Guest Access

- Towels and linens are changed twice weekly in each studio.

We had the most amazing stay at Villas Costa Bella #1 - honestly the photos online really don't do it justice. It was beautiful, the villa exceeded our expectations in every way and we had the pool to ourselves throughout our whole stay. We loved the location, walking distance to beautiful Playa Guiones and, a little further away, Playa Pelada as well as various (but not too many) bars, restaurants and shops. The perfect place to relax, chill and unwind. Thank you, Susan!

We're so glad we found this place. it's a gem in the middle of Guiones, both walkable to some excellent restaurants, including right across the street, and to the beach. The gates Casita felt safe and was completely clean and just as the pictures Susan provides. Susan is very responsive and was very accommodating with some requests we had. Will try to book again next time we come here!

I wish I had enough words to describe how much we loved our trip and our stay at Villa Costa Bella. For us, traveling with two little ones, it was the perfect setup. Villa 1 completely blew us away. Having the pool so close and easily accessible, while still feeling private among the other villas, was incredible. We loved being able to walk everywhere - even to the beach without a stroller with two kids under four. We did have a car, and we were really glad we did for exploring other spots nearby. During our stay, we had one small inconvenience with ants getting in (absolutely not their fault - just part of being in Costa Rica), and they were so responsive. They came immediately and handled everything right away. Overall, such a beautiful, easy, and unforgettable stay. We will be coming back and hopefully staying here again :)

Very nice place and will stay there again. Centrally located and with a walking distance to nearly everything. Host was great, folks around the area were great, we are regulars to Nosara and we look forward to booking the entire compound for a family vacation in the future.

The location and privacy were perfect. It’s a small compound with a few units, but the bamboo plants block any and all vision of the other units. We loved this property and will definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at Costa Bella Villa #1. The house is a lovely 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with a nice kitchen and a small living room with a sofa bed. It has a nice private outdoor terrace with a swinging bed, a table for 4 and an outdoor shower. The villa #1 is the furthest away from the road, which is a plus. The shared pool is nice and perfect for refreshing after the sun and the beach. We were lucky as most of the time nobody was using it so it was very quiet. The location is ideal and very close to the beach and a selection of great restaurants. Overall, this is a great place to stay for a family of four (or even 5), it is convenient and relaxing.

I traveled with my mother and two 10 year olds. The Villa felt like home as soon as we walked in. The grounds are lush with greenery and well maintained. We had zero issues with the property. Susan and the local host Rayner were both extremely responsive and helpful with our questions. We were spoiled with the location and how easy it was to access the beach, restaurants, local markets for supplies, golf cart rentals, etc.. We were there for 7 nights and didn’t want to leave. I highly recommend the host and this property.

Great location. Close to the beach and very close to restaurants The villa is very nice and clean and the landscaping allows for privacy between the other villas. The pool is excellent. I would definitely stay here again
