There is a private dipping pool and covered gazebo in the backyard & full-size pool at the clubhouse. There is access to a 18 hole golf course along with tennis and basketball courts on site. A short 8 minute walk through the golf course takes you to 8 km’s of beach on Bahia Ballenas.Please note that clubhouse amenities may be limited due to Covid restrictions The space The three bedrooms can accommodate a large family or extended family and friends. With a nice dipping pool and covered gazebo in your own back yard, you can enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon smoothies and evening cocktails with your toes in the pool. Located in a gated golf community provides you with safety, access to the golf course and on site tennis and basketball courts. You are just a short 8 minute walk to the beach through the golf course. Guest access This villa is fully self contained with access to the three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen and outdoor BBQ, on site laundry and personal dipping pool in the back yard. There is a small general store on site as well as the clubhouse restaurant for days you may not want to cook. Please note that we are fully complying with all Covid -19 recommendations and that clubhouse amenities may be limited due to Covid-19 Other things to note This is a gated community and you will registered with the security personnel for the duration of your stay. Before your arrival we will need the names of everyone in your party to permit entrance. You will receive directions to the home and the entry code on rthe day of arrival. The community offers golf, tennis/pickleball, and a beach volleyball court as well as a full service restaurant. There are neighbourhood activities that take place weekly and are listed in the photos of the property.
