I reserved this place at the last minute because it was nearby and we needed something immediatey. In the 3 hours I spent waiting for directions to the house and a confirmation that there would be a way to enter the house (because there is no self check in or proper localization on her page) I called her on WhatsApp and texted and sent messages through Airbnb, letting her know that it was urgent and I needed to get to the house before dark because I did not want to spend the night outside. She finally got back to me after I had already reserved another location and had to cancel hers, at 7pm. I requested that she please refund my money because keeping after simply not answering my messages was extremely unprofessional. But she has ignored me and Airbnb have refused to help because I clicked cancel and that was my choice. This host caused us stress and now she is keeping my money. I only hope she needs it more than me and that this feeling of being ripped off was at least for a good reason.
