A great place if you're looking to have a more a quiet and relaxing time. My friends and I loved our stay there and really appreciated the books and games they had available.

What a fabulous stay - the blue lotus is super comfortable and very well appointed and maintained. We can definitely recommend the stay very highly. There is plenty equipment in the kitchen to cook or to enjoy restaurants on the island. We did both. The house is some distance from the main part of town 15mins walk but actually this is perfect as there is no smell from the seaweed and no noise. While they do offer bikes - ideally it would be nice to have these complementary as many of the hotels adjacent to do- it would be my only constructive criticism. The house is very tidy and clean , the needing good quality , the maid can while we were there to refresh the towels and a little spruce up. The aircon is very welcoming ans the space perfect for us all. Loved our stay

We loved our stay at the Blue Lotus! It was spacious for a group of 4, super clean, and the property manager was friendly and helpful. There were plenty of towels & linens and the AC worked really well. The location is in a quiet area and right across from a yoga studio + brunch spot which we frequented. It is a further walk from "the rest of the island" in the heat. The only qualm I had was that although this is a 2 bedroom, the ceilings did not go all the way up so between the bedrooms and living room, we could hear everything!

Really enjoyed our stay here! The house was away from the busy parts of town so it was quiet but a short walk anywhere we needed to go. Would definitely stay here again!

Dan and Monique’s island getaway was amazing. Right outside of the hustle and bustle of the main island but only a golf cart ride away from all the attractions. The house was clean, well kept, offered plenty of towels and space, and Levita was excellent at coordinating with us our arrival and check-in!

Another beautiful stay at the blue lotus was spacious enough for the 4 of us this trip to stay comfortably. The added tv in the master room was a nice touch. Had all the kitchen supplies needed to cook meals at night.

We enjoyed our stay for our family of four - worked great! Removed from the main part of the island which meant it was quiet and peaceful - but not too far! We walked the entire way to the split each day, and easily accessed restaurants and cafes. We rented a golf cart taxi when we got tired! Very easy and responsive hosts.

This is a quiet and peaceful place! It is easy walking distance from all the attractions but far enough away that it is quiet and peaceful. The hosts had lots of helpful information for us and were super proactive with helping us get organized with our taxis and other local recommendations!

We stayed a week in the Blue Lotus. The clean, comfortable, quiet home is spacious and comfortably furnished. You are in a quieter area but a short walk or bike ride from the core of the town. The large deck is great for sitting and laying in the hammock and listening to the birds as the breeze sways the palm trees! The kitchen is large and well equipped with pot, pans, dishes and small appliances. The hosts responded promptly to all questions and requests. The beds were comfortable and the rainfall shower had lots of hot water and water pressure. We would love to stay again sometime and highly recommend. And if you get a chance, definitely go to Bliss Beach!

Blue Lotus is a lovely place to stay on Caye Caulker! It's on a quite street on the south side so not right in the center of the village, but so clean, large, and nice for a family of four. We were able to walk everywhere but often took taxis because it was hot. The property has all the amenities we needed and comfortable beds. We did not do any cooking but the kitchen seemed well stocked. We loved sitting on the balcony and the hammock was lovely. Comfortable couch! Nice big bathroom and very clean. AC worked great, we stayed nice and cool. Nice tall ceilings, good air flow. We had breakfast across the road at Weezies once which was nice but usually walked to Axios Sun each morning. We spent a couple days at Iguana Reef beach and our favorite dinner was at Caribe Cafe. I requested a bike for our 11 year old but there were only adult bikes We were going to rent somewhere else but ended up just walking or taxiing. I would recommend this place!

We had a lovely time in Caye Caulker. The bnb was an easy walk to anywhere on the island and right across from yoga!!

delightful modern house with a sunny verandah looking into the trees- the perfect place for a holiday. The bikes were the best for getting around, making the island totally accessible and fun! The house is super comfy for 4 people, quiet and well furnished.

