Super vue sur la mer depuis l'appartement ! L'appartement est très bien situé avec un supermarché a proximité. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte et celui-ci a été très arrangeant ! Un grand merci pour Jorge et son appartement.

This apartment has the perfect location: Beach front + walking distance to several restaurants, la Isla mall, pharmacy next door and a well stocked supermarket. It has washer and also has parking, in case you rent a car. Really great place to stay in Cancun!!! The view from the master bedroom is amazing! Waking up to the view of the sea is one of the best things of the apartment.

The apartment needs a deep cleaning, although the observable areas were clean. We encountered roaches, as well as interruption in the air conditioning on a couple of occasions as well as one interruption of WiFi service. The pool closes early every day including the weekend 8:00pm. There are some nice restaurants across the street as well as the mall. Overall the stay was pleasant.

Pros: Overall, this is a great place to stay (location, view, safety). Cons: Security was not aware of our arrival. We could not access Condo until Mirna (co-host) arrived. No secure place to store luggage while waiting. Not enough Toilet Paper (only 4 rolls for 8 days) or trash bags. It was suggested to go to the Oxxo or Supermarket to purchase ourselves. First time ever that a host has told us to provide additional necessities. TV in master bedroom had no picture, only audio. Only one piece of blue material as a bathmat for both bathrooms. Had to request them and more bath towels for our stay. They were brought to us a couple days later. Combo Washer/Dryer did not work correctly. Washed, but failed to dry clothing and towels completely. Called maintenance for service. He opened up vent/drain in which a very stinky odor emitted. We called for housekeeping and was told someone would be there the next morning. Not acceptable, I spent the afternoon cleaning up this mess!

We were able to drop our luggage off early. The place is exactly as pictured, except we were pleasantly surprised that a 2nd bathroom had been added. What a bonus! The living room furniture was very comfortable and stylish. We loved the huge balcony. Jorge’s staff were outstanding. Mirna, our manager was outstanding. Our maintenance man, Andre was very knowledgeable in his skills. Last, But not least we had an excellent housekeeper, Norma. She made sure everything shined to perfection. Jorge has an outstanding staff. This condo is close to a huge grocery store (across the street), restaurants and a mall, La Isla and it now has a newer addition added to it. This place has it all!

Pierre : Merci à Jorge qui a toujours été disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions et à Luxury aussi et sans oublier notre charmante femme de ménage. Toujours souriante et super travaillante . Et concernant l'appartement, que puis-je dire C'était super parfait, avec deux chambres séparées avec salles de bains et douches et 3 air climatisé appareils murale neuves tous les appareils ménagers son neuf et fonctionnel . Et aussi l’internet qui était puissant et j’ai connecté mon bell Fibe sur un écran environs 40 pouces dans le salon et bingo tout fonctionne.Pour nous la vue extérieur était incroyable, avec un grand balcon vue sur la mer et l'autre chambre qui est du côté de l’hôpital entièrement neuve qui est un atout majeur pour les clients vue sur le lagon, et ne pas oublier le Soriana le grand super marcher de l’autre côté de la rue ils ont tout genre tous les boissons alcoolisées et autre et tout était parfait. les nombreuses piscines et spas et merci encore Jorge et à AIRBNB

Todo muy bien con el departamento, las vistas son increíbles, el departamento es agradable para una estancia con familia, muy bien ubicado, lo único que pediría es que quitaran las fotos de la tina de hidromasaje del anuncio, porque no se encuentra en el departamento, si hubo una decepción por eso, omitiendo eso, disfrutamos nuestra estancia y recomendamos el departamento!!

Jorge's condo was the perfect home away from home for a family of 4. The ocean views were spectacular and we were right on the beach. We enjoyed the beach with rented chairs and umbrellas that were very affordable. The pools were spacious and relaxing. Jorge provided everything we needed to enjoy the beach and pool. The location could not have been any better for our family! We were very close to a grocery store (right across the street in the fancy mall). All of our needs were met by buying groceries and eating at the restaurants that were in walking distance from the condo. A bank was also located in the mall and we were able to exchange money easily. There was also a quickie mart next to the condo complex that we visited a few times. We were able to access the bus stop and use public transportation as needed.
