Definitely the best place to stay with family and large groups! Beautiful house, spectacular pool and all the rooms are very comfortable. The daily cleaning service is 100/10. The area is very quiet and has a very nice private beach. Mr. Carlos was an excellent host, always attentive and super friendly. Thank you very much. We will definitely stay at his house again.

Our stay at Villa Orqueida was incredible. Carlos is an amazing host - friendly, accommodating, helped us with transportation and a local chef, and he was so responsive - anything we reached out about was resolved instantly. The villa was very large and better than I could have imagined for our group of 12 (6 kids and 6 adults). It felt so spacious and safe, and the cleaning crew was such a bonus. None of us wanted to leave! Thank you Carlos for a wonderful stay, we hope to be back someday!

Pictures don’t do this home justice, it is stunning and very well thought out for large groups and families. We stayed with our extended family of 12, ages ranging from 2-69. We fit comfortably and had a great time in the amazing community this home is in- it’s like a small town of restaurants, dolphins, and shopping. You don’t need to leave if you don’t want to. The location was so safe and the surroundings so beautiful. The highlights were the pool and the host Carlos whom we loved. Carlos helped us through a few hiccups like when the little ones got sick. Next time we come it will be adults only. If you book this place it will EXCEED your expectations across the board, from location, safety, access to local beaches (YOU MUST VISIT XPU HA Beach) that are all within 15 mins, Xcaret parks are all very close, as well as many cenotes. So much to do we ran out of time!

Great location, beautiful house. We were a group of 10 and had more than enough room. It’s worth pointing out that the casita, which has two bedrooms and could sleep 6 people, is located closer to the street. The main house has 4 bedrooms. Because we had kids, we didn’t use the casita much. The view from the backyard is beautiful. Carlos was very responsive. Would recommend.

The pictures and the description on Airbnb do not do this home justice! It is so spacious and comfortable and clean. I just can’t say enough about how wonderful it is and how much we enjoyed our stay there. Carlos is absolute perfection in an Airbnb host! We will be back! We had eight in our group and more than enough room for everyone!

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa Maravilla. The house was clean and beautiful inside and out. We had a large group, including grandparents and kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. Carlos was friendly and welcomed us upon arrival. The outdoor pool area was very nice and we spent a lot of time in and around the pool. The daily housekeeping was an added bonus. The home and surrounding area felt very safe and we could easily walk to restaurants (although we had fun renting golf carts). We would definitely stay in this home again if we return to Puerto Aventuras.

To say I had the best stay in my life would be an understatement. From the gorgeous interior to the exquisite grounds and pool, it was breathtaking. What really made the Villa special was Carlos and his staff. He provided an experience unlike any other. I wish I could keep his home a secret because I want to visit as many times as possible, but meeting and now knowing Carlos, it would be a disservice to his kind soul. 100/10 recommended. We had a great stay. The house was perfect. Clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. We had lounge towels and a/c units in each bedroom. The pool was our weeklong sanctuary. The resort area had lots of dining and shopping activities. We felt super safe all week. The Pollo Feliz (A Carlos recommendation) was amazing. Probably our favorite meal of the week.

We couldn’t have asked for more when staying at Carlos’s place. There were 10 in our group and the house had so much space for everyone to be comfortable. We’ve done group trips before, and there’s always something missing (dining table isn’t big enough, not enough space by the pool, etc), but not here! We had everything we needed and more. This house is incredible and I never wanted to leave! The pool and outdoor space was definitely the highlight- we never wanted to leave the amazing pool. And the surrounding area was so quiet and peaceful amongst the palm trees. The pictures did a great job at representing everything accurately, but it was so much more majestic of a home than you can imagine. Each room was beautiful and the artwork and decor were stunning. The kitchen was incredibly valuable to have for such a long stay, it has everything you could need. 12 people can stay here very comfortably, and everything is clean and magnificent. Carlos was such an excellent host - so kind, generous and friendly. He gave many recommendations and was always responsive. The house staff were also very lovely and kind. I can’t wait to come back… Puerto Aventuras and the surrounding community is super accessible and walkable.

