More than a stay, it was a fantastic experience. The house has everything a family needs when they are away from home. Each room has its own bathroom, hot water, a washing machine and dryer. Restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner are all nearby, and the neighbors, something that for me was a bonus, helped me get there faster. 100% recommended. This was my second time staying at this property. We enjoyed our stay and found the home to be a good option for our visit to Copán Ruinas. The house is large and comfortable, especially if you’re traveling with family or a group. One of the biggest advantages is the location — it’s easy to walk to the town center, restaurants, and nearby attractions, which made our stay very convenient. The home has a traditional feel that fits well with the area, and overall it was a pleasant place to relax after being out during the day. The hosts were kind, responsive, and helpful whenever we needed assistance, which we truly appreciated.

It was a very spacious accommodation ideal for large groups. I only went to the city for an event, so I only stayed one night and did not have time to use the kitchen, for example, but I did notice the lack of some useful things such as kitchen paper, soap and mirrors in the bathrooms. The landlord Carlos was very kind. I would only recommend a basic cleaning before check-in as there was dust on the floor and kitchen items. But in general, I found the place very comfortable. The house is colonial style that matches the energy of the city.

Fue un alojamiento muy espacioso ideal para grupos grandes, solo acudí a la ciudad para un evento así que solo estuve una noche y no tuve tiempo de hacer uso de la cocina por ejemplo, pero si note la falta de algunas cositas útiles como papel de cocina, jabón y espejos en los baños. El casero Carlos fue muy amable. solo recomendaría una limpieza básica antes del chek in ya que había polvo en el piso y en los artículos de cocina. Pero en general me pareció muy comodo el lugar. la casa es de estilo colonial que concuerda con la energía de la ciudad.

La casa de habitación es amplia y está bien ubicada por lo que es ideal para un viaje de familia numerosa, sin embargo, requiere  mantenimiento general y varias reparaciones, así como mejora en la limpieza. Todo lo anterior para hacer sentir al huésped en un ambiente agradable y cómodo.

A strategic location near downtown. The accommodation meets the basic needs to make the stay enjoyable. Of course, if I return to Copán Ruinas I will stay again.

Ubicación estratégica cerca del centro de la ciudad. El alojamiento cumple con las necesidades básicas para que la estadía sea placentera. Claro que sí regreso a Copán Ruinas me quedaré de nuevo.

The house was beautiful and spacious and the location is amazing, just a few minutes walk from the central park. However when we arrived there was no water or electricity which we were not warned about. Thankfully the water and electricity returned a couple of hours after the check-in time, but apparently it is normal for both to be off during the day due to construction work in the city. It would have been very nice to be warned of this beforehand.

This rental is located in an excellent location almost at the heart of Copan Ruinas, you can walk for a few minutes enjoying this small town and you will find a lot of restaurants, the central plaza is minutes away and for sure I will rent it again when I come back to Copan Ruinas.

My second time at Laura's house. Our stay was really pleasant. As always, the house was clean, well equipped and organized. The location is perfect for getting to the most important points of Copan Ruinas. Carlos, who is the manager, was always attentive to our needs. You can't ask for more when you are on vacation in that area. I highly recommend it.

The place is lovely. I liked the location, which was walkable to everything in the town. Bring your walking shoes. The host was great, very responsive, and replied right away. The water goes out at certain times during the day, so be aware and prepared. I highly recommend it.

the house is a little run down, almost no water to the bathrooms, unlike other Airbnbs that we stayed this one did not have any soap in the shower, like lack of host details, the mattresses on the bunk bed are already very old, the house is big but it lacks that polish it, good location.

It is a large house for a large group of people, it is located near the center and you can walk. Host was quick to respond to my inquiries. How watching the bathrooms require maintenance.

The hosts are attentive and quick to respond, the place is a large home perfect for a group of family or friends. We found the place safe, even people in the early morning. You can walk quietly to the park and restaurants nearby to buy food. There was no WiFi at our stay but we were only there for one night so it was not very necessary. The back door gets a little stuck when you close it. We had a great time in Copán. Thank you.

Puedes ir caminando tranquilo hasta el parque y restaurantes cercanos a comprar comida. En nuestra estadia no había WiFi pero solo estuvimos una noche así que no fue muy necesario. El portón de atrás se atora un poco al cerrarlo. Lo pasamos bien en Copán. Gracias.

Our stay was pleasant, the house is spacious and large! Great for our family group. The location is excellent. It is a few meters from the central park surrounded by restaurants. Carlos our host was excellent, answering all our doubts and helping us with every question. Excellent host! However, the cleanliness of the whole place must be improved, I understand that it must be a difficult task to keep such a large house clean, it is perceived that it is an old house, dust in the windows, bathrooms with stains. Carlos nuestro host fue excelente, respondiendo a todas nuestras dudas y ayudándonos en cada pregunta. Excelente host! Sin embargo la limpieza de todo el lugar debe mejorar, entiendo que debe de ser una tarea difícil mantener limpia una casa tan grande, se percibe que es una casa antigua, polvo en las ventanas, baños con manchas. Pero en general nuestra estadía fue buena. Gracias por todo!

Beautiful home, walking distance from everything. Some trash was left behind in one of the rooms, because of weather sometimes we had no electricity or water but it doesn’t matter where you choose to rent it is the same in Copán ruinas, kitchen needs supplies like pans, cleaning kitchen towels, i hd to buy some and also I bought a pitcher, water gets inside when it rains but besides that the place was beautiful and big and I will definitely rented again and I would recommend this Airbnb.

Beautiful home! There’s nothing more great than making a fresh cup of coffee and taking it up on the terrace and admiring the view on the terrace. The home is located on a hill but it doesn’t defeat how easy it is to access your needs. The restaurants there are delicious, the host is very responsive to your needs. Definitely will be staying here again in the future! This home will not disappoint!

A very nice and spacious place; a large group can stay comfortably; the house meets expectations. The only problem is that currently, the power goes out in the village quite often, and there are many limitations as a result, including a lack of water.

The place was nice, ammenities where on spot, linien was clean and smelled amazing. Communication with host through AirB&B chat was difficult, but reaching Laura through her phone number worked liked a charm. Carlos, local host was attentive, nice and informative.

Great place to stay while in Copán. Centrally located, 5 mins to ruins, birds farm. Easy to walk to the Central Park and there is lots to do in the town.

This house is so charming and comfortable. There is plenty of room to spread out yet still enjoy each other's company. The rooftop terrace views are gorgeous! The front porch is quaint and private. Carlos the co-host was ready to answer any questions we had at anytime. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Copan!

the experience lived in Copán Ruinas was unique!!!  Laura and Carlos are phenomenal hosts, the house is beautiful and well equipped, the location is perfect to enjoy the wonders that Copán Ruinas offers, we enjoyed not only the archaeological park, the bird park, but also the wide variety of restaurants that a good price offer true gastronomic delicacies.  The market also offers delicious typical dishes and a wide variety of fruits and vegetables.  The local artisan shops are great with kind and friendly employees, the quality of the artisan products is first class and the jade jewelry is beautiful!!!  I have so much to share but the best thing would be for you to experience the charms of Copán and the comfort of Laura's house!!!!!

Loved the house, feels like a home! Close to the town’s central park, hotels and restaurants! Perfect for a big family. Would not recommend for elder people or people with problems taking the stairs, the ones inside the house are inclined-angled and the house is located on a mini-slope. Definitely will stay here again. Carlos is very nice!
