This beautiful home was an oasis for us during our stay in Cozumel. We were a group of seven adult friends, and everyone felt comfortable and happy in the space. Fabiola and Manuel were a wonderful and responsive caretakers, providing drinking water and quickly helping us whenever we needed anything. We especially loved our evenings by the pool, surrounded by the beautiful garden and fruit trees. The birds and iguanas made it feel like our own little tropical retreat. Having a garage for our rental cars was also a huge bonus, and we felt very safe and secure both in the home and walking to nearby restaurants and the plaza. It was a wonderful home base, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy being together. We would absolutely recommend it and would happily stay here again!

This is a great house! This house great has air conditioning and great wifi. Its a beautiful house with a great refreshing pool! And great laundry services! I 100% recommend this house to big families.

This home is very spacious and clean. Our stay was in July, and the AC throughout the home kept us dry & cool when we returned each day. Plenty of cold, filtered water was provided. The appliances all worked well, including washer & dryer. There were household & bathroom supplies, many new for our stay, which was nice. The backyard, patio & pool were all clean and provided a relaxing & safe setting. Location convenient to walk downtown, where taxis are typically available & very affordable if you are venturing further. Host Fabiola also provided taxi contacts and other assistance. My family was very satisfied with this home for our stay!

We were two families of 10 total people. The house had plenty of space for our group to spread out and relax. The house had two parking spots inside so it was great for our rental cars. The AC was great and the location was perfect we walked to lots of local spots and went to Buccanos beach club a couple times. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a place in Cozumel.

Fabiola and Manuel were very responsive and met our every need. We were very happy with the experience. The pool was super clean and well maintained!

Where to begin? Wow, I'll start with that. We've been going to Cozumel for 30+ years, always stayed at all inclusives. To say Cozumel is maybe my favorite place on the planet understates it. I've been a traveler since I was a kid thanks to my grandmother and I've never returned to a place as often as Cozumel. We have considered retiring there. But this trip we wanted someting different, we wanted to be immersed in the local culture, the restaurants beyond Melgar. We wanted to walk the neighborhood, discover LOCAL hangouts. So we decided to stay in a house in town. Casa Jounieh was perfect, we came with a group of 7 long time friends. The house was perfect for a group that size. It s gorgeous, you can tell that from the pictures. Having the place all to ourselves meant that we could all have coffee together, make breakfast together, hang out in the pool. It allowed us to have a trip with truly no agenda. There's a coffee shop on the corner that makes a fine breakfast too.

We were four families with two kids, and our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house had everything we could possibly need — it felt like a real home away from home. The location was perfect, just at the third beach line and ideally situated between the airport and the port. The garden, pool, and terrace were amazing spots to relax, laugh, and spend great moments together. We had such a fun and memorable time here and would love to come back again soon! Highly recommended! 🌴✨

Overall the home was beautiful. The host was very resonsive. Home felt private and secure and had all of the indoor and outdoor space that our group of 8, two families, could ask for. Pool was kept clean and was serviced at least twice during our 2 week stay. There were not enough cups in the kitchen for our group and the barbecue was not there when we arrived but a quick message to the host and this was addressed. We had a blast. Great company, great host, beautiful home and lively but peaceful island.

Fabiola and her co-hosts made us feel so comfortable and she was always quick to help us with anything we needed. We would absolutely come back!❤️

We stayed at Fabiola’s place for 1 week while diving on Cozumel. The house was very spacious, the pool was lovely and refreshing, and Fabiola was helpful and accommodating. We rented one of her available cars, which was way quicker and easier than renting from an agency on the island and the car was clean and comfortable. She even gave us a ride back to the ferry!

Great place! We loved the pool and outside areas. The house was comfortable and well appointed. Fabiola was great to work with and was very responsive about everything including refilling water bottles, and replacing some stained linens. We hope to come back and stay here again. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Fabiola was an excellent host. She responded to our questions immediately and went out of her way to provide us with everything we asked plus gave us a recommendation for a car rental, beaches, and restaurants to visit. My only concern was that the smaller bedroom smelled moldy or like people had smoked in it.

