The studio is situated on the ground floor of the house and has an independent entrance. It provides jungle views on one side and ocean views at the front. The terrace includes a comfortable couch on the side and a small outdoor seating area at the front. Many guests enjoy deciding their day’s plans—whether surfing or attending one of the excellent yoga classes in town—while sipping coffee or fresh juice on the terrace at breakfast.
Inside, the studio is an open-plan room with a cozy double bed positioned toward the back, slightly separated from the kitchen and sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living space includes a couch and a bathroom.
Location and Access
A four-wheel-drive vehicle is highly recommended to reach the property safely, especially during the rainy season. The road is hilly and somewhat adventurous, which is part of Santa Teresa’s unique charm.

Additional Information
Please note that the studio has a rustic character and is not in perfect condition. Some doors and windows have small gaps that may allow insects to enter. The outdoor deck shows some cracks in the concrete area.

Overall great location and great place. Youbi is a very responsive host and super helpful! The place even had a blender which I haven’t seen very often in Airbnbs! Really enjoyed our stay. We even got to see howler monkeys from the porch while drinking coffee!

Youbi was an incredible host, very responsive, warm, and always around to help. The place itself was astonishing. Beautiful simplicity with stunning views. A great escape to disconnect and hit the reset button. I’ll be back for sure and I’m hoping I’ll be able to stay at one of Youbi’s place! Gracias Youbi!! Pura Vida!

We had such a great time staying in Youbi’s accommodation, close to every thing, but still very calm and had everything we needed and a little more! Youbi was a great host, and we hope to be back again soon! Can’t recommend this place enough! ⭐️

El lugar no es lo que parecía en fotos, la distribución es diferente, hacen falta cosas y el mantenimiento del lugar parecía que había sido hace muchísimo tiempo. No tenía cortinas a todo alrededor, por lo cual privacidad en ocasiones entra la duda si te ven desde donde están los carros. La ducha el desagüe no está bien, al rato se llenaba el baño. La llave del lavatorio baila por todo el lavamanos. El piso estaba grasoso, daba un sensación rara, llegamos y no había jabón para lavado de manos en el baño, las almohadas de la cama olían raras. Una de las puertas de la casa la manilla no funcionaba estaba suelta y el seguro malo, entonces quedaba abierta la casa, era solo de correr el ventanal. Sobre el parqueo deberían dar un espacio para carro ya que nos atravesaron un cuadraciclo donde estábamos metiendo el carro. Y todo se escucha entre pisos de arriba y el de abajo…

Très beau studio à air ouverte, avec plusieurs endroits où se reposer. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la magnifique piscine, qui est très bien entretenue. Nous avons pu voir plusieurs animaux dans les environs du Airbnb. Un 4x4 est vraiment nécessaire toutefois car l’entrée est difficile d’accès. Youbi et sa famille sont très agréable et nous avons beaucoup apprécié leurs différentes recommandations!

Sehr toller Gastgeber jederzeit erreichbar und proaktiv. Die Unterkunft war auch super. Der Sonnenuntergang war nicht das einzige Highlight, sondern auch die täglichen Affen, die zu sehen waren. Der Blick auf das Meer hinter dem Dschungel war einfach einzigartig. Wir waren sehr traurig, als wir weiterziehen mussten. Eine Unterkunft, die ich mehr als empfehlen würde!

awesome spot and youbi was super hospitable! the road to get there is a bit steep but not impossible to get up. once you’re up there, it’s super peaceful and the sunset view was incredible
