Our stay at the Villa was amazing! The house was very clean, and staff was communicative. The only thing is that the listing SPECIFICALLY said "guest has private access to the entire home", yet when we got there, they said the suite that has rooftop access was not part of the booking... even though all of the pictures of the suite and rooftop view were in the listing that we booked. So that was VERY misleading. They should not say guests have access to the entire villa and provide pictures that are not included.

Villa Buena Vista is a gem!  This is my second stay here, the proximity to downtown Cabo San Lucas makes it one of my favorite AirbnBs.  In less than 15 minutes you can be to the marina boardwalk from the front door of the villa.  The views are spectacular, and the house itself is spacious and clean.  Thank you for the great stay!

Me and my guests stay was great. Check in with Heather and Ivan went smoothly. We got everything we needed throughout our stay with Ivan, he was great. The home was a good size for the price and beautiful views! The walls in the house are thin so you can hear what’s going on through out the house including two of the bathrooms. One downstairs and upstairs right above it. Make sure you bring your own sheets and towels because the sheets are thin and if you get any make up, dirt, skid marks ANYTHING on the white sheets provided they will mark them as damaged and have you pay over $400 for them. The main tv have some shows in Spanish and English. The tv in the room downstairs only worked on Amazon prime. The master bed tv didn’t work as far as connecting to the wifi. One bedroom upstairs didn’t have a tv and the king room tv worked fine with Netflix.

We had a great stay! Nice location in Pedregal which is walkable to town if you’re up for the hills. The house needs a few things freshened up due to the age of the home, but still a great villa and was very clean. <br/>Communication from the CaboVillas team leading up to our stay was great!

Our stay at Villa Haydee was amazing! Due to Covid, we had to reschedule our trip twice and Jessica and the team at Cabo villas were extremely accommodating. Not only that but the staff during our stay was always extremely friendly and helped us with any requests we had. The home is perfect for a big group and is in a great location close to town. This house was amazing! We were greeted with homemade margaritas and chips! Our group fell in love with the view that we had of downtown. We had a group of 10 and it was definitely helpful that all four bedrooms had a bathroom each. The distance from the villa to downtown is doable however, we found ourselves doing shuttle/cab most of the time due the house being on a steep hill. It cost about $3/$4 + tip per person. Our concierge was attentive and made sure that we had a ride each time we went out. We would definitely stay here again!
