Excellent stay in Santa Teresa. The Airbnb was fantastic and very well equipped. The pool is definitely the highlight of the Airbnb! Our only regret is not staying longer in this Airbnb!

Very nice place, super close to the beach, very clean. The pool, despite being shared, doesn't have many people and is very nice. The cleaning service is an extra that is greatly appreciated.

We had a lovely stay and Mona and Spyro have been extremely helpful and kind to make our trip the smoothest possible. Great location with premium amenities and design.

A few beautiful days. Everything was super clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped; the only thing missing would be an oven. I recommend it, and we would definitely stay there again. Special mention to the kindness of Mona and the entire team that was there.

We loved our 3 night stay!! Everything was very clean and tidy. The style of the studio is modern, with nice details that make it very welcoming. The fully equipped kitchen. The garden is beautiful with exotic plants, and you can hear the howler monkeys. Super quiet to rest and disconnect. Very close to the beach. And the pool is beautiful.

This was our first visit to Costa Rica, and we really loved getting to stay in such a beautiful setting. Everyone at Pura Pura (and in Santa Teresa in general) was very friendly and accommodating, and we really appreciated how clean and well kept Pura Pura is (both inside and out). It's clear there is a lot of thoughtfulness and attention to detail in the way the property was designed and the amenities that were provided. We had a very comfortable stay and it was so nice having our room cleaned and everything refreshed each day, and the pool and pool area, as well as the views were beautiful! We loved watching a Capuchin monkey hanging out in the tree by the pool our second morning there. In our particular apartment, we found the local noise on a Friday and Saturday night a bit loud, but that is probably typical for being that close to the main road (and for a weekend). Otherwise, everything was perfect! Spyridon and Mona were wonderful, very kind, and attentive hosts!

Staying at Purapura Santa Teresa was truly an unforgettable experience. The property was exactly as described, and the photos were very accurate- if anything, it’s even more beautiful in person. As a woman, I felt very safe throughout my stay. The 24/7 security provided great peace of mind and made the experience even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my stay. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The location is another huge plus, with easy access to the beach and plenty of great restaurants nearby. I highly recommend staying at Purapura Santa Teresa and can’t wait to come back! Beautiful place with excellent service, very close to the main street of Santa Teresa but in a comfortable and private environment.

In one word: wonderful! We had the best time and could have stayed much longer. The house has everything an appartment would have but also the luxury of a hotel. Everybody was very friendly and helpful and we felt at home! The pool is beautiful as well and while our youngest was sleeping we could take a swim. We fully recommend staying here if you want to have a peaceful place in Santa Theresa!

Very nice apartment. It is cleaned daily on request, and someone was always available on site. The pool is also very nice and clean. Problems are taken care of directly. We would book again in exactly the same way. There is also always free sparkling water.

This was our second stay at Spyridon’s property, and somehow it exceeded our expectations all over again. The villa is absolutely stunning, in the best location in Santa Teresa, and every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the people. Spyridon, Mona, and Irvin are some of the kindest, most genuine hosts we’ve ever met and made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. Having a full staff on-site made everything effortless, and the daily housekeeping was such a luxury that made our stay completely seamless. Their warmth and hospitality made this trip even more special. We genuinely can’t say enough great things about this property or the incredible team behind it. We already can’t wait to come back and hope to make this an annual tradition!

Spyro’s place was exactly what he hoped for. A short walk from the beach, clean and pretty condo with a nice pool and great restaurants within walking distance. Eat street was our favorite restaurant in the area. When arriving to Cóbano airport, the taxi that drove us to the Airbnb knew exactly where to take us because of spyros instructions. The team at pura pura was responsive to our questions, friendly and cleaned the condo every day. It’s very worth the price and we enjoyed our stay

The place already looked amazing from the photos but somehow it far exceeded my expectations! the property is gorgeous and has tons of beautiful plants and trees. the pool is stunning as well. we had the building on the far left if you look at the 3 buildings from the pool. it was quite private and I loved having the outdoor patio and table. possibly the unit on the far right has the most privacy but I was super happy with our unit. the ac was ice cold in the bedroom. the bed was super comfortable too. staff were super friendly and helpful and they even clean your space every single day. everything was amazing here and I wished we could stay longer!!

Great accommodation with fantastic views from the terrace, where we could even regularly see howler monkeys. The place was exactly as described, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool is a pleasant size and invites you to relax. Restaurants and the beach are within easy walking distance. The only small downside is that it is quite noisy due to the many quads that drive around the village. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would come back anytime.