We could not have asked for more! Carlos is an incredibly gracious host that treats you like family. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures, it makes you feel like royalty. The rooms and bathrooms are so large and the pool is amazing. The cleaners are all so kind and efficient. The gated community makes you feel safe and you have restaurants and shops within walking distance. I would love to return and wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

I planned a surprise birthday trip for my husband and it was EVERYTHING!!!! The pictures do no justice for this beautiful home! Carlos was so nice and attentive to anything me and my guest needed. His helpers were also nice and cleaned everything spotless. I’m definitely going back soon. I also surprised my husband with a surprise dinner from Carlos chef Luca. Luca and his team were amazing. Anything I needed and wanted Luca made sure I got it with no hassle. Everything he made was so delicious, also the breakfast. I love Carlos and his charming uncle lol he has a wonderful family! Great villa to rent . Store nearby to purchase all food and kitchen items needed. Also close to a dolphin , seal and Manatee observatory. Definitely recommend for a time away from the busy strip .

This is one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in. Excellent home. Plenty big for 14 of us. Carlos is exceptional Exceeded our expectations.

We had a great time at the villa. Very spacious and kept very clean. Carlos and staff did a great job cleaning every day and keeping us full of purified water. The area is perfect as there are restaurants within walking distance and felt safe since it was gated. Note that there is no hot tub as in the description but the pool was warm enough. Couple things I would have like were more utensils in the kitchen. The 2 knives were very dull. The beach is definitely more than a 5 minute walk but we went to a few other beaches in the area. I would definitely go back to this house in the future. There were only 6 of us but would be perfect to 10.

The house was great, the pool was great and the host was great. The house has 4 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms in another unit on the same property. There was bathroom for each room. The kids spent hours in the pool-they loved it! The house is in a community with restaurants, coffee shops, stores, dolphin swimming, beaches, etc. There was a lot to do in the area and we also took day trips to swim in a cave, go to Chichen Itza, etc. The cleaning staff was friendly and did a great job of cleaning. The host helped us arrange covid tests, a visit to the beach, a taxi to the airport, etc. He was very friendly and helpful. One tip: the store at the gas station outside the gate was much cheaper than the shops in the community for things like toiletries, snacks, etc.

Carlos was an amazing host from start to end during our trip. We came during NYE festivities so was a bit busier everywhere than we would have preferred but great either way. The house is beautiful and cleaned every day. We also had a chef come to the property on our last night (he also owns one of the Italian restaurants in the neighborhood), He was amazing and provided great wine as well. Highly suggest doing this! The small restaurants in the neighborhood were ok, not great food quality and over priced for what they were so I do suggest getting food at the store when you leave the airport or dining in Tulum or Playa del Carmen. Playa was a 25min drive and Tulum over an hour or more, due to the very small dirt road to get into the town but the restaurants and beaches are much better in those areas. Carlos and his assistant were available at all hours to help with Taxi's and answer questions, his team is amazing. Wonderful trip with friends in a beautiful home. Thank you for having us!

This house/neighborhood is BEAUTIFUL! Carlos and his staff are friendly and accommodating- they made us feel like VIPs during our stay. The home is beautifully decorated and well maintained. This was our first stay in Puerto Aventuras so we weren't sure what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. The neighborhood has everything you could ever need within its walls - food, drinks, activities and dolphins! We'll absolutely be back.

One of the most understanding and caring person I’ve ever met. The area is great as well from a nearby beach to dolphin swimming. You’ll definitely enjoy yourself staying here! We completely loved it!! Wonderful home everything was very good clean to the max 💗 we took our infant and had a crib high chair we were amazed with the attention we hope to be able to go again.

If you have the opportunity to stay at Carlos property I highly recommend it!! My family (group of 12) and I loved the house and enjoyed our stay.. we had people coming everyday to clean up both the pool and house and provided us with clean towels for shower and beach several times during our stay! If you would like to have a chef Carlos will contact you with Luca who is a great cook (we loved our Italian night)!! While at the house you’ll hear lovely birds during the day and will get to see raccoons, sereques and other animals.. you’ll also get to enjoy this while walking from the house to the beach and during your walk you can observe the dolphins, sea lions, go shopping, etc.. and last but not least Carlos was a great host!! He was always available, easy to reach and he was very accommodating to what we could need! So don’t doubt a bit about staying in Carlos amazing property which is actually prettier than shown in pictures!!! We look forward on staying again in Grand Villa Orquidea!

