The Space

On the ground floor, the dining area opens to a private, luxurious swimming pool—an excellent spot to unwind. In the evenings, head to the rooftop terrace to enjoy the expansive space, great company, exotic drinks, colorful sunsets, and starry skies.
Guest Access
- Events with loud music are not permitted.
- Outside guests require prior approval from management.
- Bringing external staff onto the property is prohibited unless authorized by Maya Luxe.

- Refundable damage deposit of $2,000 USD in cash upon arrival, or
- Non-refundable insurance fee of $199 USD payable by credit card before arrival.

Exceptional staff. Concierge helped Us hire chefs, and the housekeeping staff went above expectations all day for our family of 18. Wonderful pool with afternoon shade most welcome. 2 blocks from 5th Ave shopping and restaurants and 3 blocks from the beach. This year we had chosen to prioritize that centrality, realizing there was not a view. The interior is as lovely as pictured. The spiral staircase helped us stage great multifamily portraits.

The place was immaculate and Odette and the crew were amazing and went above and beyond. We had an amazing stay and everybody enjoyed themselves perfectly. Will definitely stay again!

Via Mirasol was the perfect villa for my large group of 16. It was beautiful & so clean! The staff was so accommodating & very nice. Odett was maybe the sweetest woman I have ever met & she greeted us every morning with a smile and made sure our rooms were cleaned daily. Our host Érica was very responsive and helpful. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the beach & local restaurants and shops! I definitely would recommend this location for a big group!

The property was beautiful and it was perfect to accommodate my family and friends, we rented the entire property , but I think they can accommodate smaller groups. The A/C, which is very important to us, was great. We loved the housekeeper, Odette! She was so sweet and super helpful. The grounds were kept always great by the other employee at the villa. Great that every floor has a seating area. Highly recommend this property for a large group.

Villa Mirasol was absolutely amazing. We had a business retreat in Playa Del Carmen with 7 guys, and the experience couldn’t have been better. Wonderful staff, amazingly clean property, and effortless planning process with the concierge leading up to our trip. Staff were super attentive with keeping villa tidy, doing laundry, organizing, etc. The on-site concierge was very helpful as well. We had some chef prepared meals during our stay which were wonderful. Great location, with just a 5-10 minute walk to get anywhere downtown. Overall, I would recommend this villa to anyone who is even thinking about it. We’ll be back with our family next time!

The house was beautiful. We rented all 3 levels for my sister's bachelorette and had more then enough space. Ms Odette is a gem and really made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

Rentamos la casa completa, el lugar esta fantástico, la alberca increíble, a 2 cuadras tienes la playa, a 1 cuadra para hacer súper, quien nos ayudo con la limpieza y mantenimiento muy atentos. Excelente lugar. Muy recomendado.

We had a group of 13 that stayed at Villa Mirasol. The entire Maya Luxe team did everything to make sure we had a great time! The house was perfect in a great location, staff was extremely accommodating! We would all definitely stay there again! Thank you!