We had a wonderful stay and found the house clean and spacious. We liked its location of being just out of the busy areas yet close to everything. We took advantage of the bikes and enjoyed cycling everywhere. If we ever came back to Belize we would stay here again. We were also appreciative of being able to check in early.

Our stay for two was great, we enjoyed the privacy that you get from the home with a nice gate up front. The balcony was a nice area to relax on the hammock. There’s bikes on property to rent but it’s a very walkable island.

We absolutely loved staying here! I really enjoyed the yoga classes across the street at Ceiba yoga in the morning. The area was secluded and peaceful, but still close to town. We felt right at home on the first day. Everything was clean, and the amenities were good quality. 10/10 would stay here again

Our stay at the Blue Lotus was amazing! Everything was just as advertised in the listing, and was the perfect place to stay on the Island. The location is walkable to all everything on the island, yet far enough removed from the core of the island so it was calm at peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was gorgeous and a good space. It’s close to the airport and the island is walkable if you choose not to rent a golf cart. The snorkel tours through Reel Rascals was a great connection as well!

Beautiful space, short bike ride from the main town area. Nice and quiet despite being close to the airport. You should definitely rent the bikes. It’s worth noting that the ceilings are open in the whole house, so maybe not an ideal place for certain groups.

Great stay! Blue Lotus felt like home away from home during our trip through Guatemala, Mexico & Belize. The house is much bigger than in the photos. Great place on the quiet end of the island. The place was beautiful, even better than expected. We loved using the bikes to get around the island. We did 2 snorkeling trips, and a fishing trip, and had an afternoon at the Split! It was a wonderful trip!

Extremely close to the airport which is convenient. Quiet in the evenings, and had enough space. Recommend renting bikes to get back and forth from the rest of the island, it's about 10 minutes of riding to get to the main tourist areas. Would stay again

We hope to never stay anywhere else but at The Blue Lotus whenever we visit Caye Caulker (which is our favorite place to visit)! This house is gorgeous, clean, private, has great AC, has 5 bikes available for rent, plus a huge perk of being right across the street from Weezie’s and have access to their dock for swimming or just hang out! We love Caye Caulker and now love that we have what feels like a home away from home.

Quiet, clean, great space. Excellent communication for our entire trip. Levita greeted us after a very long day. Glad we were away from the dusty, noisy center of town. Definitely rent the bikes even though they are a bit rusty!

The location was great! Walkable to the busy part of town with the restaurants and bars. A couple minutes to the Oceanside where the walk up the island to Ice and beans for coffee was wonderful. Was nice to have the option to rent bikes with baskets for our groceries. Loved that the yard is full of trees which had an abundance of birds and a couple of iguanas. Love to sit on the balcony in the morning with my coffee and bird watch. Hammock is a nice touch. Levita who checked us in was friendly and super helpful. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay at the Blue Lotus if we were to return.

Accessible to all the bars and restaurants yet private and quiet. The place was super clean and tidy and the bikes were so helpful! We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely recommend it to others!

GREAT place. It was spacious, clean, well-lit, solid Wi-Fi, nice porch and had a great shower. It's conveniently across the street from a cafe and morning yoga and around a 15 minute walk to the more "town" part. We were working remotely and it was perfect for what we needed.

The Blue Lotus was beautiful. The house was spacious and architecturally stunning inside. The shower was amazing (not a small thing when you spend all your days on the beach). We did a lot of cooking so the kitchen with all its amenities was great. Levita, who checked us in, was so helpful. She gave us lots of great recommendations and was always available to answer questions. The island was great. It rained quite a few of our days but we still made the most of it. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely house with us!

The Blue Lotus was a lovely home to stay at in Caye Caulker! It was very clean and comfortable! The kitchen was well equipped for preparing some of our own meals. It is about a 15min walk from the town centre so very peaceful. Would definitely book again in the future.