Carlos’ home exceeded all of our expectations. It was even more beautiful and spacious in person and easily fit our group of 11. There was a daily cleaning service which allowed us to focus on enjoying our time in Mexico and not constantly cleaning up after ourselves, which was such a nice perk. Carlos was very thoughtful and helped arrange a van for our group to go out for dinner and drinks in Tulum. He also connected us with a chef, Luca, who made a fantastic meal for our group on our first night. The neighborhood was very safe and walkable, as well.

We loved our stay at Carlos house. He was warm and kind. He was helpful and made our stay easy. The house was spotless and big. The backyard was well maintained and they had maid service everyday to makeup the house. The location was perfect. Close to restaurants and private beaches. Short drive to cave diving and Tulum ruins. We will return!!! We also had a local named Luca come and cook for us at the house. We loved everything he made and at a great price.

We had the best time at Carlos' place. The property is beautiful and exactly as pictured. It's very spacious. Daily cleaning staff were super friendly, discreet and flexible. Carlos was the ideal host. He showed us around Puerto Aventuras when we arrived and was available for anything at anytime. We highly recommend his home!

The house is superb even better than in the photos! The 3 bedrooms upstairs each have their own bathroom. And an annex is composed of 2 small studios very well appointed. The downstairs bedroom does not have an ensuite bathroom but it is located right across the street. The house is located in a large secure residence. We were 10 people and we received many guests for big group meals. Everyone felt at home and had their own private space. Every day the cleaners came by to clean the pool and the house, make the beds change the towels. Nearby it has everything you need. And just outside of the residence, a large grocery store and gas station. We feasted. You can go there without a second thought. We had a very nice holiday. Carlos is a golden host. He lives right next door if needed and welcomed us very well. I would highly recommend!!!!

The house is beautiful! It’s sparkling clean inside and out! Perfect location and near all the amenities! The staff was super polite and Carlos was the best. He answered all our questions and offered his help whenever he could with a quick response.

This place was better than I expected. The house itself is simply gorgeous, but Carlos has staff come everyday to clean the house and pool area, replace water filters, etc.; better than hotel service! The area was perfect, too. We were a little worried about safety but it’s a gated community and we felt perfectly safe wandering around the shops and restaurants. There’s plenty to do inside the area and it’s a great location between other major attractions like Cozumel, Cancún, Tulum, etc. Could not recommend this place enough!!

The house is spotless! Super comfortable mattresses! The air conditioning works great. They always have purified water, which I thought was great. The attention of the cleaning staff and pool very good.

I celebrated my 50th birthday there and I couldn't have asked for a better vacation! The place is sparkling clean with a perfect sized pool in the back. The house is very close to the restaurants, bars and shops of Puerto Aventuras. Also, I highly recommend you use Luis as your chef while you're there. He's reasonably priced and was such a pleasure to have create delicious and beautiful dishes for us throughout the week. Who wants to cook on vacation? Not us, and we either used Luis or went out for meals. Carlos was an exceptional host. He was there at check in and even took us on a quick tour of the Puerto Aventuras area so we could get acclimated. He runs his house kind of like a hotel, with daily maid service, safes in the rooms, filtered water, and groundskeepers. The only minor issue we had was a little issue with the Wifi, one day, but other than that everything went smoothly. If looking in the Puerto Aventuras area for a house, this is the one. We will be back!

