Awesome location, right across from the beach, with the waves lulling you to sleep! Love the private pool!

Paradise. The home has everything you need and Kassie was wonderful. Say yes!!

The Margaritaville house was an amazing and wonderful find for us. We just so happened to stumble onto the place accidentally. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary & found ourselves in a bad situation. We reached out to Kassie & she responded quickly. She made sure we were taken care of right away. We arrived at Sunset and woke up to the most beautiful paradise. The house is extremely accommodating and very comfortable, very clean with the Surf out front and a pool in the back. Because you’re facing South, you get a beautiful sunrise in the mountains and an amazing sunset over the ocean every single day. Literally a slice of heaven. We absolutely loved our stay!

This was a great location and the pool was great since the ocean is a little sketchy sure to the EP rides. It's always nice to fall asleep to the sound of waves and rain!

This was a private gem!!!! We stayed with our 3 and 6 year old and it was safe and kid friendly. The door to the pool has a separate key we could lock and hide to ensure nighttime safety which was great for us. The beach was so beautiful and private. We went there knowing it was not a swimmable beach so we were not disappointed. Our kids enjoyed hours in the pool with lizards, chickens and so many amazing butterflies and birds around us. The local Restaurante MAR Y SOL was SO good and so close. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked, we were able to cook meals without needing anything. Don’t hesitate to book if you are looking for a great family vacation.

Our family of seven (including five kids) had the BEST time at this *oasis* on the beach. Wow, from your back porch walk right into a beautiful pool and gazeebo, plus yard!, with birds and chickens and beautiful sounds and views all around. And *steps* from the front porch ... right onto a beautiful beach. And a private one that never once felt anything but ... completely ours. The house had everything we needed for in between and we felt just so lucky to call this home for even a short while. We wish we could have stayed forever!!

This home is exactly what you want in a place like Costa Rica. Absolute peace and privacy. There were times were the only people on the beach. The pool was sparkling and a refreshing dip after a day of sight seeing in Manuel Antonio or damas island. While the beach does have posted warnings about rip currents, We felt comfortable going into the ocean and playing in the waves and using the provided boards. The kitchen has all the tools you need for cooking. The owners have provided a list of services available in the area which I found extremely helpful because we didn’t have a rental car. We could still easily access a driver to take us to the store or deliver food. The beds are comfortable and each bedroom has its own air conditioner. There are plenty of towels provided for both the beach/pool and bathrooms. While we visited in the rainy season, we didn’t have any issues with the weather. When it did rain, we were able to watch the storm pass from the covered front patio.

Great beach house for our family of 5. Plenty of room and beds for everyone. The backyard was absolutely beautiful. We spent a lot of time in the pool or hanging out in the lounge chairs reading books. The beach was out of a dream. Steps away and all to ourselves! The boys loved boogie boarding, skim boarding, and just jumping the waves. We had an amazing surf lesson with Jason down the road who also set us up with his friend to release newly hatched sea turtles the next day! Close to grocery stores, about an hour to Manuel Antonio, and Mar y Sol at the end of the street had the best red snapper! Pura Vida!

We had a wonderful stay. The location is unbeatable! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the wood bench facing the ocean. Enjoyed walks along the secluded beach everyday. The house is about 10 minutes down the dirt road. The yard was beautifully landscaped, both front and back. The pool was the perfect size! The outdoor shower was so convenient, especially after the beach. There were plenty of towels provided and the home was well stocked. The oven/stove was a little quirky as you had to light it each time you used it and the oven temperature only went up to 300°. Overall we would stay here again!

This home was as pictured and had very comfortable beds and linens. We really enjoyed the pool outback! The beach was beautiful and great to walk on. We did use the boogie boards a few times as well. The Soda El Toucon was our favorite for dinner. We saw a flock of parrots, a family of monkeys and lots of lizards! These were all on the road to town! The only downside was having to travel the dirt road that had many potholes but it was all worth it!
