Had a great time at rancho villa mar azul. The host Ericka, Margarita and her husband were helpful and kind. We actually didn’t have a cook but were able to order from a wonderful lady Nina Tita’s home restaurant. Her food is superb - breakfast and lunch. Highly recommend. (Two home down to this rancho) just order and they deliver. Made our stay even better — since we were in the pool the whole day. 😆 we love Ericka’s rancho. Perfect vacation! Thank you again!!!

Had a wonderful stay! The pool was great, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beach was just a short walk away, which was perfect for our group. The dining and common areas were spacious, so cooking and sharing dinner together as a large group was easy and fun. Everything matched the listing’s description and photos exactly, no surprises. The host and housekeepers were welcoming and gracious throughout our stay. Would absolutely stay again!

You can write it in a clearer and more respectful way, but honestly: Ericka is very friendly, attentive and responds quickly to any questions. However, our experience with the house was not good and, in our opinion, it was not worth the price we paid. Although the property has nice features and potential, it is quite neglected and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. We found cockroaches and cats inside the property. The utensils and dishes were not properly stored and smelled musty or old, and both the bathrooms and some walls were dirty. I believe that with better maintenance and a deeper cleaning, the experience could be considerably improved.

Puedes escribirla de una manera más clara y respetuosa, pero honesta: Ericka es muy amable, atenta y responde rápidamente a cualquier consulta. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia con la casa no fue buena y, en nuestra opinión, no valió la pena en relación con el precio que pagamos. Aunque la propiedad tiene elementos bonitos y potencial, se encuentra bastante descuidada y la limpieza deja mucho que desear. Encontramos cucarachas y gatos dentro de la propiedad, los utensilios y platos no estaban bien almacenados y tenían olor a humedad o a viejo, y tanto los baños como algunas paredes se encontraban sucios. Considero que, con un mejor mantenimiento y una limpieza más profunda, la experiencia podría mejorar considerablemente.

Thank you for your review, it gives me an opportunity to get to know you. It is unfortunate that after I had to remind you that you had stayed longer than the check out time without purchasing extra time, you decided to express lies about the property. If you were indeed uncomfortable and felt it was dirty and with everything else you said, why did you stay passed the check out time? It took a couple of reminders to you by my staff and by myself to get you all out of the property. You obviously liked it, but were unhappy after few reminders to check out. Throughout your stay, you were happy and never ever reported anything of concern. To my future guests: At Villa Mar Azul, we take cleanliness to high standards and when incidents are reported during your stay, we immediately take care of them.

Very nice place, close to the beach. The house is comfortable and has a clean pool. The neighborhood is attractive and quiet, and the host is great — he always helps and cares a lot about the guests.

Bardzo fajne miejsce, blisko plaży. Dom jest komfortowy i ma czysty basen. Okolica jest atrakcyjna i spokojna, a gospodarz świetny — zawsze pomaga i bardzo dba o gości.
