We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back! The home is absolutely beautiful, spotless, and exactly as pictured. Located in a safe, gated community, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The house is spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen is so well equipped that it actually makes you want to cook! 😊 We loved spending time by the infinity pool, enjoying the ocean views and the beautiful Cabo scenery. The location is excellent, peaceful and quiet, yet close to resorts, great restaurants, and just a short drive from San José del Cabo, one of our favorite towns to visit. The owner was wonderful to work with, friendly, responsive, and always quick to answer any questions. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciate all the hospitality. We highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. It exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return!

Karime’s place was beautiful and had everything we wanted. We felt very safe in the complex and watched whales from the deck every morning. Everyone loved the pool and the pool was very safe for kids. The closest beach is a 20 minute walk near the JW Marriot but not swimable. Recommend renting a car to go any where. The Marina district nearby has a coffee shop and a few restaurants. Highly recommend and definitely would stay here again.

Our family had an exceptional stay at Porto La Mar! We highly recommend this vacation home. Karime is an outstanding host and her home is every bit as beautiful as the photos - accurately described and well appointed. We are a family of 8, including children, who were celebrating a very special milestone. We cooked someThis home has plenty of space to spread out and have some private, down time and very accessible to everything in Cabo. We felt safe there. Even though the pool is not deep enough for diving, the kids swam 4-5 times a day. It’s perfect for lounging adults too, with fabulous views. Karime offered to turn up the pool heat, but - we’re Canadian, lol! She also responded promptly and professionally to the occasional hiccup or question. We loved eating our meals outside at the patio table and there really are whales to be seen! It’s also worth walking to the nearest beach, for exploring, watching the pelicans and the whales up close. Thanks Karime - we loved our stay!

El Portal am Mar in Puerto Los Cabos was exquisite and everything we needed, surpassed our expectations and even better than pictures or words could describe! The layout of the kitchen, pool and dining made shared meals so special and open to the outside. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for us and our adult children, privacy, comfort and extremely clean. We enjoyed the walk to the beach. We rented a car which was helpful to get to the marina area and San Jose Centro. The pool was gorgeous and refreshing on hot days with plenty of room for all of us. We also enjoyed the living room in the basement with the tv. We would stay here again 100%!

Karime’s home is beautiful and well kept. The views are amazing. The grounds keepers were very respectful of our privacy. We felt very comfortable and safe. Although our one issue was not resolved, the communication was good and efforts were made to resolve it. Overall, we would definitely stay there again.

We had an incredible time. This was our first time in Cabo area. The home was super private and secluded, yet only 15 min from restaurants, marina, golf courses, grocery and beaches. The home was a perfect home base for our explorations. The view was superb of both golf courses and ocean. It was so quiet that you could hear the waves crashing at night. Very little traffic around the neighborhood and very friendly guards at the gates entrance. The garage was clutch for keeping the car nice and cool between trips. The pool was perfect size for sunbathing and cooling off while we relaxed. Morning/mid-day sun and shade in the afternoon. The kitchen was ideal for entertaining and well equipped for meal prep and serving. The beach was a nice 15 min walk from the house, through the golf course. Not a great beach for swimming, but we hit different Cabo beaches each day. Thanks, Karime, for being an excellent host. Beautiful place and we’d go back there in a heartbeat.

Karime's home was wonderful to stay in during our time in San Jose del Cabo. The view of the water was very nice with the master bedrooms facing the sunrise. She is also the most responsive host I've ever had. The kitchen design is open and attractive, and it had everything we needed to cook at home. It was a great price for the location and quality of the house. The hiking in the Puerto Los Cabos community is peaceful and well maintained. Thank you, Karime!

We really enjoyed our week staying at this magnificent home. The kitchen was exceptionally well appointed and everyone loved how the shutters opened to the back patio. And the pool was a favorite spot as well. And for those who like a living area that is bathed in morning/midday sun with memorable views, this is the home for you! All of the bedrooms with en-suite’s were much appreciated as well. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful property with an amazing view!! The property is located in a beautiful community with security. We stayed for a week with family. Plenty of room and located close to San Jose town square.There were a few maintenance issues but Karime and Carlos were responsive and had them resolved. Would definitely come back!!

Beautiful space, great communication, gorgeous neighbourhood.

The home and view were absolutely lovely and extremely clean. Watching whales from the terrace was such a treat. Everything is white and sheets, towels etc might need to get changed out soon but it was great. It is a bit air bnb sparse for me, example no small tables outside or in tv room to put things on. no bbq grill Also black out blinds in the master would of been great. Owner was extremely responsive and kind. Each bedroom was lovely and the kids loved the bunk room. Our only issue was the pool was not heated enough. There is a beautiful breeze on the terrace and no sun after 2 so it gets chilly. A pool temp of 84 or so would of made the month and a half much more pleasant for the little ones. They program it remotely and claimed it was that temp but when we used an external thermometer it was still 79 to 80 we had very young children for older ones and adults it would be refreshing. But i would highly recommend this home. One of the best.

Was fortunate enough to spend an entire month at Karime's beautiful home and absolutely loved it. The spacious bedrooms and living areas made it very comfortable for all our guests. The view from the infinity pool instantly wow'd everyone when they walked in. The quiet and safe neighborhood of La Noria in Puerto Los Cabos made us all feel at ease. Karime was extremely responsive to all of our inquiries and requests. Definitely one of the best Airbnb hosts I've encountered. One thing to consider during your stay is renting a car. The house is a beautiful 10-15 minute walk to the beach, but it was nice to have a car for bringing supplies down. It was also very convenient having a car to make grocery runs to the nearby OXXO and La Comer downtown. That said, it was very easy to get Uber rides anywhere we needed to go, as well. We took advantage of that visiting San Jose del Cabo's arts district many nights. Can't say enough good things about this house. We loved it!

This house is spectacular. It is bright, beautiful and clean. We loved watching whales every morning while enjoying coffee. The house is spacious and perfect for a group of at least 8 people. It was very well appointed. We really had everything we needed. Karime was very responsive and easy to work with. We prefer to be away from crowds, so the location for us was perfect. I think it is worth mentioning that if I could give it 4.5 stars I would. The pool was unusable. IT WAS FREEZING. So there was no use of the pool for us. That was very disappointing. My girls were 21 and 17 so they weren't too terribly bummed out, but if they were younger that would have really been a deal breaker for us. As I mentioned the location was really great...for us. If I had small children the walk down to the beach wouldn't be feasible. You have to cut through some rugged terrain to get to the beach. A new pickleball court area just opened down the road, so if you play bring rackets.

Great house for 2 couples…..perfect size and amenities. All was exactly as promised. We will stay there again on future trips.

This house was fantastic. Long term stay, felt light home. Neighborhood is safe and peaceful. Can walk to JW Marriott for coffee and breakfast. Humo at the Ritz is super close. Watched whales from the porch. Will be back.
