Spotless apartment in one of the best areas and buildings!

Janileth is a great host, the place is close to a subway station, so they don't have to pay $20 from Uber. The area is very safe, the apto has sea views, it is close to the old town on the coast, for USD 5 an Uber can take them to the old town. Janileth gives great recommendations, responds quickly and is very attentive! Thank you for everything Janileth!

I’ll say if your scared to travel without knowing much español. This is the place to book. Jani makes it easy to communicate and makes it even easier to travel to the accommodation. Every issue I’ve had was handled with grace and patience. And the place was immaculate and clean, you can actually smell the detergent on the covers and used to clean the floors. Overall great place 10/10.

Had everything we needed for our short stay!

The apartment is well located close to restaurants, grossery storea and cafe. The place has an excellent space to relax with an interesting view, as well as a swimming pool and gym, although simple, it can be an option for physical activity. And if you need to work and want a larger space, you can use coworking. In my case, I went with my wife and for our purposes the apartment worked very well.

Incredible stay at Janileth's place! She is attentive, gave us a lot of tips and answered our questions very fast!! The location of the appartment is perfect since it's near Cangrejo and Casco Viejo. The pool is great, the room and apartment very confortable with an AMAZING view!!! We felt very safe as well since there is a lot of security to enter the building, the elevator... Thank you again, I recommend 100%!!

Had a great stay here in Panama City! Apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything you needed. Was a nice bonus to have two bathrooms! Location and building felt very safe and could easily take a cheap and quick Uber to the centre of town. Janileth was a very helpful and responsive host. Excellent apartment

Great place to stay and centrally located. Will stay again next time.

The bed is super comfy, nice and firm and wide. I slept well. Small, but plenty of space for one or two people. Great view from the balcony, can see the ocean and the sunset and lots of neat buildings. The downside is that traffic is pretty loud and you hear honking all day. Very clean. Good washer. AC works well Easy to order food or walk to nearby restaurants like Tampiche. The Reba grocery store is also not too far. Decent size TV that works with AirPlay. Good Wi-Fi speed. No microwave. Easy 10min walk to Metro station and the church El Carmen plays a fun song every hour. On Augusto boyd / Via Veneto there are cheap souvenirs and American food. The building's gym has a great view and a nice set of free-weights. About a 1 hour walk from Casco Viejo. Ubers are super cheap. The host is SUPER great and nice and communicative. Overall I'd love to stay again sometime.

Our stay at Jani's was perfect. The apartment is new, clean and very well-equipped. Wifi is reliable and fast. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom works very well. The pool was perfect to cool off when we returned from our excursions and the building staff are kind and smiling. Location is great. You are in a quiet and safe area, you access Casco Viejo either in 10 minutes by taxi or by metro which is 5 minutes walk. You have lots of restaurants around, banks, and a supermarket. As for Jani, she's really a great host. Her instructions were very accurate and clear. She recommended tips for us and was always extremely responsive to our messages. She will take care of you, so don't hesitate to book. Thanks again for hosting us Jani and maybe see you soon 😊

Janileth was an excellent host who kept in contact up to and throughout our stay. We did have some issues with the security guard on entering the building which were eventually sorted, but l believe this was because we didn't have WiFi. The apartment itself is just like the description and photos . Spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable with a small but more than adequate kitchen. 1.5 half bathrooms with a large power shower. A small juliet baloney with views of the city and the pool on the 6th floor was a fabulous bonus. This is the centre of the city so you do get road and traffic noise but overall this was a great stay for a couple for a few days.

Great location for a great price.

I couldn't have had a better experience! Before flying over, admittedly I did a bad job communicating with Jani, and I ended up landing at 5:30 AM and sent her a message when I landed. Not only did she respond immediately (at 5:30 AM!), she worked hard to pull strings and allowed me to check in early. It was a miracle! Beyond that, her instructions were super clear and concise. Any questions I would've had, she had already answered. As for the home, it was absolutely beautiful, just as described. Super clean, cozy, and contemporary. The pool area is awesome and the tenants are friendly and helpful. There are a ton of great restaurants close by, and other areas of Panama City are a short Uber (or metro) ride away. Anyway, 1,000% I would recommend! Thanks again, Jani!

We felt like in the heaven at Janileth’s apartment after a short holiday in a rustic and simple accommodation in Bocas de Toro. The apartment has great location - close to the ocean promenade. It is really modern and clean, has all necessary amenities. The building has a great public area on 6th floor. Really enjoyed to refresh us in the pool there.

Janileth was very kind at all times. The location is very good as it has a lot of shopping and walking areas nearby. Tourist attractions are 15 minutes away from the hotel by car.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a day before we transitioned to our resort in Playa Blanca. It was the perfect space for us and even better that it had so many great restaurants within walking distance. The building was guarded so I felt very safe.

Centrally located accommodation - slightly smaller than thought but nice and cozily furnished. The 2 baths were an unexpected, positive surprise! Check-in was a bit complicated as we didn't have internet to communicate. So there was some waiting time. Other than that, very good communication and nice stay. Good value for money.

The place is beautiful and Janileth was always very attentive to arrival, located at a very central point to the tourist sites.

Both Janileth and Alessandro where wonderfully responsive. The place is great and cozy. We specially loved the amenities (work space, gym and pool). The supermarket is a 9min walk (look on maps Riba Smith). There are restaurants and a mall, also a walkable distance. Moving around was easy with Uber as well and not expensive ($2-4).

Janileth’s place is BEAUTIFUL & CLEAN. It looks exactly like the pictures. The amenities in the building are nice as well. We didn’t get to use the pool but we stopped by and just relaxed outside by the pool. The shower is a great size and the water pressure & temperature is perfect. We even cooked meals in the kitchen so I recommend this place for anyone that wants to feel at home. The metro is walking distance and there are a few good & affordable restaurants in the area. I would say the only thing is that there isn’t much night life but that didn’t matter to us. We got around fine with public transportation and relaxed in a beautiful quiet home in the evenings. I 100% recommend Janileth. She is DEFINITELY a super host.

My stay was perfect! The view was AMAZING from the apartment. Janileth and her husband were really helpful for everything, answered to all my questions. The apartment was clean and cozy, I felt like home. It is near from a lot of restaurants. Uber is also really not expensive since it is near from almost everything. Would stay again if coming back to Panama.

Lovely and spacious apartment with stunning views over the city. Good and quick communication with the host. The complex is quite new and quiet, we had the gym and the pool to ourselves. Recommended!