Blue Lotus was a great place in a great neighborhood! Very close to the airport. We ended up needing to stay a couple extra nights and the property mgmt. gal was very helpful in accommodating our needs. We felt safe through a tropical storm in the house. I would absolutely stay here again if visiting Caye Caulker!

This was my second time to paradise, aka: Island of Caye Caulker. GO SLOW is the motto & they live by it! The Blue Lotus is a gem of a property and is stunning, tastefully decorated with a blend of modern comfort and Caribbean charm. The space was clean, with a well equip kitchen! The private balcony with hammock, table and chairs was a nice touch for morning coffee or a night cap drink! The location is quite and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle and features WiFi & air conditioning. The hosts were exceptional and attentive to any needs we had during our stay! If you are looking for a relaxing retreat do not look any further!! I am already planning another return trip!

Don and Monique’s home is beautifully decorated and makes you feel like you’re at home away from home. It’s the perfect place to unplug and enjoy a slow-paced getaway. Within walking distance to all restaurants and beaches. We chose to rent a golf cart through Go Slow Golf Cart Rentals and found parking was extremely easy. . The hammock was personally my favorite part of the property to relax and enjoy the sounds of the island. I would definitely stay here again!

If you're staying on Caye Caulker this place is great. It's just a few minutes from the water taxis and you can see the airport from the front gate. Check out Chef D's if you're looking for good food on the island. The place was spacious and the bathroom was incredible. You couldn't ask for more from a place and if I'm ever in caye caulker again I'll be staying here.

The blue lotus was amazing! It exceeded my expectations. It was a very private location with everything we needed. It was about a 15 minute walk to the other end of the island. They recommended us to book with the French Angel expedition for snorkeling & it was so much fun. I would also recommend you booking with them! When we come back, we will definitely be booking here again.

Great spot to stay in Caye Caulker. Walkable to amenities, but far enough from the hustle and bustle that it's very peaceful. On warmer days taxis are pretty easy to find if needed. The house had the essentials and hosts were extremely responsive and accomodating (even with last minute changes to check in times due to flight issues). Great spot for a hammock when there is a breeze out. The water hose made rinsing dive gear easy and keyless entry was convenient. Air conditioning was great to have; don't panic if it's a little hot on arrival, once it cools initially it stays comfortable and cools quickly after a day out (with units off). The ceiling gap mentioned in the description was a bit bigger than we anticipated, but was not a problem for our group. However, if you have some early and late risers or kids that may have a bedtime it could be a slight issue as any lights or noise was shared throughout the house (besides bathroom which is enclosed).

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Blue Lotus and plan to return again in the future. The location is great and easy to get everywhere. It was perfect and the hosts are so responsive and have great local recommendations.

My husband and I stayed at Don & Monique’s for a long weekend getaway in Caye Caulker. It was a perfect escape. The house is in a quiet area of the island which was perfect to escape the areas where most congregate during the day. The bikes to rent made getting around so easy and enjoyable. We didn’t want for anything. Would highly recommend this place for a stay!

The Blue Lotus was beautiful, very homey and comfy with all the amenities you need. AC was a huge relief at the end of hot day exploring Caye Caulker. You can walk or arrange golf cart taxi to bring you into town. We mostly got a taxi in for $10, and would meander home in the evening. A beautiful spot!

One of the highlights of our stay was the tranquil ambiance of the property. Whether lounging in the hammock or enjoying a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters of the nearby beach, every moment felt like a dream. The location of this Airbnb couldn't be better. Just about 5 minutes drive away on a golf cart, we had easy access to the island's best restaurants, shops, and activities. We will definitely be visiting again. I 100% recommend this jewel (Blue Lotus).

Beautiful private spot, yet close enough to walk to all amenities! Loved the hammock on the east facing deck! Also was great to have RO water so we didn’t have to buy bottled water! Definitely recommend!

Happy to call the Blue Lotus home for the past 2 weeks. Hosts and management/housekeeping staff were all wonderful. Great communication and very accommodating. The place was unique and comfortable. Had everything we needed and more. A lot of thoughtful touches. I liked how it was closer to the airport and away from the busier end of the island. Would stay here again without hesitation!