We had a great time with our son and his family of 8. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels. The kids loved swimming in the pool but it was a little chilly for the adults. The water heater could be turned up for showers & washing dishes—there is no dishwasher which I didn’t realize but was not a problem. The location is great, easy walk to many restaurants and the main road to watch the sunset and a Soriana grocery. We felt very safe. When walking turn right leaving the house, first night we went left and it was a busy road and no sidewalk. Fabiola was great! Very helpful, answered all questions very promptly. Will return!!

Great place, just a few little unknowns that would have been nice to know before we got there. Beds are comfy, but it would be nice if they had fitted sheets. The owner lives on site The pool is not heated All in all, a great private casa!!!

The place is a 5 minute drive from Cozumel airport and a 15 minute walk to center of Malecon. Place is better than in the pictures with big rooms upstairs, and a big open space downstairs. Pool is great and the back yard is quite big. Fabiola was always available to replenish supplies and give information as needed. I highly recommend the place.

We loved staying at Casa Jounieh! We had a wonderful experience and it was as if we had all of the comforts of home. The washer and dryer was a huge bonus. The backyard is a beautiful oasis as well. There was plenty of kitchen items and it was not a problem making meals at home but we ate out most nights anyway. Extremely safe and easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Rooms were spacious and all bedrooms except one had own bathroom. Good soundproofing throughout the home. We will definitely book again with Fabiola as she was a responsive, excellent host. She responded to any inquiry quickly and was very helpful.

We had a very nice stay. The house was as described, and comfortable for our group of 5 adults. Walkable to the water and many restaurants. (Check out Cafe de Isla around the corner for breakfast!!) We loved having the pool to relax in every afternoon. Fabiola is very friendly and responsive.

Loved, loved, loved Fabiola's house! The house was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable inside and outside. The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious and the showers were clean and very modern. The location of this property is perfect being a short 4-5 blocks or so to the boardwalk where there are many restaurants. Fabiola was exceptionally responsive to my texts and even provided two umbrella's for us when it started raining. We also rented a car from Fabiola and it was perfect for driving around the island. We highly recommend this gem of a house!

What a gem! My family of ten stayed and we had such a lovely time in the house! The pool and backyard are the cherry on top. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy. Fabiola is so responsive and helpful and made our stay seamless. Ten people fit in the home if everyone shares a bed (which worked perfectly for us), the rooms have AC, and all the bathrooms are wonderful to have! It’s a wonderful stay that makes you feel at home! We will be coming back again!

...our 10 day stay at this wonderful home was stellar! Plenty of space for 4 traveler's and the location was perfect... we also rented a great car from Fabiola... This is one of my best airbnb experiences and I’ve had some incredible hosts. Fabiola was excellent and the place was bigger than I expected. The place looked as beautiful and pristine as the photos. It was spacious. It was stocked with toiletries. The kitchen had what we needed. We stayed for two weeks and it included cleaning services once for each week. The pool was chilly which is expected as homes don’t have heated pools in a warm environment. We swam and it was wonderful. The backyard is quite large. The WiFi is fast (me and my partner work remotely). The beds were good. Fabiola ensured we had clean water jugs for drinking. She took care of getting us a taxi big enough for our crew and bags. She was amazing and the stay was wonderful and the space was better than I expected (and I expected a lot with how beautiful it is). Also, for the price it is well worth it. Four bedrooms and three showers with five total bathrooms (one poolside). Amazing. Loved it.

Spacious, well located home with an amazing outdoor area. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and great communication with host. We will come back on our next visit to the island. Thanks Fabiola.

We had a great stay, peaceful, noise/free location, pool was always nice and clean, garden area was huge, one of the biggest in the area, rooms are specious, and the state of the art Viking cooker was a huge bonus.

Fabiola was fantastic and super responsive. We had a few issues at the very beginning because it was the first time it was rented but nothing was important, and Fabiola came to address everything immediately. I would rent this place again in an instant. Thank you
