Staying at this Airbnb was perfect. Lot of restaurants nearby. The beach is less than 5 minutes away. The place was quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. If you like to keep it simple this is the place for you.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire check-in and check-out process easy. Only thing that we see as a minor inconvenience was the slide door, but everything else was amazing. The location was great, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay, and I would happily stay here again!

Beautiful place in Cancun, very private, peaceful, with four pools to enjoy your stay.. Karla is an amazing host, very helpful. She helped us with a secure taxi to pick us up at the airport. Also with excursions to explore Cancun.. And with a car rental.. Karla made us feel like home, she’s the best

My wife and I had a great time celebrating 10 years of marriage here! There's a lot to do, whether you're looking for something romantic or adventurous, or whatever it may be. We went to Isla Mujeres a couple times and had a romantic dinner on the sand right on the water Mayan Beach Club, which was such a great experience! It felt safe and the scene by the ocean is pretty lively and fun. It can be a bit loud during weekend evenings over there but that's too be expected on the weekend! I could go on and on, but I'll just say, next time we come to Cancun, we'll be staying here again! Oh and Karla, the concierge, is extremely helpful with anything you need and speaks perfect English and Español (maybe other languages too, for all I know 😎) If you're on the fence about a few different places, this one would be a great choice!

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was very clean, spacious, and exactly what we expected. They were also very responsive with whatever we had questions. The views outside outside the condo were stunning. Different hues of blue. There were also many restaurants to choose from and walking distance to many activities.

Location: good, if you want to be close to downtown or a few steps from Isla Mujeres. 🚿 pressure: excellent Bathroom: clean and with shampoo, conditioner, and soap Bed: clean sheets, clean room, only the ceiling needs a little cleaning Cleanliness: very good, only the ceiling of the bedroom needs a touch-up In general, the place is as shown in the photos. The location is ideal if you plan to go to Isla Mujeres or take the ferry itself. The place is old, but it is well maintained and clean, which is the most important thing. The furniture in the living room is very hard. If you plan to sleep there, I don't recommend it. There are no pests, no ants, no insects. It's very comfortable. You have a pool, but the beach is not there. It's a few steps away, and the one that's close, about 5 minutes away, is dirty. But you're steps away from a 2-Michelin-star restaurant and lots of little places to shop and buy drinks. 9.5/10 ❤️

Even before we arrived, the service was excellent. Karla was always attentive to any situation, and even helped us with suggestions for activities. The accommodation is very nice, with ocean views, and is equipped with everything needed for a peaceful and pleasant stay. The location is quiet, and it's easy to get to the hotel area and downtown. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Cancún.

Perfect little apartment right on the water's edge! Spent most evenings on the patio enjoying the ocean views. Great pool area and quiet at night which is exactly what we wanted. Short walk to great seafood as well as the ferry to Isla.

We stayed for 2 weeks at Igor's place. We were looked after by Karla. She gave very clear instructions regarding getting into the apartment. She also checked on us regularly and always responded quickly with any questions. The apartment was clean and well stocked with drinking water, toilet paper, coffee, sugar, whitener, salt, oil garbage bags, soap and laundry detergent. More drinking water was easily purchased at the front gate. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. However, we found the sofa to be quite uncomfortable. This has been expressed to Karla. The washing machine worked very well once Karla explained how to use it. Clothes had to dried inside on a drying rack. The building, pools and grounds are very well kept. We loved that we were away from the very touristy hotel zone in Cancun. We were able to buy fruits and vegetables relatively close by. Keep an eye out for the man selling grilled chickens and sausages down the street towards the ferry.

An amazing experience. High levels of communication and proactivity always on the part of Karla, who makes you feel accompanied at all times. They also allowed us to do Early Check In without any additional charge. A ground floor apartment literally in front of the pool, with an amazing view and dreamy sunsets, combined with absolutely everything you need. And when I say everything, that's all. The apartment had pots, dishes, glasses, washing machine, coffee, Coffee Mate, sugar, salt, oil, lots of toilet paper, bags, even ice!! I haven't seen another Airbnb that does this with their guests, but here they take it fully into account. On the other hand, very fast public transport connections if you wish, and you can walk to the beach, Ferry Ultramar from Puerto Juarez and restaurants in the area, which is totally safe. You will never regret renting this Airbnb and we will definitely visit them again. Karla was the best!

