeous view), to get to the beach. We enjoyed our pool time a lot! We listened to the birds and monkeys in the morning- loved it!

The town home was such a gem and amazing views of the pacific. We thoroughly enjoyed our personal sunset from patio . Spacious on inside for five of us and 3 bathrooms was a great plus. We enjoyed the two pools quiet w hardly anyone there. We did not have a car but we were able To safely walk to the flamingo beach about a 10 minute walk down the road as exit left off the parking lot and into the neighborhood. We ate at coco loco and Uber Back. At times took a bit to get an Uber but we were able to get home safely every time. If have car then getting around is no problem. Thank You for a memorable stay we will Be back !

Beautiful place to stay. Was located in a nice quiet location overlooking the ocean. All the wildlife you can see from the deck is a bonus!!

This place is beautiful and is more amazing then we had expected it to be. It is much bigger then we had thought it would be! High ceilings, 2 large patios, 2 levels and a very nice walk in closet too. The view from the 2 patios is breathtaking! Everything was super clean. Lots of fluffy clean towels and a well stocked kitchen. The A/C units work very well for cooling. This was our favourite Airbnb on our 3 week Costa Rica trip. Thanks so much for having us.

It was beautiful and Maria was on top of everything. The view was amazing. Too bad it was not closer to the beach. Unfortunately because of the dirty road we had Ubers cancel on us. But it was definitely easy place to stay at.

This place exceeded our expectations! It’s in a great location up on a hill, which makes for spectacular views. It’s just a short drive to both Playa Flamingo and Playa Conchal. The condo was spotless, and they have everything you need right there. Our kids were very happy with the pool and beach accessories. Don’t forget to sit on one of the two gorgeous balconies overlooking the ocean for the best sunset views. We will absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Maria!!

Even more beautiful than the pictures! Location is great not only for the views but for easily getting around Playa Flamingo, Potrero, and Brasilito. The condo is incredibly clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. Maria was very responsive, friendly, and flexible. The two pools are an added bonus. We would love to stay here again!

All i can say is wow! The views are absolutely breath taking, while eating dinner, while taking a shower and in bed. I loved the privacy noone can see you on the balcony which added some privacy and the pool outside is super warm its perfect with beautiful views. Space was very very clean loved everything about it and would stay again!

The other reviews are spot on about the drive up to the condo; but it is not unusual in this area to have unpaved, steep roads. I think it makes the place a bit more private and charming. The view is absolutely wonderful, and we did get to see a howler monkey from our balcony, which is pretty cool. The front pool is great for a dip and sunset view, and it was never crowded. There are so many restaurants, bars and beaches a short drive away, so there is plenty to do in the area. We are back in the U.S. and already miss Maria's place. I think we may visit it again in the future!

Great place to stay in Flamingo!

Maria’s place has that rare combination of views to die for, gorgeous interior design and feeling home like and comfortable. The pools are also much better than expected - bigger, warm from the sun and of course, the view! We also enjoyed the short drive to Flamingo beach and the restaurants nearby. The only challenge we experienced staying here was flies attracted to the home lights at night which were hard to get rid of once inside. I would highly recommend Maria’s place with the caveat to keep patio doors closed at night. It’s an amazing place!

Maria's place was perfect. It was spotless inside, and had everything you would need. She was very responsive when we had questions. She even checked on us to make sure we had arrived, and that everything was as expected. The view from this unit could not have been better. We had beautiful sunsets every night, and saw lightning bugs, howler monkeys, and lots of different birds from the balcony. There is a beach close by that you could walk to. We chose to drive since there was a small parking area. We would definitely stay here again.

The house exceeded our expectations, it is beautifully decorated with incredibly well stocked kitchen. The rooms are very tasteful and as is the whole house very clean. The view is breathtaking and quickly makes you forget the bumpy path to the house. We will be happy to come back!

A very lovely condo equipped with everything you'll need to feel at home. We made extensive use of the kitchen which was in pristine condition and well-appointed. There is plenty of light and lots of windows to take in the stunning view. A wonderful space to spend time with family and enjoy Guanacaste. You won't be disappointed!

