We had an absolutely amazing stay. The property and location was beautiful and truly the perfect place for our trip. Ester is hands down the best host we’ve ever had. She was incredibly attentive, helpful, and on top of everything from start to finish. She went above and beyond by decorating the house for our arrival to celebrate my cousin’s birthday and had a cake waiting for us. To make it even more special, the property maintainer, Anton, wrote “Happy Birthday” in the sand for us — such a thoughtful touch! Ester frequently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Anton was on-site 1–2 times a day taking care of the property and spraying for insects. He took immaculate care of the place and was such a joy to chat with. We stayed for a week and they even had a midweek cleaning. Before our trip, Ester sent over tons of fantastic recommendations. I highly recommend staying here!! everyone and everything was perfect!

Although the house is a little far from town it is located in a quiet are and has plenty of room for us and our two young adults. Ester was very responsive and helpful with making reservations and booking activities.

We had an amazing time. Casa Conch is exactly as described. Perfect location, gorgeous accommodations, and 5-star concierge service provided by Pelican Reef management. Belize Pro Dive shop will even pick you up at your private dock. Truly exceptional and I plan to return.

Fabulous communication by Ester from booking to departure from property. Anything and everything you need she can help. She booked my bd dinner reservation at a restaurant that really makes the celebrated person(s) feel special. She also booked an amazing full day of fishing, snorkeling, feeding tarpon & stingrays, and barbecuing our catch for our lunch on Caye Caulker. The property has fully stocked kitchens (2), each of the 3 BRs has its own bathroom plus a half bath upstairs and downstairs. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Comfortable beds. AWESOME private pier with a covered hut (thatched cover) at the end and 2 lounges & a hammock as well as bench seating. Access to the sea water is at the end of the pier too. Loved being able to go topside to another covered hut & hammock to watch the sunsets. Also 4 more lounge chairs closer to the house. THE MOST AMAZING VIEW of the sea, pier and palm trees. We feel it was worth the $ and would liked to have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

We were a multi generational group, large enough that we rented two houses next door to each other for 10 days. It's a beautiful location, private dock, and gorgeous view. What made the trip spectacular was the personal service of our manager Ester. She booked the group's tickets on Tropic Air, had two vans at the airport to take us to our houses, and arranged for two golf carts to be waiting when we got there. She also arranged for fishing and snorkling trips, a private chef one evening, you name it! She stayed in touch with us the whole week to make sure we were having a good time and that we had what we needed. There were one or two small maintenance issues when we first got there, but she was all over it and had them addressed in no time. This is the first time we had rented through Pelican Reef, but we will be back!

Awesome place. Very relaxing. Be sure to provision well. Nearest mini mart is 15 minute golf cart ride each way and a grocery store is 30 minutes each way.