Very responsive host!

I absolutely loved the spot! The pool overlooking the beach was the best and Karla was sooooo helpful with last minute bookings of tours. The local beach is in walking distance as well as some great restaurants. Would def stay again

We had an amazing time! It’s walking distance to the ferry, local restaurants (Marbella and Entre Muelles especially great), OXXO and other grocery stores, and the best part is having 4 ( almost) private pools at your disposal and waking up to the sunrise and ocean waves. The condo itself is not as fancy as the pictures (everything does work though), but you’re paying for that amazing view, the sea at your doorstep and access to local buses, ferry and local vibe. We travelled with a little one and she enjoyed the shallow 2 ft kiddie pools. The neighbors are all friendly and it felt like a really nice community. Very peaceful, away from the touristy stuff which we didn’t want. TIP: tiny no-name shack drink stand on the side of road just before Barba Negra restaurant, she made me the BEST pina colada I have ever had! Karla is a great resource, very responsive and helpful. Playa Del Ninos is next door but we couldn’t go in water, rocky sharp bottom and murky waters. Overall great stay!

Overall, this was a great stay in a great location with highly recommend this to anyone else looking to explore Cancun outside of the hotel zone

Lovely, quiet, secure and peaceful space with amazing uninterrupted views over the sea and a really comfy large bed. Some nice restaurants just a few minutes walk away - try out the ceviche at Barba Negra nearby. Very responsive and helpful hosts too!

This Place is SUPERIOR!!! Million Dollar View, Great apartment!!! What is even better is your host and concierge Karla. When I say this woman is amazing those words do not describe her. I was alone on my trip she didnt let me feel alone for one second. She was Always available if I needed anything, always very friendly I felt like I have family in Mexico because of her. I felt good because of her.

This Airbnb was the perfect start to our Cancun trip. We spent most days by the pool right on the porch or walking right next door to the public beach. The hosts were so responsive and reached out every day to make sure we had everything we needed. Amazing price for a beachfront apartment!

This is such an amazing spot. I highly recommend. There is a beautiful view of clear blue water. It’s literally right next to the beach. Igor and Karla such a great host , very attentive and ensured everything was prepared beautifully. The staff was also very kind and helpful. This is a great place to stay.

The place was beautiful with amazing sunrise view. The location is right next to a public beach and a lot of nice affordable restaurants. The heated pools with an ocean view was a refreshing experience as well.

The place was easy to reach, secure, beautiful view, simple but great interior. Had a pool looking at an Ocean view, not in a very mainstream are but 10-15 minutes away from the hotel zone which was ideal. Local businesses in the area were very nice to have, easy to get something quick to eat or drink. Very responsive to feedback and they were very concerned on the quality of our stay. Had private parking, with a gated entry. Absolutely worth every bit! Definitely recommend it! The hosts were superb also, Karla was great! She truly was attentive and showed care before, during, and after our stay! Won't regret it, I know we didn't!

Karla was excellent and always responded within a few minutes. The place was spotless with a gorgeous view of the ocean and pool . The neighbours are all super friendly and accommodating. The air con works well. Plenty of opportunity to have a solo swim. Water is supplied. Awesome authentic Mexican .

We booked this beautiful condo and it was the best decision we made! It was extremely peaceful and very picturesque. Everything was perfect and it did feel like a home away from home. A comfortable place and a pleasant stay, it is far from the hotel zone and most of the "attractions" that one is looking for in Cancun, but it is a plus that has a pool and a beach a few meters away walking. In my opinion it is not the best beach or what one would expect from Cancun, but that is something totally foreign to the accommodation. To spend some rest, it seems like an excellent place to me, and it's totally worth the price paid. Communication with Karla was excellent, 10/10 :D

Excellent communication. Quick to respond. The unit has clearly been updated with some new furniture, new bed linens, microwave, bathroom sink & huge nice TV. Even a small TV in the bedroom. Very clean, I suspect it has a lot to do with the cleaner Maky who has great pride in her 5 star service. The pool & grounds are well maintained; peaceful & quiet. The building complex has seen better days; however, this particular unit provided everything I needed; budget price, clean, comfortable, safe, quiet & peaceful.

