Great location. When I had an issue, Marcela was quick to respond. They allowed us to check in early as our flight came in the morning.

Christian and Marcela’s place was wonderful. From planning my bachelor party to the day we arrived to all the questions we had when we were there. Their home was gorgeous from the pool and backyard to the bedrooms - living room and kitchen everything was perfect. HIGHLY recommend the yacht trip to Isla Mujeres and private chef dinner at the house. All the beaches and bars and restaurants are close by but even if you just want to relax in a beautiful clean home this is the place. 10/10. Thank you again Christian and Marcela!

We were completely satisfied with the 6 nights we were able to spend there. Very quiet area with a breathtaking sunset. We had so much space with 7 people that no one got in anyone else's way. We will be happy to come back.

Our stay at an Airbnb in Cancún in the hotel zone was very nice all around. The place was clean, well equipped and pleasantly quiet. Particularly impressive was the fantastic sunset that we could enjoy every evening. The location was perfect as the beach, restaurants and shopping were in the immediate vicinity. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would come back any time.

Very good stay, quite long at 2 weeks. Everything went very smoothly, we were 12 people and there was plenty of space in the villa. The best points are the quiet neighborhood, which is still very well located, close to everything by car or inexpensive Uber. And above all, the outdoor area is great with the breathtaking view of the lagoon. Just be careful with the pool floor, as the tiles sticking out can cause cuts on your feet.

We stayed at this house from August 2nd to August 9th, 2025 and my family and friends enjoyed it to the fullest! The house is very spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone. The backyard is amazing, with beautiful lagoon sunsets and plenty of iguanas basking in the sun. The location of this house is excellent-within walking distance to two OXXO markets and Pharmacies. A big thank you to Marcela and Christian who helped us with airport pickup and drop-off, and also recommended a yacht tour at an awesome price-a must-do experience! Overall excellent house to stay.

The house was ideal for our group of 9. We all felt we had private space in the large bedrooms, but could enjoy the communal spaces. The house is in a great location! walkable to bus routes in the hotel zone and to nearby beach and restaurant! The BEST part was the family of iguanas that reside in the backyard! They were so fun to watch and were not scary at all! The pool was taken care of daily, but we never saw who did it! Overall, a wonderful and relaxing stay!

Good location

We booked this house super spontaneously one day before coming and everything worked out great! The hosts were very sweet and helpful, had a lot of tipps and organized a shuttle that picked us up from the airport and brought us back there the last day as well. very cheap and easy - worth it for sure if you are traveling in a group! The house had a super nice backyard and a cute pavilion with view over the lagoon (which sometimes doesn't smell great tho) and we saw a lot of lizards and Iguanas outside which was cool :)

This airbnb is such a great find. Very close proximity to the hotel zone, but also feels quiet and private, with a great back yard area on the lagoon. Highly recommend the private chef (Francisco), who the host connected us with, which was our favorite meal of the trip. The interior of the house could use some updates, but for the price and the location, you can’t beat it. So many gigantic iguanas right in the back yard! We loved it!

Our stay was perfect. We went to Cancun for my sisters bachelorette trip. The hosts were super helpful in finding a yacht to book and transportation services. When we had trouble turning on the stove the host came by to help us. Amazing ! Thank you

I recently stayed at this wonderful house and had an exceptional experience. The house itself was charming and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Sleeping arrangements was a little tight for 13 people but overall great value for money. Marcela was great host and a lot of help.

Stayed with 9 friends for 3 days/2 nights during a wedding, and it was perfect. Beds for everyone, plenty of space, and the air conditioning was a godsend. The host Marcela was a godsend, prompt response time, and even had good recommendations for places to eat nearby. She was so welcome and accommodating. Really enjoyed the private outdoor space with a beautiful view.

Overall great place to stay while in Cancun. Needs some updates but great location and private. Marcela is a great host and made sure our needs/request were made. She is very resourceful.

Our group had a great stay at Christian’s place! The house could use some updates here and there but overall everything was functional. For the price you can’t beat it. The view from the back yard alone is worth it. The Airbnb was fantastic, location was perfect , ease of access and communication went smooth. Marcela was a great host and the additional services are great!

i thank you for welcoming us at night,the house is just like the photos,nice, big, beautiful decorations, good location, it offers extra sheets and towels,there is good communication, it has good communication, it has everything you need to be comfortable in sight,but when you do it, everything changes. Everything else is fine. All the others are in poor condition. It's awful to sleep in them. You move around and turn off, they're about to break. Bathrooms need quality of the house are bad, they feel old,the main toilet is leaking and that noise doesn't let sleep,the spotlight is also the one in the living room has no pressure and it's hard to use it. The only TV in the room didn't serve it even though we put batteries on it,the living room doesn't look like it. Check the slats and the main one, the lounge chairs are better to remove them because we were afraid to use them and that it was finished breaking them and that it was finished breaking, we threw out all the garbage except the one in the bathrooms and we leave food in refrigerator milk,soda, and vegetables. If they make the changes, we'll be happy to come back.

