The Space
Villa Sunset is situated atop the mountain in the heart of Santa Teresa, offering breathtaking views of the ocean, jungle, and town below. The property features a spacious common area and a large patio with a generous saltwater pool designed for ultimate relaxation.
The villa is fully equipped with everything needed for an ideal vacation. It includes three bedrooms, each furnished with king-size beds, and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are master suites with attached bathrooms. The kitchen is well-appointed with all the necessary chef’s tools and features a six-seat island.
Comfort is a priority, with cozy sofas facing a large smart TV accompanied by an impressive sound system. Additional amenities include a barbecue area, multiple parking spaces, and a billiard table.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire house except for the laundry room. Laundry services are available and handled by the housemaid.
Important Information
A 4x4 vehicle is required to reach the villa and to navigate the surrounding area. Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

Lots of space inside and out. Well stocked with everything needed. Plenty of seating and towels etc. Nice outside areas and plenty of parking. Secure.

We had a great stay at Villa Sunset. Dana was super helpful and easy to communicate with. The place has incredible views, everything was clean, and there is lots of space to spread out inside and outside.

Dana is an incredible host. We had such a lovely time and we did not want to leave! The house gets the most relaxing sunsets. It’s a true paradise. Road is a bit rough so 4x4 required! Also perfect for ATVs! Padel court and yoga deck right next door that is walkable!

La casa es divina, cĂłmoda, práctica y muy completa. Está muy limpia, las camas son cĂłmodas, y está muy bien equipada. El entorno es increĂble ! Se respira una energĂa muy especial. Dana es una persona muy especial, nos ayudĂł en todo lo q necesitamos, siempre estuvo muy atenta y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Recomiendo 100% este alojamiento.

SANTA TERESA stole my heart! Not only is the location beautiful, but thanks to Dana and her husband, 'our home,' was more than what we expected. It was exactly as listed, and so much more - Dana was incredibly kind, and her recommendations were right on point - restaurants, tours, driver, etc. We always felt safe, and well-taken care of; the children were thrilled with all the wonderful activities and gadgets the house came with. I just can't say enough about our trip, it was magical - and it was all thanks to Dana. I wish I could give her more than 5-stars...it is well-deserved. 'Dana, my friend, see you soon!'

Dana is a wonderful, kind, gracious, helpful and responsive host. She always answered any questions I had about our stay and the area promptly. Her and her husband went above and beyond to make us feel like we were at home and comfortable. We were traveling with 3 small children and she was so accommodating and even brought over some toys she had for them to play with, very kind. Dana helped me make all of my reservations and provided wonderful recommendations - from cafe's, yoga, restaurants, surfing, etc. The villa has a beautiful view overlooking the jungle and ocean with gorgeous sunsets. The villa itself is extremely clean and comfortable with cleaning offered every day. A large TV in the family room, A/C throughout the villa that works very well, a beautiful outdoor area great for enjoying an evening at home. We were 4 adults and 3 children and had plenty of space and privacy, the layout of the villa was great for us. We had a beautiful experience, I highly recommend <3
