The Space

We had a great stay - the unit was excellent, communication was responsive, and check‑in/out was very easy. The A/C worked well throughout, and the bedrooms were comfortable with great beds. The owners also provided helpful information on nearby activities and restaurants. The deck was a highlight, perfect for enjoying the ocean views and the sound of the waves. The beach itself is beautiful, and there are plenty of restaurants within a short walk or quick drive. My only minor suggestion is that the lower common area around the pool could be cleaned a bit more frequently. The grass could also use a bit more upkeep compared to neighboring properties. Otherwise, everything about the stay was excellent.

Gorgeous location and accommodations! We stayed more than a week on a family vacation with two adults and two teens. Highly recommend for families! Beautiful sunsets every night, had the beach almost completely to ourselves, fun beachfront restaurants in easy walking distance. Could not be happier with our experience!

We loved the location. Very walkable with great restaurants and grocery stores close by. We loved the quiet vibe of Portrero. The condo was very well equipped and the hosts were responsive! ❤️. I would highly recommend this Air B and b!

Our family of 5 enjoyed this place so much! Beautiful view! Great rooms for all and had everything we needed. Waters calm for the kids and long stretch of beach for a run. Easy to visit flamingo and Brasilito.

La casa tiene una linda y funcional galería con unas hermosas vistas al mar y bahía . La cocina es completa, Se encuentra cerca de restaurantes, farmacias y muy cerquita de la playa Flamingo (a mi gusto la mejor de esa parte de CR)

La casa es mucho más bella en persona. Completamente equipada y sumamente limpia. La vista es impresionante desde la sala y desde el balcón. Me encantó el shampoo, acondicionador y body wash con aceites esenciales. El acceso a la playa es directo y debo decir que una de las playas más bellas de la zona. El Airbnb está a 4 minutos de la Marina de Flamingo donde hay restaurantes, cafetería, tiendas, etc. Además muchos restaurantes cerca. Mi familia y yo tuvimos las vacaciones de nuestras vidas! GRACIAS!

Wonderful unit on Playa Potrero. The condo was clean, updated, and beautiful. We had trouble getting into the entry gate upon arrival, but the host was quick to respond and we were able to get in after a few minutes. We will definitely come back!

This condo was perfect for our family. It was close to CPI where our kids attended school, and it was within 5-10 minutes from most of our favorite restaurant’s. Surfside/Portero is a great place to base your vacation. Pura Vida!