We stayed at this home in February, it was a bit hot bu there were ceiling fans and AC units in each room, We loved the pool table and backyard view the most, with the help of Marcela we arranged for a private dinner on the back patio with views to the lagoon, it was magical. The property could use a little updating in the kitchen and bathrooms, but thats a personal preference everything worked as needed and our family loved the stay. Its great for a large family, all the linens were fresh and clean, loved the pullout sofas in the upstairs rooms. Marcela was an amazing host, answered all my questions and helped arrange transportation, personal chef and a yacht rental (which due to weather we could not due but not their fault) I felt safe and would rent from them again.

Our stay was overall great! Stayed here with 10 friends and it is a great location to hang out and spend time together. The place was spacious and was easily walkable to the beach as well as multiple bus stops that could take you to either downtown or the hotel zone for 12 pesos per person. While the house was very spacious and comfortably fit 10 people, the house could do a little rennovating to modernize it a bit more. This was not a big deal though because while we used the house to hang out, we were out most of the day and night. Overall a great place to stay and would recommend!

House was clean, had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen, extra linens, AC, very spacious and perfect for big groups. They have someone maintaining pool and back yard. View to lagoon is amazing. Area feels safe you can walk to oxxo and pharmacy across the street you can also walk to Playa tortuga which you can take Ferry to Isla Mujeres. Just 5 minutes drive to nightclubs and restaurants. Location was just perfect. Host responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Check in -out was easy

Christian and Marcela was helpful! She was nice enough to answer all of my questions. She presented so many recommendations. She even provided us a early check in because our flight arrived at 6 am. I will definitely go back

Marcela was super helpful getting us a ride to and from the airport and a private chef service. The house was really well located and had a ton of interesting features. Beautiful grounds full of lush trees that opens onto an incredible view over the lagoon. Super quiet neighbors, definitely heard no party noise from cancun. The beach was only a few minutes walk and had a market right next to it so you can stock up on water, beer, and snacks. You can tell the house had some unique inspiration for its architecture, but its also showing signs of its age a little bit. Minor water damage stains could be found in a number of places, but nothing that gave us any problems. For the cost of our stay, the house was incredible value. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house is as in the pictures, but it is a bit outdated, but it did not bother us at all. The location is great and communication with Marcella was optimal, she always took the time.

Maricela was an excellent host, couldn’t have asked for better! We had a group of 12 for a very special family vacation so we chose an Airbnb home over a resort. The house itself is not luxurious but its perfect for large groups. It is right across the street from playa tortuga. Taxis easily accessible. We had a private chef for one night and he made the best shrimp cocktail I’ve ever tried. Maricela and her and whole crew get 10/10 stars from my family!

We had a very nice stay at Marcela's place in Cancun! We definitely want to emphasize positive communication with Marcela. From the slightly later check-out, helping organize activities (beach club, club & boat) and booking an airport transfer, Marcela helped us superbly and made the stay very easy. The house itself is well located and perfectly connected to the hotel zone by the bus connection (3 minutes away)! As already emphasized by some previous reviewers, the house is a bit outdated and requires some renovation in parts (door handles, doors, toilets, etc.). In addition, the pool is smaller than you would expect from the pictures. All in all, the house and especially Marcela convinced us and we would definitely come back! :)

We had a group of 9 and stayed for a week. The house was big enough for all of us, 4 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms. The pool was small but worked perfect for us and the house had everything we needed to prepare meals at home when needed. The location was the best! A five minute walk to the beach and the ferry to Isla Mujeres. The bus stop was minutes away with a quick 5 minute bus ride to the grocery store, flea market, and nightlife. We used a tour company called Sunny Journey and they were amazing! Poncho coordinated all of our transportation and tours during our stay. This home was exactly what we needed and we would stay again. Thank you!

Amazing spot, you cannot go wrong. I saw a sting ray right off the dock of the home. Pictures do not do this justice.

Marcela was the best host ever! She was so helpful prior and during our stay! She helped with our chef (food was amazing), at-home massages and yacht rental! Everything flowed beautifully and was very easy to get to. The house was very spacious for our group of 7 ladies and was safe. I would recommend the house and Marcela to everyone!

