Casa Vista features three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, a TV, a desk, and a spacious closet, all overlooking the arch and water. The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed, a TV, ample closet space, and a desk. The third bedroom contains two full (double) beds and a large closet.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals, or you can opt to have a private chef cook for you. Dining options include a breakfast bar in the kitchen, a dining room table, or an outdoor table on the patio where you can enjoy spectacular views. The balcony is ideal for watching sunrises or sunsets over the Sea of Cortez and the Cabo Arch.
A full water filtration system with filters and UV light ensures the water in the unit is safe to drink.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the condominium and its amenities. The property includes a large pool with views of the Sea of Cortez and a smaller, shallow pool designed for children. Please note that the pool is not heated.
The gym is well-equipped with essential workout machines, including two treadmills, a step master, a universal weight system, and free weights, all offering water views.
Children can enjoy two playground areas and extensive grassy spaces throughout the property. The common areas are beautifully landscaped and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and upkeep.

El departamento es una lindura, todo lo necesario para estar cómodo en tu estancia, sobre la misma calle están el Soriana y el costco para que corras por tus compras atrás hay una plaza con amenidades ahh y un doctor por si lo necesitas como yo. Ellen muy amable y siempre atenta.

Ellen's place was absolutely perfect. Everything was well stocked from spices , ziplocks, laundry and dishwasher soap, to kitchen appliances. Attention to details was impressive and better stocked than any BNB I have stayed in. The view was amazing, the beds super comfortable and spacious bathrooms. The complex was very quiet and peaceful surroundings. We rented a car which was helpful as you would need an uber to get to town or the beaches. The car gave such freedom to explore the area. The property manager was fantastic, helpful and full of good recommendations. Great grocery store and Costco within a 5 min walk. Water was safe to drink which was great! Good security and front gates. We will absolutely be back! The place felt like home but with an incredible view!

Great, spacious condo with an amazing view. Full kitchen, very comfortable beds, and an excellent location close to beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. Ellen was a wonderful host—friendly and responsive—and made the stay easy and enjoyable. We’d be happy to book again in the future.

Muy bonito departamento, impecable, decorado hermoso, una vista expectacular y una super atencion! Pase 7 dias con mi familia y nos sentimos como en casa.! Si no llevas auto esta a 12 min del centro pero puedes solicitar un uber. Se los super recomiendo!

Desde el momento que lleguamos, el espacio estaba ya a modo de bienvenida, todo limpio, ordenado y listo. El clima fue adecuado,, contando con aire acondicionado o ventilador, unas habitaciones amplias, iluminadas, limpias y con todo lo requerido. En la casa encontramos instrumentos necesarios para mejorar nuestra estancia, incluso para las salidas a los lugares. proporcionandonos sombrillas, sillas y bolsas para podernos mover. Terminamos enamorados del departamento y con el trato que se nos dió, es el mejor airbnb en el que nos hemos quedado.
