Staying at this Airbnb was perfect. Lot of restaurants nearby. The beach is less than 5 minutes away. The place was quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. If you like to keep it simple this is the place for you.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire check-in and check-out process easy. Only thing that we see as a minor inconvenience was the slide door, but everything else was amazing. The location was great, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay, and I would happily stay here again!

Beautiful place in Cancun, very private, peaceful, with four pools to enjoy your stay.. Karla is an amazing host, very helpful. She helped us with a secure taxi to pick us up at the airport. Also with excursions to explore Cancun.. And with a car rental.. Karla made us feel like home, she’s the best

My wife and I had a great time celebrating 10 years of marriage here! There's a lot to do, whether you're looking for something romantic or adventurous, or whatever it may be. We went to Isla Mujeres a couple times and had a romantic dinner on the sand right on the water Mayan Beach Club, which was such a great experience! It felt safe and the scene by the ocean is pretty lively and fun. It can be a bit loud during weekend evenings over there but that's too be expected on the weekend! I could go on and on, but I'll just say, next time we come to Cancun, we'll be staying here again! Oh and Karla, the concierge, is extremely helpful with anything you need and speaks perfect English and Español (maybe other languages too, for all I know 😎) If you're on the fence about a few different places, this one would be a great choice!

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was very clean, spacious, and exactly what we expected. They were also very responsive with whatever we had questions. The views outside outside the condo were stunning. Different hues of blue. There were also many restaurants to choose from and walking distance to many activities.

Location: good, if you want to be close to downtown or a few steps from Isla Mujeres. 🚿 pressure: excellent Bathroom: clean and with shampoo, conditioner, and soap Bed: clean sheets, clean room, only the ceiling needs a little cleaning Cleanliness: very good, only the ceiling of the bedroom needs a touch-up In general, the place is as shown in the photos. The location is ideal if you plan to go to Isla Mujeres or take the ferry itself. The place is old, but it is well maintained and clean, which is the most important thing. The furniture in the living room is very hard. If you plan to sleep there, I don't recommend it. There are no pests, no ants, no insects. It's very comfortable. You have a pool, but the beach is not there. It's a few steps away, and the one that's close, about 5 minutes away, is dirty. But you're steps away from a 2-Michelin-star restaurant and lots of little places to shop and buy drinks. 9.5/10 ❤️

Even before we arrived, the service was excellent. Karla was always attentive to any situation, and even helped us with suggestions for activities. The accommodation is very nice, with ocean views, and is equipped with everything needed for a peaceful and pleasant stay. The location is quiet, and it's easy to get to the hotel area and downtown. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Cancún.
