What a lovely home We stayed while 3 of our group complete their diving certification. It was amazing to come the house and feel like you were home, Every thing was perfect and well equipped . The bedrooms, bathrooms kitchen and laundry were all exactly what we needed to enjoy our stay and explore the island. And of course the pool and outdoor shower were perfect for an evening cool off.

We loved our stay. Jennifer was super helpful. We loved the house and grounds. We wish we would have stayed longer. Wonderful stay!

We visited as an extended family of 7 for 9 days. Gorgeous house, the swimming pool was a hit for the family, in particular for the teenage/young adult children. Very spacious and comfortable. The grocery store is one block away. Lots of beaches within short driving distance and one about 10 minutes walking (which we only found on our last day). We did scuba diving, lots of snorkeling, a tour of the Mayan site, the grandparents did a glass bottom boat tour. Great restaurants and bakeries, overall a wonderful experience!

We have a large group, and everyone loved this beautiful home! Plenty of beds and bathrooms, cookware, linens, etc. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to visit Jennifer’s home again!

We had a wonderful stay! We loved the house. Clean, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. Everything we needed was there, and the beds were excellent. The location was perfect for us since we had a rental car, easy access, convenient parking, and great for day trips. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. We felt truly welcome and relaxed the whole time. Highly recommended, we’d love to come back!

Everything was great; an excellent stay. My whole family really liked it. The house is very comfortable, and the neighborhood is very close to everything. Great place to stay with family. The children loved the pool and it had many chairs etc for the adults to sit and keep watch of them. Many clean and comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen furnished all the necessary items and filtered drinking water. The location is very close to Chedraui and walkable distance to many restaurants. Jennifer will answer any questions promptly and friendly. 😊 Thanks for the stay!

Great home, very nice having 4 bathrooms with 6 women. Enjoyed the pool with privacy fence. Location was good with grocery store just block or so away and walkable to shopping and restaurants/bars. Beach is just block and half away but we were unable to locate a public swimming area. We did take excursion to Paradise Beach Club which was an enjoyable day of unlimited drinks, good food, a beach with many inflatables and a pool. Jennifer was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during trip. All in all a fun relaxing time was had.

Casa Buena Vida was the perfect spot for our trip. It’s close to grocery stores, shops, and made getting taxis or rentals super easy. We were in Cozumel for Ironman, and the location couldn’t have been better. The pool was great, the laundry facilities were a huge bonus, and every bedroom was spacious and had its own bathroom. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. We’d definitely stay here again!

Very walkable to all the great spots in the area. Nestled far enough in neighborhoods to get some cute local bars and coffee spots. Totally recommend.

It was fantastic! We were here last year and it is becoming a family tradition to stay at Jen‘s place! It is walking distance to the ocean, shopping, and restaurants. I previously owned a house one block away, so it’s really nice to come back and visit my old neighborhood. Every time I come down here, it makes me homesick, Cozumel has always been my second home and being at Jen’s Airbnb makes me feel right at home. We will see you next year! Thank you, Jen!

Jennifer’s beautiful home in Cozumel was the perfect place for our group of 7 to stay at while we did a number of scuba dives! The house was perfect for our group of girls. The rooms were very comfortable and we enjoy time together in the living room, dining room and of course around the pool. Jennifer worked with one of the girls to arrange a birthday surprise. They responded quick and were very kind with us. Would stay here again if I came with a big group. ❤️

Jennifer was very responsive to all my questions, answering them almost immediately. The house was beautiful- even nicer than the pictures show. We travelled with 8 adults and 2 infants and the house had everything we needed. Everyone had their own bathroom, the kitchen and table are huge, and there was even a pack n play for the babies and some toys. We opted for some in-house meal service from one of Jennifer’s recommended cooks and it was fantastic. The yard was beautiful, private, and having the pool was wonderful. Grocery store is a block away and it was only a 20 minute walk from the ferry. The only downside was the internet, which was shotty most of the time. Our family had a wonderful time here and will definitely be staying again!

We loved our stay! The private gated yard was beautifully landscaped and private pool was amazing. We loved that each room had its own bathroom. Layout was super functional and great for two families. She had great recommendations for a cook whom we loved using. Keep in mind the floors in and outside are tile and get slippery when wet (for little kids). Location was very walkable, just a block away from the store and a few blocks from the ocean. Jennifer was so quick to respond and answer any questions. We had such a great time!

Anytime you’re looking at real estate online you wonder whether it will be as nice as the pictures. I would actually say this place was even nicer than the pictures although the pictures made it look like it was going to be fantastic. While we were there, the temperatures were in the high 90s with high humidity and so the pool was a welcome relief every time we returned home. We also had the experience of hurricane Beryl while we were there, and Jennifer could not have been more communicative with keeping us up-to-date in terms of how the property had to be modified to ensure the property and us, as the guests, were protected. Location of this home is perfect. feeling like you are away from mainstream but close enough to mainstream that you could be there within a few minute walk. Very quiet neighborhood with everything we needed within walkable distance. I would highly recommend this house.

We really enjoyed staying at Jennifer's place. The house and yard are awesome! The pool was perfect for us! We loved being able to spend a few days here! (Taxi drivers had a little trouble finding it, but we got there eventually. We ended up putting a pin in the map to make it easier.) Thank you, Jennifer!

