Tamara's place was incredible for our spring break this year. Our group of 7 spanned 3 generations and there was plenty of space and nearby activities for everyone. My kiddos got their money's worth on the awesome pool, and enjoyed eating snacks up on the rooftop deck. The kitchen is large and stocked with enough tools for us to cook a few meals. The house manager owns a diving and snorkeling biz and took us out for an epic day snorkeling; we saw amazing fish, starfish, and stingrays. 10/10, would go back, Cozumel is fantastic and felt safe.

Tamara’s place was a great fit for our group. The location of the home was fantastic, we had the best of both worlds with the pool on site and the ocean right across the road. We really enjoyed the space and our time there. Any questions/concerns we had were addressed . The cleaning crew was super kind and helpful. And Mario… every vacation rental would benefit from a Mario on staff. He was there for any questions that we had and his kindness was genuine and appreciated. We hope to be back someday :) thank you for a dreamy week!

The house is located in a perfect location for a quiet family vacation. Waking up to a gorgeous ocean view is unbeatable! The host was extremely gracious and had a high chair and pack and play available for the little one. The property manager was incredibly helpful and responsive. We had a fantastic stay!

Beautiful home with inviting space outside. We had a family of 7 adults and really enjoyed the home. There is plenty of room. The pool is gorgeous and the photos had me excited to spend most of my in the pool. We really didn’t use the pool because of the water temperature. That was disappointing. You never think you need a heated pool in the tropics but this pool was cooler than any of us wanted to use (ages 26-60). The lounge cushions had mildew and the pool deck definitely needed to be cleaned. The owner will send you an email with all of the details about contacting the property manger-read that -it has the contact info for the PM. We didn’t and could not get in. I’m going to take responsibility for that-however I did message the host several times and never got a response until I contacted Airbnb. From that point forward we had great communication. If you are divers you will have to wade out chest deep. There is also some iron shore - not a lot of fun.

Fantastic home and place. It would be all 5's, but our flight was late and it was difficult finding the house in the dark. This was no fault of host or caretaker. Had flight arrived during daylight, I think we would have driven directly there. The caretaker came out to wave us in to the property.. was so nice of him! The home was large and set up well. The pool and beach access was also great! Really enjoyed our stay! We would love to come back! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

The house was perfect for our family of 5, with 3 late-teenagers. Each could have their own en-suite room upstairs with an upstairs living room if they wanted to hang out late into the evening, with us on the first floor master. We could all hang out in the spacious living room and eat at the dining room table. Tam and Mario were responsive - there were two minor issues, but they communicated and resolved quickly. My favorite aspect, even as much as the house, were the recommendations for restaurants, dive masters and excursions (mostly in the house guide, but also via text, etc. Everything they suggested turned out to be great, which really enhanced our first time visit to Cozumel. House was very clean and the one maid service during the week was all we needed and was exceptional.

Yes I thought it was expensive but it really was not! The kitchen appliances and washing dryer were all new and in great condition The house was across a small road to the beautiful beach. The Mexican families picnic on the beach in the early evenings Really local and lovely to watch.

We have come to Cozumel many times before but always stayed at a resort. This was an absolute game changer for us, we loved loved loved the house! Tam was great, very responsive. Mario the manager was fabulous. He was attentive and so kind. We will definitely be back and stay here again!!!

Tam's place is wonderful! Beautiful location, home, comfort, water pressure is the best I've experienced on the island! They have a pack & play for a child. Water, paper products etc were provided and made it convenient to have on hand when arriving late. The home accommodated us perfectly! There was plenty parking space as we needed several cars for our whole family. Her property manager (Mario), house cleaning crew and any other workers needed were quick to respond and help out if needed. I would love to stay there again! Thanks for everything!

We had such a great time at Villa Coronado. The grounds and pool area are beautiful and right across the road from the beach. You can see the ocean right from the villa! We went out every morning tide pooling and then hit the ocean snorkeling. The area is great for seeing fish and sea life. The villa is huge and could fit a lot of people, though we liked having the place just to our family of four. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Great house. Nice location right on beach and away from crowds. House well furnished and spacious. Really enjoyed our stay there with our family.

