Our stay in the gem of a home was the absolute best intro to the Santa Teresa area. Playa Hermosa, where the home is located, is the calm and peaceful version of Santa Teresa. If you’re looking for the most beautiful beach in the area, with a tiny downtown area with breakfast and lunch spots, and the best surfing for beginners and even for more advanced surfers, this is your spot. Staying at the villa requires you to have a vehicle as it is not walkable as it is up on a hill. We rented UTV. Paola, the house manager was absolutely incredible. She arranged transfers, UTV rental, surf lessons, tour guide for a day of hiking and zip lining, and a private chef. All of her recommendations were 10 out of 10. The Villa is three stories high with four bedrooms on one level and the master bedroom on the top level. The main living areas and pool are on the ground level. Everything in the home was absolutely impeccable.

Beautiful, comfortable, stunning views and perfect amenities. Our group had such a wonderful time. I don’t often stay in the same place twice, but I would make an exception for this wonderful home and location.

Estuve en Villa Cedros con mi familia, y nos encantó el lugar, es una casa hermosa con vista al mar, tiene todas las comodidades para pasar una excelente estadía. La comunicación con Paula fue muy buena. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

The Aguamadera Villa we stayed in was beautiful. Each living space, rooms, and outdoor space was clean and well designed. The Villa was also located in a great location to Santa Teresa and within the beautiful country of Costa Rica. I would recommend this stay to anyone wanted to explore Costa Rica and specifically Santa Teresa. Paula the manager was outstanding. She communicated very well, was very informed on the area, and had great resources that made the trip seamless. Thank you for a great stay!

Property was very clean and spacious. It was like staying in a magical jungle with a sparkling ocean in the back. Pool is a great size. So much space to relax and enjoy your family! I highly recommend renting the place right next door if you are traveling with a large group. Easy walk with a secret pathway. Beach literally right down the hill with two cafes to rent boards and have a delicious snack. Loved loved loved
