The Space
This charming island retreat offers a spacious living room combined with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping arrangements include:
- Master bedroom with a king-size bed and a single mattress
- Two additional bedrooms, each furnished with three single beds
Guest Access
Guests are welcome to use all areas of the house and its amenities, with the exception of the caretaker's cottage.
Boat tours are available at an extra cost. We highly recommend booking a tour with César. After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive his contact details.

We had an amazing stay at our own private island on las isletas! The house was beautiful and Roberto, who helps with maintenance and guest communication on the island was so helpful! We are already planning our next trip back!

Cadre paradisiaque , maison de caractère très agréable , bien équipée . Gardien attentif et présent . Jardin féerique et l’eau de la douche bien chaude. Clim efficace , baignade dans le lac merveilleuse .

Una estancia muy placentera en un lugar paradisíaco. La casa en condiciones buena, con algunas pocas cosas que mostraban falta de mantenimiento, pero en general todo muy bien. Las personas que cuidan la isla y asisten a los huspedes, son muy atentos y serviciales. Fue una estadía que disfrutamos mucho en familia. A la propiedad solo le falta tener una piscina y aceptar mascota para ser un lugar inmejorable.

Our family enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay at Isla Pura Vida. Having an island all to yourself is truly a unique experience. The property was clean and the beds were comfy. We enjoyed lounging on the porch and chilling in the hammoks. Roberto was very attentive and helpful. Cesar the boatman was prompt, friendly and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed kayaking, a boat tour with Cesar and meals out on different islands. I highly recommended Norman's property.

Norm's home was beautifully and tastefully furnished and decorated. We paid for a 3-bd 3-ba home and was precluded from using one bathroom with a plumbing problem. Norm advertised $20 R/T water taxi but were charged $30.The showers had no shelves for soap or shampoo. The real issue and cause for us to leave immediately the next morning was due to lack of screens on any of his windows. We were placed in the untenable position of opening the windows in the living/dining/kitchen area (no air conditioning) and being infested with ants, wasps and flying bugs in our food and crawling on us, or closing the windows, making the house an insufferable humid sauna. We stayed in our air conditioned bedroom until we departed in the morning. Norm was unapologetic and defensive, citing that bugs are present in the winter. He was unaware that we already enjoyed stays at two other isletas which had screens on their windows. To Norm's credit he agreed to refund our prepaid 3-day rental (less Airbnb fees)

Great relaxing stay on small private island just outside Granada (20 minutes by boat). Kids loved swimming and we had two kayaks and three paddle boards. Grounds are well maintained and there are two hammocks and lots of birds. Helpful groundskeeper and wife on hand if there is a problem. We brought all the food we needed and cooked all our meals, though there is a small restaurant on one of the neighbouring islands. Drinking water is provided as are towels. Could hold nine people in three bedrooms: one kingsize with a single mattress on the floor, three singles in each of the other two rooms.

Amazing island in Granada, very quiet, peaceful, and beautiful surroundings. Norman was very responsive and a great host. Cesar was the best boat driver and host! Roberto was an amazing host at the property. We would definitely stay here again.