We had a perfect time at Villa Coronado! The house is so spacious and clean. You could not even tell that there were 9 of us there. We did need a blanket for the person using the room with the futon and after calling Mario, he had a housekeeper there within hours. Mario is wonderful and super responsive and has such great information about tours and even great tips about the snorkeling right in front of the house. I wish we had more time to do everything he mentioned! There are 2 beach clubs across the street and two more within walking distance. Money Bar is about a 10 min walk but stays open later than the others and has live music Thursday - Sunday. We had a destination wedding at the Villa and the whole experience was perfect! Such a great experience, it could not have been more perfect. We are so excited to have found Villa Coronado to make these lasting memories. We will definitely only be staying at Vila Coronado any time we visit the island!

The place is right on the beach and is very nice (as shown in the pictures). Communication was very easy and fast throughout the stay.

This house is absolutely stunning !! I don’t think I will ever stay in Cozumel if I can’t rent Tam’s house . Her Property Manager Mario is a stand up guy that’s there to help with any questions you may have and he offers a lot of excursions if you’re looking to do stuff while you’re there . He booked us a 4 hour fishing. Barter with his friends , came along ion the boat to take photographs of us fishing and to shoot the breeze with us . I can’t say enough about the location of this place , but I would recommend a car as it’s about 10-15 minutes out from the Center of town . I give this place a 12 out of 10 stars !! Thanks Tam for letting us rent your place out !! We’ll be back

Truly a wonderful place! The villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect for a dive trip with a group of friends. And a shout out to Mario for all of his help during our stay.

What a fabulous house! We had a great stay at Villa Coronado. Tam was an excellent host & Mario was a great manager & so helpful. So close to the beach for snorkeling. Just the perfect spot on the island- far from the crowds but not desolate. The Barefoot Lounge was convenient for last minute meals. You definitely need a car, but it's great to have that flexibility anyway. The views from the house & backyard were fantastic. The rooftop space was a delight. It was the perfect place for reading in the hammock & a couple's massage. Mario had plenty of water stocked for us, and even had groceries waiting for us for a small fee. We had everything that we could have wanted or needed. We even took family photos on the staircase because it was so eye-catching. The water temp in the showers fluctuated quite a bit but was a small sacrifice for such an incredible house to stay in. We would absolutely stay again. A beautiful house on a beautiful island made for an unforgettable luxurious trip.

The manager, MARIO was exceptionally helpful and friendly. He made us feel right at home, he communicated daily and was ALWAYS there for any questions we had. The home looked exactly like the pics, very beautiful. We will definitely return to this one!

Definitely an amazing Airbnb. It’s in a great location in cozumel, walking distance from so many beach clubs, restaurants and the beach is right across the street. Mario was an amazing host, he checked in via text everyday, which was extremely helpful if we needed some help with things around the house. He was also there when me and my family checked in to give us a tour of the house. I didn’t know that this Airbnb comes with maid service which was our own special surprise because the maids were amazing when they came. They cleaned the house extremely well and in detail every time they were there. The house was extremely big and kid friendly, it was definitely big enough for all 10 of us. Pool was beautiful, we had alittle difficulty with the lights outside but with a quick adjustment from Mario everything was fine. We used the grill outside and even had a whole cookout one of the days we were there. Our experience with Tam’s Airbnb was amazing. Me and my family thank you Mario and Tam for such a wonderful experience!

Tam’s place was clean and looks just like the pictures. We loved our stay! There’s lots of places to eat nearby, the beach across the street, and near places like Tortuga beach club where did some activities like snorkeling.

Mario was amazing. Nothing to worry about.

We had a great stay! This house was perfect for our group of 6 and Mario (the house manager) was extremely nice and helpful! The beach is right across the street and absolutely beautiful. We will be sure to stay here again with another group next year.

