The place is very central. We rented a van and went from 10 minutes to nearby beaches and the Cabo Marina to up to 2 hours to explore La Paz. It has everything you need. When I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING. You could easily spend up to two weeks with your family.

Amazing condo! There was plenty of space for me and my friends. The location is right next to multiple restaurants and stores. The building had great security while also being clean and taken care of. Definitely the best deal you could get for your money. The host is super responsive and provided us with multiple recommendations for travel, eating, and activities.

The place is very clean, conveniently located, and modern. Highly recommended.

Great location and comfortable place

This place is very nice, safe, clean, and comfortable. It has everything you need to have a good stay, and it's located in a very central and beautiful area of Cabo. I really liked the apartment 🤎

My family and I stayed, 5 people Everything was in perfect working order, in good condition and the place is very spacious You don't need anything else to have a good vacation It's really worth it The beach is close, there are many restaurants and places to visit Simply put, the accommodation is amazing!!

This is a beautiful AirBnB. It is in a good location in general and within the building. There are lots of restaurants, bars, cafes nearby and it is a short walk both to the beach and the marina. It's close to and overlooking the pool, but up one level. The apartment is large and well decorated. It came with all of the described appliances, etc. There were enough linens and towels. One thing to note is that there is a very loud club across the street that plays music until early in the morning. If you are very sensitive to noise, this place may not be for you. We brought earplugs and it was fine for us.

It was a great spot. Walked to a great coffee/juice/smoothie bar every morning and another block and in the beach right by The Office restaurant which had excellent food. Walked into town just as easily. Terrace overlooked pool and the staff was very helpful and friendly at reception. Glenda was wonderful to work with! She manages the property. Andrea was great! Beautiful apartment. Didn’t want to leave!!!!

I loved the accommodation, my family and I are very happy to have been here, I highly recommend it, they were always attentive to my messages, it is a clean, safe place and I will definitely return.

We had a great stay here. The pool was great, and location was a short walk to the beach and many bars/restaurants. The front desk check-in process was a bit annoying but at least it’s secure. Would stay again for sure. Also great it’s not on the pool deck floor - great place - Thank You!

Amazing stay! Was here for a few nights and the front desk staff and hosts were extremely helpful and provided us great recommendations and services as well.

Highly recommend this location. I have stayed at their other listing which was amazing as well. It looked exactly like the photos and the team was super helpful if we needed anything. Easy access to the unit as well as it included a parking space for our rental car. I would definitely continue renting this property on my next visit. What you get for the price is great!!

Lovely place and close to everything!

Perfect place for a family

Great location. Walked to a different restaurant for dinner every day. Apartment was very nice and front office staff, Veronica, stood out as a really nice person. You can hear the music from the nearby bars/clubs. That of course is an advantage if you want to walk to the bars and clubs :) but a disadvantage if you go to bed early .

Had a phenomenal time at the condo. Greta location and easy checkin. Highly recommend for any group!

Great spot and convenient location. Very clean and comfortable condo with lots of space. Could get a little loud at night in the main area but in the bedrooms with windows closed we did not find it to be an issue. Small confusion for getting in and out of the building when no one was present in the lobby but was never a big issue and never had to wait too long. Everyone was very responsive to questions as we had them and we had a lovely stay.

This was a great Airb&b. The location was great, the place was clean and beautiful. When we had an issue with the front desk our host was quick to resolve our problem! I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Stayed at this condo for a girls trip and it was perfect! The home is beautiful and the hosts were super helpful and responsive. The home is about 40 mins from sjd airport, but walking distance to literally everything else- restaurants, grocery stores, downtown and night life. Would definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The location was definitely the best - easy walk to the beach, nightlife, shopping, and delicious restaurants! The host was very responsive and friendly. One small thing to note: the dryer works well but it doesn’t shut off automatically when using the timed dry setting. Make sure to turn it off manually or else it will run for hours. I let the host know so they might fix it but just be aware!

The unit is located in Tezal, just a 10-minute drive from Downtown Cabo. It’s a gated community with 24/7 security, making it feel very private, secure, and quiet. I highly recommend this place, especially for families traveling with children or babies. Costco and Soriana market are within walking distance, which was extremely convenient. The host was very responsive and flexible with check-in times. The unit itself was clean and quiet, equipped with everything you might need. You can also request a baby crib, high chair, and bath if needed. Plus, the beautiful ocean view of El Arco is a wonderful bonus!

Came to Cabo to celebrate with my girlfriends for my birthday. Andrea’s place was very affordable, clean and look exactly as described. Very spacious for our group of 5. The cohost was very responsive and provided local recommendations. The front desk receptionist Erica was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was the only issue we had but got it all sorted out after an hour. Andrea was an amazing host and made sure we were comfortable. The place is amazing and is near a lot of things. Bars/clubs were about a 10 minute walk. Marina was very close as well. McDonald’s, Dominos and Walmart less than 10 minutes walking. The place was beautiful and well maintained. The AC was working and felt great after being in the humidity. The pool was also amazing but there are limited hours that you can go in. It would’ve been nice to go in once the sun sets but you have to be out by 8pm. Very peaceful and felt great to be in Cabo!

I needed a place to stay to celebrate my birthday and this was the perfect place for me and my friends! I loved the master bedroom and shower it was beautiful! Everything we needed was nearby and local to the restaurants and clubs. A beautiful experience for sure I would come again ❤️

The location was great. The community and surroundings were beautiful and pleasing. Great pool and great gym. Very close to downtown and some of the best beaches in the area. I will definitely consider staying here again.

EXCELLENT LODGING! I really felt at home. It is mega equipped the apartment, you are not missing anything. Apart from being a beautiful depa with a spectacular view of Cabo de San Lucas, it has everything you need in every corner, literally. TV in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, spaces for work (desks), lots of pillows, lots of blankets and lots of towels. Small toilet that has everything to be always clean in the stay. In short, the PERFECT SPOT for Cabo stay and super close to everything. My friends and I were super grateful for the amenities and kindness the hosts provide. Stars: 10 of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I booked this place for my birthday trip and it was the most beautiful, aesthetically pleasing location I could have chosen. When I walked through the door, I was absolutely in awe of how beautiful it is. It looks better than the pictures and the atmosphere is breathtaking. From the staffs coming to check on us to ensure we had everything we needed, to the amazing amenities; including the appliances, the pool , the gym, etc., everything about this place lends itself to make this location so perfect. The location is within walking distance to the beach (i.e., Taboo), multiple stores (i.e., Walmart), the Strip (i.e., clubs) etc. Due to the location, it can get extremely loud at night, especially on the weekends but that was the vibe we were looking for so it was perfect. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in and I would recommend it to everyone!