Carlos: The beautiful photos of the house don’t match up to its actual beauty. The house is spacious with huge bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen huge! The back yard with the cover patio, grilling station and pool make it an all-day place to be. The cleanliness is amazing throughout the property. You set the time for the cleaning staff to come in daily. The administrative process flawless and to perfection, very professional. The area is very secure and private adding to the relaxation. We have traveled a lot and this place gets our full five stars! Highly recommend staying here, we will be back. last week (early March 2018) i was part of a group of 5 couples who stayed at this villa. we weren't sure what to expect from Puerto aventuras. we were all very pleasantly surprised when we got there. Carlos was an excellent host and the staff were all very friendly. the house was bigger than we thought from the pics. it comprised of 4 main bedrooms in the house and a 2 bedroom 2 bath guest house. there was more space than we even needed for 10 of us. the dining room and living room were awesome but we barely used them because of how nice the outdoor space was. the patio had room for us to all day dinner and lounge. in the house the 3 bedrooms upstairs all have en suites. the 1 bedroom on the main floor has the main floor washroom to use and every one basically respected that was their washroom. everything was very clean, spacious, tall ceiling etc. about 3 minutes walk to the edge of the marina we found some fishing and restaurants. we didn't have great luck fishing but speaking with some folks on the area it can be pretty good. our most popular spot for casual food was nauty burr. a burrito bar in the marina area. they had excellent burritos for breakfast, as well as coffee and really great smoothies. we found the residence and town very safe, lots of tacos around, dozens of small restaurants within a 10 minute walk. will be back!

From check in to check out, everything went very smooth. Carlos accommodated us by allowing us to check in well before the posted time since we arrived early. We were a family of 8 adults and a small baby and there was more than enough space for all of us. The purpose of our trip was to enjoy some family time together as some members of our family live abroad. We were all amazed at how beautiful the house, pool and yard was. The pictures don't do it justice as you cannot capture this beauty in a photo. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is plenty of closet and storage space and the beds and linens are of top quality. It was really like being at home. Everyone had their own little private suite. Carlos was so welcoming and even said, “This is your home while you are here.” He was always available to ask questions and get advice, attending immediately to any problem we had or something that needed repair. The staff that cleans and does the yard work and gardening are so thorough and polite. I only wish I spoke Spanish so I could tell them how gracious and accommodating they were to our rather large and somewhat loud family. They made our stay more than perfect by ensuring every detail of every inch of the house was in pristine condition. They did everything and Manuelita led the crew with pride. The pool was a major feature and we rarely left the house because of this. We just enjoyed the amazing comfortable furniture under the well shaded patio that has a soft green turf making it nice for the baby to play on in comfort. The view from the pool is incredible as it looks directly onto the golf course. You always have the choice of relaxing in the shade or full sun surrounded by palm trees. I can’t say enough about how happy I am that we chose this amazing community and particularly this gorgeous home with the best host ever. As for the person who made the comment about the $1000 deposit, I can assure you that this is warranted considering the value of this home and its furniture and contents. Carlos was right there to return it when we checked out. No problem. He even arranged cabs for some of us to return to the airport. I would recommend this home to anyone who wants to have the best experience one could expect for a large group. We really hope to return! Thank you Carlos and your staff! It was a dream holiday for all of us! (And yes Carlos, we are up to our necks in snow again!)

The house was exactly as described and the host was very accomodating. The house itself was spectacular . If you have never stayed in Puerto Adventuras it was a very safe and pleasant place to stay . So much to see and do . Very close to ruins and excursions .Never worried about our vehicle . I highly reccomend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation . The host and staff made the whole experience effortless .

Highly recommended. Close to good restaurants. Bedrooms in very good condition. Kitchen equipment works fine Charcoal grill and/ firewood gave us good service.

It is an amazing place, really cosy and quiet. Close by there are dolphins, sealions, manatis. We had a great stay. The only thing that could be better would be not requiring a 1000 USD cash deposit.

The house meets and exceeds all your expectations, clean, equipped, spacious and very nice with excellent energy, With an excellent location, a 5 minute walk you have 3 beach options where you can spend all day, a public one and 2 of resorts, The fee or day pass will allow you to take advantage of the facilities of the same including food and food. 20 minutes away is Playa del Carmen at 15 the Xcaret and Xplora parks. The place is very safe. As extras it has cleaning service, every morning 4 people spend to ensure that you continue enjoying your stay, for an extra fee this staff will be able to support you cooking like at home: a delicious breakfast or meal or leave you ready for a homemade dinner. If requested, your super is available in advance. In short, an excellent place for a great vacation like us. Thank you for all your attention, we will definitely be back.
