Good property, just about two years from being GREAT. A lot of construction going on at the property but still overall a very nice property.

The Airbnb itself was great. Clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We really enjoyed the property and had no issues with the actual accommodations. That said, the surrounding area is still very much under development. There was ongoing construction and quite a bit of trash around the neighborhood, which took away from the overall experience. It's also not particularly walkable to the hotel or nearby amenities, so keep that in mind when booking. One thing I would not recommend is using the concierge service. Despite having everything confirmed a month in advance, there was constant confusion throughout our stay. We found ourselves repeating the same instructions and information to different people almost daily, which became frustrating and unnecessarily time consuming. Overall, the Airbnb itself was a positive experience, but the location and concierge coordination left a lot of room for improvement.

This was a beautiful villa away from the hustle and bustle of San Pedro. The setting on the canal, with the private pool and patio upstairs was great. The food and service at the nearby restaurants is excellent, but at US prices. Most of the lots around the villa are not yet built up, so over time the sound of construction could be intrusive if they are building nearby as the area is developed. In May 26 it felt quite isolated. We could hear distant construction, but it wasn't too bad. Recommend taking the boat to Secret Beach for a day. We went into San Pedro to go scuba diving most days, which took about 20 minutes. A golf cart is a must, and slow down for the drainage channels across the road! Checking in, the pin on the map they sent was inaccurate, so it was hard to find, especially in the dark after a day of flying. The guy said we should use Google maps - I was looking at Google Maps!!