Absolutely thrilled! We didn't want to leave at all. Several residential units on the premises are so beautifully integrated into the superbly maintained garden area that everyone has their privacy. Everything is furnished to a high standard and, above all, very well maintained. Mosquito net integrated in the bedroom window, but also new air conditioning and a fan. Very good check-in, and there are always staff on the premises who take good care of things. The apartment was cleaned every day for free. The beach and restaurants are about a 5-minute walk away. Plenty of towels and toiletries in the shower / hair wash / conditioner. The kitchen is also very well equipped. We will be back!

The staff, as well as the manager Mona, were incredibly helpful and friendly. We felt immediately comfortable, as the pool area and the private terrace were also very nice. The property was exceptionally clean and felt more like a fully equipped apartment than a typical vacation rental, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. We loved our stay here at PuraPura, it was close to local amenities and so close to the beach. Was good for excursions as it picked you up from the air bnb or bottom of the hill. The place was spotless, quiet and private. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The surroundings were beautiful and we even got to see some monkeys from the pool which was an amazing experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming always.

We had a great stay here! Our room was extremely clean and comfortable with everything needed to make a nice meal! The host was incredibly friendly and responsive to any questions we had. If you’re looking for a place that’s footsteps away from the beach and local restaurants look no further. For those sensitive to noise (like myself) you should know that it’s definitely more of a “party” area with some loud crowds around the area. The host does an excellent job of requesting guests to respect quiet hours, but obviously can’t control other houses that are very nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at Spyridon & Mona’s Airbnb. They were very helpful and communicative before and during our arrival, organising tours and an ATV for us to get around. We actually stayed in two of their Airbnbs as we wanted to extend our trip to Santa Teresa, so their staff kindly moved our luggage when the next one was clean and available. The properties are right in the centre of Santa Teresa, with a great beach literally minutes away. Everything felt safe and secure and the swimming pool was amazing. I’d love to come back and will absolutely recommend to friends, we were sad to leave! Pura Vida!

Hands down the nicest place we stayed in all of Costa Rica. The apartment was superb, very cool aesthetics, nice kitchen (well equipped), AC was a life saviour. We were offered cleaning and new towels everyday. The pool and surroundings were soo nice. We got there a bit early but were offered to store our bags, use the pool and ultimately to check in way earlier than expected! :-) Everybody was so nice, polite and helpful! Thank you for a great stay.

This place is truly a great find. Not only the location is perfect (right in the middle of the town and easy access to everything), it also comes with a calming view and fantastic space. The staff were very professional and helped us in all ways possible. Will definitely go back.

This was our favourite Airbnb in Costa Rica! Exactly as described and felt very safe and quiet but very central location. The haven was perfect way to end our trip in Costa Rica. Incredible stay! Great location walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Airbnb was beautiful, peaceful and quiet. Staff were very helpful- they carried all of our bags up to our room upon arrival and kept our luggage safe after check out while we waited a few hours for our flight. Room was also cleaned everyday which is so rare for an Airbnb. Our host Spyridon gave lots of helpful recommendations throughout our stay and was always quick to respond to any questions! Really could not recommend this Airbnb enough and hope to return!

From beginning to end, our experience was amazing. The host was very responsive and gave great recs - from ATV’s, tours, and taxis. The staff was super friendly and cleaned our place everyday (bonus!) Although it is a communal pool, everything felt very private and well taken care of. I would recommend getting an ATV to get around the local shops. (One min ATV ride or 5-10 min walk) it is up a tiny hill so be prepared. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to others. Thanks for making our stay an unforgettable one.

Very peaceful and tranquil oasis, the host has thought about every detail very carefully making the stay very smooth and above expectation.

We absolutely fell in love with this area once we arrived. Prior to arriving, Spyros gave us multiple recommendations for activities, restaurants, and places to go. He was extremely helpful and responsive. The penthouse was absolutely stunning. Such a beautiful view of the ocean and so close to the beach. We are already looking forward to our next trip back. We loved PuraPura! The team are great, so kind and welcoming. We came with our 3 month old baby and even she was sad to say goodbye. The apartments are stunning, the planting gorgeous and the pool is amazing. Wholly wholly recommend. Great location in the centre of Santa Teresa, just far enough back to be peaceful but walking distance to the Main Street.