What a beautiful place to spend with your family! It has absolutely everything you will need to relax and feel at home, the beds were comfortable, plenty linens, super clean, well equipped kitchen, the place is spacious; homey and cozy, with breathtaking views. We stayed at this place for the second time and we enjoyed it very much again . For me it brings together ideal walking conditions, a place with spectacular views, private , with a pool, close to paradisiacal places like Conchal Beach, close to restaurants and commerce in general . Although the access road is not in good condition , it can be accessed by any type of vehicle ( many streets of Costa Rica are like that in rural areas) , it is close to many beaches and the Catalinas. It is ideal for going to the beach or walking in the morning and rest seeing the view in the afternoons . It's by far one of the most complete homes we've ever been to. Maria , thank you so much for everything and we look forward to coming back .👌🙏

The views from the Condo are truly breathtaking! The condo was very clean, spacious and easy to find. We loved hearing the Howler Monkey's and seeing all sorts of different birds and lizards around the condo. The beaches and restaurants are a 5-10 minute drive from condo. Our favorite restaurants were El Tiki and Coco Loco. Food was so good. Maria was a fabulous host, she was very responsive to any questions during our stay and helped with local suggestions for excursions. Highly recommend staying here!

The view is truly breathtaking! Perched at the top of a high hill, you’ll feel like you’re all alone in this very peaceful and private AirBnB. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to cook and relax. A car is certainly a must with this location to get to the beach and access restaurants. It has excellent proximity to Playa Conchal — the most beautiful beach in the area!

Maria’s place was exactly as described! Gorgeous views and location, incredibly clean, and exactly what you will need for your stay! It is in between playa flamingo and brasilito each a 5min drive. 5- 10min drive from lots of local restaurants. 30min drive from tamarindo. Communication with Maria was awesome, she always responded quickly. The area lost power for half a day but Maria warned us In advance (it was out of their control and the whole area had no power) but we were able to plan our day around it. The amenities were everything and more. Even extra sauces and condiments were available. Laundry, full kitchen, lots of extra towels, no stone unturned! I couldn’t recommend this Airbnb more! It was the best one I’ve ever stayed in!

Maria's condo was incredibly clean, spacious, and comfortable. The views from the balconies are stunning. Maria was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. We really enjoyed the stay and felt at home. Maria leaves a lot of helpful information in the welcome book in the condo including safety tips, local activities, and restaurant recommendations. There are lots of games to play if guests want to stay in and enjoy the condo. The kitchen is well equipped and everything you need is available for cooking and preparing food. There is a washing machine and dryer, which is really helpful. There are also several beach towels available for use, which we really liked as we went swimming a lot. The local area is very quiet apart from the howler monkeys that hang out in the trees nearby, but we enjoyed hearing the different sounds of the local wildlife. I would highly recommend this accommodation. There are some cute restaurants nearby, about 5 or 10 minutes depending on the direction.

Amazing place

Wonderful, beautiful, immaculate!! A bit rough to find on the first try and it’s a steep dirt road to get there, but it keeps the place secluded. Once you’re there it’s awesome. The pools are sooo relaxing, the view is incredible. Grocery store, pharmacy, bank are just few mins by car. Playa Flamingo is 5-10 mins one way and Brasílito/Conchal is 5 mins the other way. You need to go to Conchal!!! Lots of great restaurants are near (via car) in Flamingo and Portrero. Maria has a great list in the condo. We definitely want to come back.

Wow, such a beautiful condo with the absolute best view ever!!! The condo was very clean, modern and everything you could ever want. Maria is the best host, so responsive, kind and helpful. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need. The condo is even better in person than the pictures. I can honestly say that this was the best Airbnb experience I have had. The condo was just as pictured. The view of the Pacific was amazing and enjoyed relaxing in the pools. If ever in the Playa Flamingo area I would recommend reserving this property if available…I know this will be the first place I look for!

The best Airbnb I have ever stayed! Amazing views, very quality of good furniture, towels, sheets, kitchen, air conditioning. Very good location between two amazing beaches: Conchal and Flamingo. The pool building is a plus! Amazing views from there as well!

