I absolutely loved this house. It was perfect for me and my friends to just relax by the pool. The beds were nice and soft. The rooms were amazing. It is right by a lot of restaurants and if you follow her instructions on how to get to the house, it’s very easy to find, I appreciate her giving us someone to reach out for transportation and things that we can do in the area. This house was stunning the pool was AMAZING ! I felt very much at home and if we needed anything Crystina was very responsive! I will definitely cook again and stay longer this time!

Beautiful home as described and is just like the pictures. There is A/C in only the rooms and the main living room and they all worked fine. Only bad thing about them, is that they turn off automatically so when you get home the rooms are hot and you have to wait for them to cool down which takes a while. The house does get really warm in kitchen and dinning tables since they do not have A/C at all. There was no visible rodents or insects inside the home that I saw in my stay. We did see rodents outside the home but this is noted in the listing as just part of the wildlife around here. The pool was very nice, just wished they had better lighting for the pool itself. Overall we had a great stay.

The place needs maintenance, ac didn’t work , bugs were in the kitchen , the locks on doors didn’t work , and had rats. They tried to hide cracks in the wall with just tape.

This place is a Gem. We Love the house. It's big and beautiful. It has all you need. The rooms are spacious, and every room has a bathroom. The pool and the enormous speaker were the best parts. We will come back for sure.

A beautiful, private home in Cancún, excellent for families. We had a family of 15 stay here and it was lovely all around. Crystina was always responsive when we needed something. As all the other reviews say, there is only AC in the bedrooms and they have heat sensors so they turn off after 30 minutes if you’re not in the room. But we got used to it quickly after the first day. The bathrooms also don’t have AC (though one on the ground floor has a fan) but the showers are nice and cold. And the pool is AMAZING! So relaxing and perfect after days out on the beach, or perfect to just hang out for the day. Overall this is a great choice if you want to come to Cancún and don’t want to stay in an all inclusive. The location is super easy to find if you follow her instructions. Be sure to ask Crystina and her brother Eloi for recommendations around the area! They can tell you where the grocery stores are and told us they have some discounts for activities like Xcaret! THANK YOU CRYSTINA!

Cristina's Place was amazing! Everything mentioned was accurate! Lots of nearby plazas with good food! The neighborhood is very seldom and safe. The rooms were spacious and clean. The AC was nice and cool in bedrooms but in communal areas it gets very, very 🥵 hot. The kitchen, dinning hall, and hallway all need an air conditioner as the one on the bottom living room turns off every 30 minutes and is not enought to cool the house. Easy access to the house using the lock at gate and the smart lock is quick and convenient. I recommend this house to a large group or family! Very spacious. I will recommend this Cristina's Villa ! La locacion de la casa perfecta Crystina siempre contesto a todos mis mensajes inmediatamente hubo algunos detalles que no me gustaron pero ella los mando arreglar los que se podian arreglar pero yo le recomendaria tener mas atencion a los detalles