Had a fantastic time at Jen’s BnB! We loved that it was super close to downtown and safe. We had a car for our time there and it was easy to get to and from all of our destinations. One aspect we really loved is that she set us up with Dona who made an amazing meal for us and she even made a special dessert of churros that my daughter has still said was the best she’s had since being there. Would recommend over and over again!

The place is great, close to the store and walkable to everything. Jennifer responded to questions we had very promptly. Plan to stay there again. Love the pool and house.

We had an amazing stay! We loved the grocery store around the corner with taxis available. We enjoyed walking around to find restaurants. The only bummer was that the pool was too cold to really enjoy but we stayed in February so it's understandable.

Jennifer’s place was a perfect place for our family vacation. Conveniently located near the ocean/restaurants/grocery store. It was even better than the pictures showed! There’s a few nuances to the place but Jennifer was very helpful and responsive. She’s an excellent host and very accommodating. We look forward to coming back in the future.

The only tricky part was finding the lights to the outdoor/pool area of the house but other than that I really appreciated the detailed instructions provided by the host. I highly recommend!

Beautiful home located close to two big supermarkets to buy whatever you need during your stay. Kitchen fully stocked. House was clean and we felt right at home. Jennifer was a great host and quickly responded to messages. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the island. The house has 4 bedrooms and they all have their own bathroom which was really nice. The pool was great for the kids. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home! It was perfect for our two families with kids ranging in age from 8-20. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom & shower, made it easy for us to all get ready quickly! We had plenty of space and the home was spotless. Having a washer/dryer was SO nice. The grocery store was just over a block away and had everything we needed. Plenty of taxis there too at any time. Jennifer was SO helpful with recommendations for restaurants, beaches, etc. She responded immediately to every question I had before and during our stay. We were able to walk to restaurants and the downtown area, we never felt unsafe. The island is so pretty, would definitely return there and to this home!

I loved my stay at the home, the home was stunning inside and out it definitely gave me the vibe I wanted for my birthday. The host guidebook had great recommendations to eat and other things to do. All the amenities that was listed were available and the host was very helpful and responsive. 10 of 10 would definitely book again.

This home is amazing! It perfectly fit a group of 6 for the week. The location is pretty unbeatable too. The pool was one of our favorite parts for sure. There were a few quirks to work out, but Jennifer was very helpful and responsive. All in all, I’d do it again!

This property is absolutely stunning. It is just as described and the pictures are accurate. The pictures do not do justice. Plenty of space plenty of towels and everything is so fresh and clean. I loved that everything is just a short walk away. Jennifer is a great host very responsive answered all my questions and provided great tips about the island. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It is also very relaxing and a great place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle. I have nothing but great things about this property and host. Absolutely a must stay in Cozumel.

Jennifer's house is beautiful and peaceful. Every part of the house invites to relaxation. The outdoor living space and serene and gorgeous. There's a very nice coffee house and a large supermarket two blocks away. The center of town with its lovely restaurants, shops, and convenient scooter rentals is 15 minutes away.

Home is exactly as described in a walkable neighborhood close to the ocean, city, and grocery store. Jennifer was VERY responsive at all times and went above and beyond helping coordinate in-home chef services during our stay. AC is great with ceiling fans everywhere to help keep the house cool. Having a pool is absolutely wonderful and the area is completely private when the beaches get a little too crowded. There is a Gymboree nearby which tends to be a little noisy early morning but nothing we couldn't ignore. Next time we are in Coz I'll definitely be staying here again! First, Jennifer is an amazing host and can answer all of your questions about Cozumel! Leading up to the stay, we were in contact through the app and she answered all of my random questions leading up to my stay! Jennifer is so responsive and even answered phone calls with questions throughout my stay which was very much appreciated. The house is amazing and in a great location. Just around the corner from a large grocery store and down the street from a coffee shop! Walking to the shops and ferry terminal was not too long of a walk either! It was fun stopping at all of the shops while walking from the house to the center of town. We felt safe being in a new location for the first time. The house had plenty of space for our group of 6! Each room having an AC unit and full bathroom was a huge perk. Plenty of sleeping space to accommodate our group. Large kitchen and dining table. Amazing pool with an outdoor bathroom and shower! I can’t say enough about this stay. I can’t wait to come back to Cozumel again!

Jennifers place is absolutely amazing, it is in a prime location and has all the amenities required for a family to have a great stay in Cozumel, I could not recommend it more. It’s also conveniently located -just a block from the grocery store, beach and easy walking to tons of bars and restaurants. The drinking water system made it so easy to not have to buy bottled and the pool and courtyard are wonderful. We also loved the Sonos system throughout the house. I can’t even begin to say how perfect this house was for our 7 night vacation! The amount of space was just what we needed for our group of 6 ladies. The pool was clean and refreshing. The home was spotless. Wonderful location, just a few steps to catch a taxi and within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. We felt very safe and secure even when we were out after dark a couple of nights. Great communication and hospitality from the host. Definitely hope to stay there again one day!

Jennifer’s home is outstanding. It is decorated very beautifully and the kitchen table is a work of art. We enjoyed hanging out in the courtyard and pool area on the hot days. Lots of seating areas located all around her property. Jennifer was quick to respond to any of my questions. Several of our adult children were able to work remotely from her office space. The location is within 2 blocks of restaurants and the grocery shopping. Grabbing a taxi was easy as there were many available right next to the grocery store. It is a wonderful location for a family reunion and a group of friends to gather. I would highly recommend her place. My husband and I frequent Air B&Bs often and this one was by far the nicest place we have stayed at.