This was such a lovely stay!! Huge highlight was sitting in the pool with monkeys and birds in the tree above us. My partner and I got to surf with Andrés, one of the host’s recommendations, and it was such a great experience. The beaches were really beautiful and within walking distance. It was also worth the 8-10min drive to go to Hermosa beach which was also very beautiful.

The place is beautiful. The pool is spectacular and only steps away from our condo. We loved opening the sliding glass doors and window in the main room. It felt like living outside. We enjoyed our outdoor dining room. Very close to the action (5 minutes) and the beach (8 minutes), but it felt like our place was a luxury getaway. Spyros and his helpers were very friendly and accommodating. We already want to go back!

Purapura was the highlight of our trip. Don’t hesitate to book this place! The photos don’t do the space justice. The view is incredible and the overall space feels so luxurious. Perfect size for us as a couple and would be great with friends or a small family with the second bedroom. Our unit was the most private and had a very wide view of the water and mountains in the distance. The sunset view was the best! The beach is a straight walk down the street, across the main road and onto a path that leads directly to Santa Teresa beach… restaurants are a very short walk from the entrance to PuraPura since you’re about 3 to 4 minutes from the main strip. They run this place like a hotel - daily housekeeping, security at night, and people around to help with anything you need. The pool and landscaping is always pristine. Don’t hesitate - it’s worth it!

Our stay was amazing! The place is very close to the market, food areas, and the ocean. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions very quickly. Spyridon gave us great suggestions about the area, tours, and good places to eat. The studio was very clean. The bed was great and the mattress was very comfortable. The AC worked very well. We really enjoyed the swimming pool!

Great place to stay, beautiful rooms and good location. Communal area was perfect. Host was really helpful, and we were allowed to check out late for free. I would advise that the sound of cars going up the road past the flat can be quite loud at night so bring earplugs!

Hands down the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at! My fiancé and I stayed here for 3 nights. This was our 3rd time in Santa Teresa and I’m not sure if we will ever stay at another spot other than Pura Pura! There were always multiple staff on hand at all times eager to help, filtered water and sparkling water on tap. The entire property was beautiful and well maintained. Pool was amazing. The apartments are professionally designed (you can tell by an architect) every part of the interior is intentional. You can open the windows all the way up and feel like you are outside while relaxing inside your space. If you see one of Spyro’s apartments available, book it immediately! You won’t regret it.

We loved this Airbnb!! Our unit was so nice, and we loved having the outdoor space. The pool is a great bonus, we sat out everyday (one day we even spotted monkeys from the pool!). It is walkable to the beach and town, very close to so many great restaurants!

This was our favorite place to stay our entire time in Costa Rica. The place was beautiful and couldn’t have been in a more perfect area. Walking distance from anything you need, amazing restaurants/bars, and most importantly - the beach! We loved enjoying our mornings on our private patio and the beautiful view from the pool. We absolutely loved our stay at Purapura! We spent six wonderful nights enjoying easy walks to town, relaxing by the pool, soaking in the beautiful views, and cooking a few meals in the charming little kitchen. It felt like the perfect home away from home. We can’t wait to come back!

The place was just perfect. Located a little off the turbulent road, yet very close to the beach to surf or relax. The Unterluft is super practical and super modernly built and furnished. You immediately feel comfortable and can enjoy the time. The pool is also very nice and the garden very well maintained. The communication was very easy and helpful. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation!

The apartment on the ground floor was excellent! Top! A spacious shower, very well-planned room concept, we felt at home from the beginning. Even with the noise of the street passing by, being in the middle of the woods is priceless. It was possible to admire monkeys at sunset… Beach in a unique vibe. The location is absolutely perfect! It’s a short 4-minute walk to the beach and close to the best restaurants, cafes & shops (Spyridon’s tips for EATStreet & Namore were personal favourites!). PuraPura feels tucked away and private, a true Costa Rican jungle retreat in the heart of Santa Teresa! The ‘Jungle House’ apartment was spacious, spotless, and comfortable with a great outdoor area. We also stayed in the ‘Horizon Apartment,’ which was equally incredible with a balcony and ocean views. A massive highlight was the infinity pool, where we watched monkeys in the trees and enjoyed the sunsets! Spyridon was a fantastic host - proactive, personable, responsive, and dedicated to ensuring a perfect stay, going over and above! He, Carla, and the whole staff are 10/10.