We were looking for a quiet and great place to end our vacations and it was the right place !

The apartment is small but enough for two people, well furnished and with the necessary items, it also has shampoo, soap, toothpaste, some basic foods such as coffee, sugar, oil,etc. The AC works perfectly, the bed very comfortable. Everything is in line with the photographs. Good location, with restaurants for different budgets in the immediate vicinity, next to a public beach, there is an Oxxo and the ferry terminal to Isla Mujeres nearby. Karla is always attentive to possible needs and questions. We would definitely come back.

Everything was very good

The apartment was really cute. It's well-located near a public beach with easy access to restaurants and services if you have a car. The pictures are accurate in terms of the view — it's wonderful. The place is small but totally sufficient and comfortable for a couple or single person. Everything was clean, and the internet was stable and fast. When issues arose, the host was incredibly responsive and resolved everything quickly. Would recommend and stay again!

Quiet atmosphere, very nice view

A lovely place! Well described by the pictures and listing. If you are seeking a quiet and relaxed family-friendly vibe this is definitely the destination for you. For us the location was very ideal. A smaller beach playa del nino is right next door, but it was really nice to be close to the ferry and be able to explore the larger beaches on Isla Mujeres 20 minutes away. Similarly while there aren't a ton of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, there are a few gems including Marbella seafood restaurant. It was very fast and cheap to get taxis to the places we wanted to visit (though there is free parking as well). In addition when we wanted to cook ourselves we had everything we needed as well. The concierge service was super responsive and helpful, so if this sounds good to you I would highly recommend.

Safe, comfortable, quiet.

Most helpful & kind hosts. Place was fantastic. Quiet & relaxing. Right next to a beach & plenty of restaurants. A perfect stay if you want to be away from the touristy bits of Cancun but still close enough to get the full experience. Would recommend.

A place where we enjoy total comfort and tranquility. This home had a panoramic ocean view, perfect for sunrises. The location was strategic, with easy access to main roads, which allowed us to explore the surroundings without hassle. The setting was quiet and relaxing, ideal for disconnecting from everyday stress. In addition, the home offered well-maintained common areas, the very nice pool, and amenities that ensured our comfort.

Great place to stay in Cancun

Simple place with an awesome Caribbean Sea view and fantastic seaside pools. Host was very responsive and attentive. Neighbors were very friendly. Location is on the peninsula, off the beaten path from Cancun central about 15min drive. Small local beach right next door. Scattered restaurants, mostly seafood. Experienced hurricane Helene as it swept through Cancun and it was the perfect spot to do so.

Absolutely loved my stay at Igors. Was amazing waking up every morning and seeing such a torquose Sea. Host was so helpful and got me a shuttle directly from the airport to a great restaurant where I had lunch, Apartment was only 15 mins away. Check in was super easy, I'll definitely be looking for this place again

The place is perfect for relaxing and resting by the sea. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. It has direct access to the community pool, with an access to the sea, away from the hustle and bustle of the beach next door. It has chiringuitos nearby to be able to go out to eat or dine on the beach. The ferry to Isla Mujeres is only a 20-minute walk away. We also receive recommendations from the host and tours if you are interested.

The concierge service was great. Karla provided us with clear instructions, recommendations, and helped us book our tours.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! While it’s not beachfront, it is waterfront and the location was fantastic—just a short walk from the closest beach. The apartment itself felt cozy and was impeccably clean, making it a perfect retreat. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it!

Right next to a cute little beach and about a 20 minute drive to some really great places and the most beautiful beaches! Super peaceful and quiet. Response time was great.
