Located in the south side of Jaco, just 50 steps away from the beach. A short walk away from downtown, with plenty of dinning options to chose from nearby as well as grocery stores. Have breakfast outside surrounded by foliage and wild life before choosing between a day at the beach out front or a hike up Miros mountain just minutes away. House's are brand new. Other things to note To maintain the space during your stay, monthly reservations require an additional cleaning fee per week, at a cost of $30 per week.

Great cozy and private place with all the ammenities right next to the beach amazing view. Short walk to everything restaurants, businesses, banks etc highly recommend will be back soon!

The unit was beautiful, clean, quiet and convenient. it was great to be very close/a few minutes walking distance to the main strip in Jaco without being in the center of it all. The condo had everything I needed. Jaco was the best! I had a snafu with my arrival. i communicated with him and he immediately jumper into action to help ease my nerves and get me to the unit safely. Throughout my stay, Bloke was quick to respond to any questions I had and assisted with arranging tours. In all, it was a great unit and lovely stay. I'd definitely stay here again if ever back in Jaco.

Highly recommend staying with Bloke Properties. Beautifully maintained and perfect in all ways. The location is great. He is very responsive and pays attention to many details that are so helpful.

Absolutely loved this home! Such a great location, 30 second walk to the beach and a short walk into town. The house was clean and bright and the bathroom was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Really nice place to stay, walking distance to a nice beach, you can eat at the hotel next door, hike to Miro is like 2 min in car, really good location, clean and had all that we need it.