The house and pool is absolutely beautiful! The AC worked perfectly and the house was very clean! The beach access is very rocky so definitely have water shoes. The pool is the highlight and we went to resorts for the beach time. Definitely will visit again!!

Beautiful Villa with a gorgeous view. Mario the house manager was very welcoming and was prompt in taking care of any concerns and questions we had. We enjoyed a snorkeling trip with Mario and he was very patient with our 5 year old first time snorkeler granddaughter. The villa has a rooftop terrace with hammocks which was a favorite spot to take a siesta. We enjoyed the pool and snorkeling right from the beach. Cozumel this time was a different experience as there were no cruise ships allowed in yet. The town was very quiet and the vendors are hurting for business which is really sad.

What a wonderful Villa! Traveled as a group of 7 adults, 3 sets of couples, so the 4 sizable bedrooms each with its own bath was a perfect fit for us. The house manager Mario was fantastic! He was easy to contact and always made sure we had what we needed, particularly in terms of drinking water which they provide. The owner Tam is also very responsive when we had questions leading up to our trip. The Villa itself is beautiful, clean, and in a wonderful location. Spacious with all the amenities you can think of, including beach towels which is a plus! We frequently used the large pool and the rooftop hammocks. The beach is very close, just across a small street and the snorkeling was fantastic. Fair warning, it is a rocky/coral beach so there is sand but also rocks especially getting into the water, so water shoes are a necessity. The beds are comfortable and the A/C more than able to keep the villa cool. As is typical for the area, it is a concrete-based building so sound does echo, so pick your friends group wisely if you are one to go to bed early while your friends want to party late :). We used the chef service Sandra's Kitchen for 3 of our 6 days, and all I can say is WOW!! The food was absolutely amazing and worth the money! All you have to do is be there to let them in and they'll take care of the rest, down to clean up! A few of us divers really did appreciate the dunk pool they had set up for cleaning gear, especially as COVID made the boats no longer have fresh water. We certainly hope to come back and stay at this wonderful place, and you should too!

Everything was perfect. It was the perfect place to social distance during a pandemic. We loved that the house was set up for scuba divers with the rinse tank for our gear. We are able to clean our gear and not worry about it when we get home. Mario is a great blessing. I also understand he is an excellent dive guide. I would have used him if i didn’t already have a guy that I use in Cozumel. Mario messaged me every day to see if we needed anything. Since we consumed large amounts of water, he made sure we never ran out. Sandra’s Kitchen is a meal service and was a superb choice for our family. They came in every day and cooked us breakfast and dinner. It was a great value and we could eat breakfast in our pajamas. The best part was I didn’t have to cook or clean the kitchen all week!! The family favorite place was the roof where we were always jockeying for a hammock. We rented a car and drive around the island one day, but mostly we just stayed close to the house and swam in the pool. We did do 12 dives, which were, of course, awesome. This was the ultimate relaxation my husband needed away from his busy law practice and the time our family needed together.

What a great place. It’s in a perfect location not too close or far from town, great snorkeling, walk to several restaurants and bars. The home was perfect with four big rooms 3 with views and all with en suite bathrooms so it was great from that perspective. The TVs worked although we didn’t really watch itC AC was nice and cold, pool was cleaned daily. The sound system was great and we could play music on our phones. It was just a great place.

We absolutely LOVED this place! The house was the perfect size in an amazing location. We had the best time using the pool during the day and rooftop at night to stargaze. The host was fantastic and all the amenities were abundant (we snorkeled daily right our front and grilled food!) The house was sparkling clean with great AC too.

We loved our two week vacation stay at this wonderful villa! It was the perfect location and had all the amenities for our large extended family with children. Our kids and grandchildren loved the pool and the splash area for the youngsters. We were steps away from a great snorkeling area and loved the quiet evening sunsets from the beach and roof top. The management company looked after all our questions and needs promptly. We highly recommend this spot and we hope to return again.