110% recommend. Our stay at this home with a rather large group couldn’t have been better. Everyone felt safe and comfortable in their spacious rooms with A/C. The home has a covered parking spot that was perfect for our rental van. We made use of the pool and dinners in the backyard gazebo overlooking the lagoon. We contracted the private chef for an amazing dinner where we selected from a list of menus. Don’t miss out on watching the sunset from the backyard pier. Definitely recommend the yacht rental, 5 minute walking distance down the road from the home! Marcela’s communication is on point. You won’t be disappointed. Gracias Marcela.

This was a great house for family or young friends. Functional with plenty of space. Not meant for a high end experience, but perfect if you want clean, convenient, and location. Situated on the lagoon side, Playa Tortugas was a five minutes walk where you can catch the ferry to Isla Mujeres or just enjoy the beach. Sunsets were beautiful. Backyard with swim pool was perfect way to end a day. Plenty of space to fan out if needed after spending whole day with family. Kitchen had all you needed with some extras like coffee filters, sugar, and minimal spices for cooking. The host assisted us in renting a boat for the day. The boat crew were great and if you can, I recommend the experience. Just make sure to communicate with the crew. They really want you to have a good time. Bus was utilized to get to downtown and to hotel zone areas. Very easy to navigate.

This was the absolute perfect place. I cannot rave enough about how perfect everything was and how amazing Marcela/Christian were to help with everything I needed. Ahead of my bachelorette trip they sent me all the options of things I could do including boat rentals, private chef, massages, and airport transportation. We ended up doing all these things and it was absolutely perfect. The chef was amazing throughout our stay. When we arrived at the house we found them already there ready with margaritas and making appetizers for us. I could not have asked for a better welcoming committee. Marcela/Christian were with us every step of the way, communicating everything we needed and answering all my emails up until the very day I arrived. If I had a question about anything during my stay she would respond immediately. The house was absolutely beautiful, eating amazing chef made dinners right out by the water. We got massages on the dock and rented a boat that was a FIVE MINUTE walk from the house to take us out for the day. I would come back here a million times if I could. It was the perfect stay and would 100% recommend this house.

What an amazing place! We visited Cancun for a family reunion so we had a large group! The house was pretty spacious and had enough room for our big family! The bay view was spectacular! It has a deck and a covered area with a large table with a grill right by the bay, which we loved to hang out at! The sunset was breathtaking! The house had all the essentials and supplies needed for us! Marcela was an exceptional host! Very responsive and provided always great tips about the area and where to go! She was able to find us the best yacht option for our group twice! Can’t say enough about the great time we all had! Thank you, Marcela! I hope to be back soon!

I cannot express how great the home was as well as our hosts. Marcela was amazing! From the moment I booked, her communication was flawless!! She gave me options for airport transportation (which we did), chef, massages, yacht rentals literally a 4 minute walk from the home (which we did). Very through with details on what each activity details. One of our guests had to catch a returning flight at 3:30am and she was accommodating to get the transport and was on time for both check in and checkout. So enough about Marcela :) but just wanted you to know that if you book with her you will get 5 star service. Now onto the home, just as the host it was amazing!! My guests couldn’t stop raving about the open space, high ceilings, great A/C, zen area, pool, lounge area by the lagoon. Beautiful view from main bedroom. Well you’ve seen the pictures they are all even better in person. Very clean, spacious. Our party was a total of 10 and we felt we can add more and still have room. Marcela helped us with transportation to and from airport and was there at the home to greet us both ways. Explained the layout and was helpful if we had any follow up questions Overall we had a blast in Cancun and this home and Marcela added to our experience You will not be disappointed. This house is in amazing location. What you see in pictures is exactly what you get. This is a prime location and 5 min drive from Cancun Downtown. And there’s a convenience store, OXXO, a block away from this house which makes things easier for people wanting to grab essential items. I booked this place for a bachelor party and we all had a great time. There are enough beds for enough heads in this place. The house is very well air conditioned and has a AC in every room. The pool and the backyard is very well maintained and big. You can throw a pool party in the backyard. Just don’t go in the lagoon as there are crocodiles in there. The owner is very communicative and was on top of things when we needed them. They made the stay very pleasant for us. Just avoid playing loud music in the backyard at night time as there is 1 neighbor who called the cops on us. But no biggie, everything is negotiable in Mexico lol

The house is absolutely spectacular! It was everything and more we needed for our stay! The house was clean, beds were comfortable, it was spacious. The pool area was really nice with a beautiful view. The best part was the service from the host, Marcela. Communication was great. She was extremely responsive with every inquiry, going above and beyond. The marina is a five minute walk from the house, which was excellent for a yacht day. Marcela was resourceful for all the extra services that are offered. We hired a chef, which was really nice for dinner one night. Overall, we had a fabulous experience and would come back every time.
