The Space

This condo offers a comfortable and spacious setting to serve as your private retreat in Tamarindo. It includes air conditioning, cable TV, and internet access. The fully equipped kitchen features:

• Full-sized refrigerator
• Cooktop and oven
• Dishwasher
• Coffee maker
• Microwave
• Toaster
• Blender
• Cookware, flatware, and dishes for six

A Turkish beach towel and plush bath towel are provided for each registered guest, along with hand towels in the bathroom and kitchen towels in the kitchen. Biodegradable 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and kitchen soap are supplied. An iron and hairdryer are also available.

For families traveling with young children, a crib (not just a pack and play) can be provided upon request, subject to availability. Beach chairs, coolers, and sand toys are accessible within the building on a first-come, first-served basis.

Weekly cleaning is included for stays longer than seven nights. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for a fee.

Please note, the condo is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator.

Location

The condo is conveniently situated within walking distance of Tamarindo’s main attractions:

• 2-minute walk to the beach
• 4-minute walk to the town center
• Located in the same block as Tamarindo’s only Starbucks

Guest Access and Amenities

Guests have access to common areas from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., which include:

• Plunge pool
• Shallow pool for children
• Outdoor shower and foot shower
• Gas barbecue grill with tools
• Lounging areas for relaxing or dining outdoors

A 4-seater golf cart is provided for guest use during the stay. Transportation to and from Liberia International Airport (LIR) is included for up to four registered guests. If arriving from a different airport or location, please contact the host as additional charges may apply.

Additional Information

• The condo is pet-friendly, allowing up to two pets. Dogs are welcome in common areas but must be leashed and approved prior to arrival. Please notify the host if you plan to bring a pet.
• Onsite parking is available but limited to one vehicle. Please inform the host if you require parking.
• The unit offers self check-in.
• Tamarindo is undergoing significant development, which may result in some noise from construction during legal working hours.
• Native wildlife such as ants, spiders, moths, lizards, flies, beetles, howler monkeys, skunks, porcupines, possums, iguanas, and hawks may be seen around the property. Occasional sightings of small creatures inside the condo are normal, especially during the rainy season. Guests are advised to keep food sealed to avoid attracting insects. Pest control measures are in place, and a spray is available under the kitchen sink. If needed, the handyman can assist with pest control.
• Power outages can occur. If an outage lasts longer than six hours, a 25% refund will be provided for the affected day. No refunds are offered for shorter outages.
• Noise from nightlife, construction, music, or other guests may be present.
• Guests must be able to climb stairs as there is no elevator in the building.