Excellent place, an incredible view

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. My teen daughters loved being able to have their own rooms. The views are breathtaking and the location was perfect!

We really enjoyed the trip , an excellent place, with everything you need , with a beautiful , quiet and safe view, as offered . The road is a little bad , but no worries , you can access it with any car . It is located near the best beaches in Guanacaste , especially Playa Conchal , as well as restaurants and supermarkets . Check-in went smoothly and Maria gave all directions clearly . I definitely recommend it completely , we only had more days left to enjoy , we will definitely come back . Maria’s home is exactly what we expected. The home has a lot of space. The home decor and view was by far our favorite part of our stay. We only had two minor issues which we never made the host aware of. The master shower wouldn’t get hot the first night but we had 2 other showers to choose from! (The property has great space) Also, the ceiling fans on the patio help deter the bugs away from the patio but the fans were squeaky and shaky. The roads leading up to the property are very bumpy and steep. It was expected though prior to our trip. Other than that the beach near by is beautiful and we grabbed delicious breakfast at a restaurant not so far away. It was an easy ride into Tamarindo as well. I would stay at this home again and would recommend the stay to my family and friends.

Her place is located in a very tranquil place (the road is a bit bumpy and rocky and I would suggest having an 4x4 to get there and explore around) with a beautiful view and fully equipped for you to enjoy your stay nearby flamingo. María is great at communicating and everything was as described and expected! Lovely place, would def visit again.

The view is indeed espectacular! The kitchen, bathrooms and overall painting and apartment set up are now updated and functional. Easy access by car to a number of beaches and the greatest sunsets! We truly enjoyed our stay

Everything you want and need! As soon as you walk in you’ll wish this was your own home! Beautiful and modern and yet incredibly comfortable. I started each morning with coffee on the balcony and ended it with a glass of wine watching the sunset. I wish I had stayed a month. Playa Flamingo super easy and close. The condo pool is lovely - all in all perfect stay!

Maria is a great host. We had to shorten our trip due to the fact that all the bedrooms are upstairs (duh, I didn't read description really well). The week that we spend in this condo was incredible. Everything is perfect, and if not, Maria is on top of it and can resolve the issue really fast. Thanks again, Maria!

The view here is incredible! It is even better than the pictures show. There are balconies on both floors and the view from the master bedroom, master shower, and main living area are amazing. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. There are two pools on the property that are shared with other condos. There is nothing within walking distance, but there are several beaches (including Playa Flamingo) and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. We hope to return!

Excellent accommodation, very quiet, with an incredible view

The condo was wonderful - even better than the pictures! The view is just breathtaking!! Swimming in the front infinity pool looking out at the ocean was amazing. The condo is not too far from Tamarindo where our kids took surf lessons and close to the Las Baulas Marine National Park which also has a beautiful beach.

This condo at Flamingo Towers was fantastic! There was plenty of space for our family of 5. Condo is on two floors - with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths upstairs (master bath has a jacuzzi tub/shower that overlooks ocean!). Downstairs is main living area, well-stocked kitchen and another full bath. Full size washer and dryer. In addition to beach towels, the condo had 4 beach chairs and a cooler. Indivdiual a/c units in each bedroom and living room kept us comfortable. The pools had amazing views - and we always managed to have them to ourselves. On day one, we spotted a monkey and some amazing birds from one of two balconies. Condo is just over an hour from Liberia airport. A car is a must. It was a great location for us to explore Playa Flamingo (home of the fabulously fun beachfront Coco Loco restaurant) and Playa Conchal. We also took day trips to Tamarindo and Avenallas and Rincon de la Vieja. Small supermarket nearby met our needs. Great nearby restaurants: Surf Box for breakfast - OUTSTANDING! and La Sodita Italiana for dinner. Highly recommend!

A very nice condo fully equipped with a nice, very quiet view to rest . It doesn't have a rice cooker or a floor stick. I couldn't clean the floor in 4 days

Maria is an excellent host. The property is located close to many beautiful beaches and Maria provided the local knowledge to maximize our stay with where to eat and where to visit. Very clean and relaxing and, indeed, spectacular views.
