The house comes with everything you need to have a good time, it is spacious, ideal for large groups, the pool area is the best of the house. Alfonso was very accessible and permissive. We will definitely be back!

Very nice place, the pool is very good, the house is comfortable, it has a very functional apartment and is part of the house but very independent. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is spacious, it has a good dining room and the most beautiful thing is the terrace. Safe, cozy area. Highly recommended

This place was absolutely beautiful! Truly breathtaking. I love how it’s private. Very nice and relaxing place to go get away we’ve been had a bonfire on the beach, which was awesome. The caretaker even went to the store for us and got us beer and food. My only suggestion would be for all the owners of that location to get together and invest in paving the road to get there. There were a few dirty spots in the upstairs bathroom and in the dining table, but nothing that would spoil my experience. I will definitely be coming back here and recommend it for a nice quiet family getaway.

The attention was excellent. The house is spacious with spacious rooms. Don Carlos and Mrs. Fátima welcomed us very well. Definitely that it's a house I would go back to renting without thinking.

Super comfortable, the rooms, bathrooms and kitchen equipped with everything you need . The attention of the gentlemen who take care of it is excellent. The host responds quickly and is super accessible to requests. The house has a beachfront ranch and almost in front of the house there is an ideal place to enjoy the sea. At night they have a house caretaker for security.

Amazing host Alfonso is! Amazing staff as well. If you are thinking about booking this home, just do it. You will not regret it at all. Head up on the roads to get there, ask for directions, do not come with a sedan come in a truck. The roads and very tricky. Other than that awsometime here with my family.

Great location, right on the beach to bathe and watch the sunsets in the front row. The house is super spacious and cozy, we were a group of 10 people and had a great time. The caretaker made us feel safe and cared for, and even gave us lunch options (for an extra cost, but very delicious). We would definitely return!

We chose this house because of its beautiful backyard and access to the beach, and with this we were not disappointed. The pool was perfect for the kids, hammocks and shade of the palapa were wonderful, and the access to the beach was awesome. Alfonso was helpful and communicative from when we booked our trip and throughout our stay, and his caretakers took care of setting up and breaking down the backyard set up each day. I was surprised that the house was a bit run down for what we paid- big things were the windows being broken or grimy, and the bedrooms seemed a bit cramped, but it is a rental house, and with a stunning backyard.

Hello! The house is even better than what you see in the photos! Carlos, the very friendly caretaker and Alfonso the owner was super attentive and quick to respond! I recommend the house for large groups as there is ample availability of rooms and beds.

Alfonso is a fantastic host who can help navigate any situation for new travelers to Nicaragua. He is responsive to any concerns. The house is a great deal with all rooms air conditioned. Beautiful outlook from the palapa. Greta caretakers on site.

The house needs TLC. 2nd floor bedroom is the best room in the house....all others need help. Kitchen/dinning does not have a door seperating it from the breezeway....so mosquitos are a nuisance...as the breezeway is open to the exterior (no AC). owner and caretaker are super nice....the pool is nice and the gazebo is nice. your about 10-15 away from masachapa...which is convenient.

The owner is super attentive and waiting for my arrival, to give me the directions ..!! The house is spacious and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The support staff is friendly and attentive to any needs. I had no problems getting there, I used the apps, to support myself and they were effective. The private and secure atmosphere. .. My family liked it and the kids really enjoyed the pool.. Highly recommended..!!