This Airbnb was very cozy, good lounging living room. Had all the things you needed for kitchen supplies. I will say if you’re going with a group of friends or families staying here just a heads up that the walls between the rooms and living room don’t go to the ceiling so you are able to hear one another regardless if the doors are closed. But all in all it was a lovely and clean location.

We really enjoyed our stay, even with all the rain!Such a lovely place! It was really tidy and thoughtfully decorated and felt very cozy. It was a great place to hunker down. The only issues we had was a bit of trouble with the key pad getting in. Instuctions on where to tap to turn it on would be helpful. The other thing that made the stay a bit more interesting was the very colorful Rastafarian neighbor who liked to play music and sermons on a loud speaker during the day. We found it amusing, but others should be aware. That said, it was a perfect place for us and we would stay again!

Large open plan house: note, the bedrooms too (the cathedral ceiling extends above the bedrooms, it's better to know!). Quiet location and a little set back from the main street, but it's less than 5 minutes away with the bikes. The kitchen is relatively well equipped for cooking. We stayed for 2 weeks and had some small issues, which were all taken care of and resolved very quickly! Book without hesitation!

Had a lovely stay at Blue Lotus! The home was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Also, the management company went above and beyond during our stay and was very communicative. The location is a bit secluded from the main area but is very peaceful. PlThere is an option to rent bikes, which we really appreciated and highly recommend!

Great beautiful place in Caye Caulker. The apartments’s manager was very communicative and helpful. The place is beautiful, well decorated and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and very convenient. The only thing worth mentioning is that the apartment is a bit far (15 minutes walk- which in Caye Caulker dimensions might be considered as far). Really recommend this place and would come back in the future:)

Great place to stay! The property manager was always responsive and helpful during our stay. The place was exactly as described and super clean. The food on the island was delicious so we didn't actually get a chance to cook in the kitchen but there's a grocery store 5 min away that if you wanted to grab a few items to cook with. One note to future travelers is that you can't flush toilet paper down the toilet which is pretty common for us when traveling to different countries but if you're not the most comfortable you can always travel with a portable bidet.

What a great location!!!

Blue Lotus is perfectly located. It’s far enough off the main drag to be quiet and peaceful, but close enough to walk to many restaurants and bars. The kitchen was extremely clean and had everything needed to prepare meals. The bicycles provided were well maintained, and got us through our stay with no issues. Caye Caulker is a beautiful island with probably the nicest, and friendliest people in the world. We are definitely coming back!

We had an amazing time at Don & Monique's place. It is very large and comfortable, and the A/C was excellent. It is a bit away from the main road, but we enjoyed the walk into town, and for those interested there are bikes available through the listing or around town.

Family of 4 stayed 11/18-11/22 2022 & very much enjoyed it. The island is great with amazing snorkeling/scuba locations, awesome food & friendly people. This is a large house that you need to walk up 15 steps. From the house to The Split (northern most part of the island) is just under a mile so you can walk everywhere but taxi or bike/golf cart rental is probably best (golf cart rental is about 3x as much as 2 taxi rides for 4 people. This house did have bikes available to rent but we did not use). Early Nov is the end of the rainy season but they had several bigger storms right before & during our stay so the sand streets were very muddy. The house has a balcony with several chairs and a hammock. There is a bedroom with a queen bed & bedroom with two twins and an open concept kitchen, living and dining room. Full sized fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee pot, stove/oven, tv, tiled shower. Do not flush the toilet paper. Bring your own shampoo/soap for shower. Very clean and cozy.

We loved the Blue Lotus! Check in was easy, Levita was there to meet us and explain everything about the house. Loved having the bikes to be able to get around the island. House is well equipped with great air conditioning. Neighborhood is quiet, safe and everyone is so friendly. Would definitely recommend!
