The stay was excellent. It's a very quiet place that you can only access by car. You can't walk through the development; there are no sidewalks. It has a spectacular view. Chela, the house assistant, was super friendly and attentive. Rodrigo, the advisor, was super friendly and understanding. In the end, my brother canceled and reached an agreement with the company. The house needs to have the kitchen remodeled, which is not shown in the photos, and the living and dining room cushions need to be changed, as they are stained and lack filling. In general, the property is very nice, but I insist that, due to the lack of maintenance, the price is high.

The house is the perfect spot for a larger group. The rooms are smartly laid out, there are plenty of beds, and the entire area is well kept and clean. The view is immaculate. The swimming pool is well kept. And the common area is big and perfect for hosting large gatherings of around 13 people. The service staff is there for as little or as much as you need them for, and they are included in the price of the booking. It is only custom to leave a modest tip at the end of your stay in appreciation of their services. Make sure you leave a tip as Chela and her service staff are extremely sweet, helpful and non-intrusive of your stay.

The place was amazing. Doña Chela, her husband and son really did make us feel so cared for. The house keeper was also great. The only thing that I would say needs improvement are the white outdoor couches. You could not sit on them without getting white residue on your skin.

The house is a dream, the team that manages the house, from Rodrigo who was always attentive and responded in less than 1 minute to each question, to the staff (Mrs. Chelo and her husband and son Leo) who made us feel at home and mapped us with delicious food and countless details. We kept the doors of the rooms closed so we do not suffer from mosquitoes at night, remember that it is an open house and nature surrounds you, it is part of the magic, take repeelente will help. Everything worked well in the house, good water pressure, air conditioners, internet and a very full kitchen, we enjoyed magical sunsets and the wonderful water temperature of the pool. Recommended 100% We leave them a good tip because the cooking is not included but it is really worth investing in that part for you to taste the wonderful warrior flavors and its unparalleled season.

It is a very nice house, full of attention, cleanliness and you have everything you need to have a good time. The kitchen is super complete, so you should not worry about bringing any utensils. The house has an amazing view, the pool is very clean with direct access to rooms and the stay. Upon arrival, you are greeted by Chela and Leo, they are friendly and warm people, very helpful and with a seasoning in the spectacular kitchen; we bought seafood at the entrance to Puerto Marquis and Chela cooked us and Leo took care of us, and with her attention and service to us. They were incredible. They're always ready so they can count on them. In the end we support them with a payment for their services, it is not an established fee, they tell you what you like to give them, but they are worth gold!! An excellent stay, very cozy, we had an amazing time, and we will return! They accepted my Pomeranian dog and treated her amazing 😊

we spent very quiet days, the host supported us because we arrived very early and he got us access to the club since the house was occupied, he was very kind and always willing to help, the house was very comfortable and cared for with a spectacular view as is the photos, the people of incredible service always helping and with a very kind smile. For the greenery in the house and around it was a bit difficult to enjoy the house 100% since we were bitten by the flies and we were not given a respite in the entire stay and no servant repellent!!!

The place is very nice, designed just for rent, it looks like a hotel, located in a very favorable area with a beautiful ocean view. The plus of this accommodation over any other are Mrs. Chela, Mr. Ray and Ray Jr. who attend you insist, as if you were in a 5-star hotel. They are always willing, smiling and attentive, very respectful. Mrs. Chela cooks delicious, Mr. Ray got us fresh seafood and we gave us a binge. They also helped us with the barbecue, there was no dish left for you, seriously you are an excellent family, we really appreciate all your hospitality and hope to return very soon.
