Excellent, spectacular place. Everything and more than you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. From the windows, there are great views of the peaceful sea. Without a second thought, I would recommend this place for short stays especially, as the resort lacks amenities beyond the pools and the 2 restaurants. However, the accommodation is luxurious. 5 stars. We'll be back.

Everything was excellent! Just like in the photos, an impeccable place, super comfortable, with a beautiful view and many amenities that made our stay even better. It's a few meters from the beach and very close to the pool. We would definitely love to come back! 😁

The house is a large, comfortable house. The air conditioning works well. The upstairs room does not have air conditioning (but this is described in the listing), so it would be very good if they put in another fan (pedestal) in addition to the ceiling fan that is already there. It should be noted that I requested a fan and they gladly provided it. From there, everything was great. Carolina, the co-host, helped us when we asked. The A/C is now working very well.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Patrick's house. The staff is very friendly and responded very quickly to any concerns or problems. The apartment is very comfortable and above all clean. The atmosphere is super quiet. It's a very nice place to enjoy a family vacation.

The AirBnB looks just like the pictures. It is very nice accommodation and the AC works great. There is a shower on the side of the house which was handy with the beach sand. The access to the beach was easy (though muddy because we went during rainy season). We saw very few people and primarily had the beach to ourselves. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

The place is exactly as described. You can see the sea from each room and living room. It’s very spacious, clean and organized. The beds are very comfortable, which is hard to find at some Airbnb locations. It was worth every penny. My biggest regret is that I could not stay longer. Love this place!

An absolute slice of paradise! Waking up to the sound of the crashing waves and stepping right onto the sand made this trip unforgettable. The house was immaculate, incredibly spacious, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The unobstructed ocean views from the deck were breathtaking, especially during the spectacular Pacific sunset.

It looks exactly like the pictures. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach was beautiful, the pool was lovely and the a/c was cold. The house was immaculately clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay on the beach in Nicaragua. The only issue we had was a slight delay in communication with the host. It is very remote, but there is a small store outside of the resort we were able to get to by renting a golf cart for the week. We mostly ordered from the Seasalt restaurant that’s close to the house for meals.

An incredible place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is fully air-conditioned with air conditioners in excellent condition, less than 50 meters from the beach, and there is an outdoor shower to wash off the sand before entering. The only thing I would recommend would be at least one more TV in the master bedroom.

We received the house very clean and organized. Very complete kitchen, new A/C, large TV in the living room, and terrace furniture. The property is centrally located within the resort, with easy access to the beach for swimming, and close to the clubhouse for renting golf carts and touring the entire complex. Excellent price!

Everything was perfect! We had a very comfortable weekend. There was a small problem with the refrigerator (it wasn't freezing), and our ice cream and beers warmed up. However, we know that these things happen, and Patrik helped us by sending us a thermos with ice for me and my family. That small act was worth much more than anything else, because we understand that these things happen, and the important thing here is that he cared about us and helped us, showing that his guests are important to him! For me, a 10/10 host⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Such a peaceful and fun resort. We so enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful, modern, and perfect for relaxing. The beach is only a few steps away and the sunsets from the porch were amazing. We played golf, swam in the pool, and enjoyed the restaurant. All of these amenities and more are located at the resort for you to enjoy. We will be back in the future.

I loved the beach! It really is beautiful. The house is very comfortable, very nice, and lives up to what was promised. All appliances in very good condition. The hosts are very friendly. The staff are very polite and kind. I recommend it; the place is perfect if you want to get away from the noise of the city.

Excellent house and very comfortable; communication with the managers was fast and effective; definitely a good place to go to enjoy 2–4 days; the walk to the restaurant and the pool was short; I didn't need to move the truck at all.

Our one-week stay at this sweet tiny house was just what our family needed. Really appreciated the A/C and washer/dryer after 2 weeks in a more remote part of Nicaragua. While this home is very sweet and has all the creature comforts we could want, it is far removed from stores and such so we were glad we stocked up on a week’s worth of groceries before we arrived. We loved exploring the beach and pool. The hosts responded to any question or need we had. We enjoyed our stay!

The house is very nice, and the place is very safe; it has a well-equipped kitchen. Bathrooms in good condition, living room small but everything was fine, with a large TV screen. The only thing is that it's a long way from the beach or the hotel's central pool; the host is very responsive. The only things missing are a barbecue and mirrors in the bedrooms. Overall, it was a phenomenal experience—my family and kids truly enjoyed it.

It's one of the few Airbnbs that covers the resort fees for you. The apartment is larger compared to the others, and although it's close to the resort, you don't hear the resort noise.

It’s a lovely home with wonderful sea views. Check-in was a bit delayed but only because cleaning ladies were leaving it spotless. House is amazing, yet of travelling with elderly it is a tiny walk from the parking spaces. Overall, would stay again and already have a friend looking to book it for New Years as he happened to be in the area and dropped by. Would definitely recommend.
