Pet Policy

The location of this house is perfect! Private and view of the ocean is majestic! The house is beautifully designed to enjoy the breeze and view of the ocean. Unfortunately, the house needs better upkeep and maintenance. The shower door. Will not stay close. All the screen on the doors and windows are damaged and the bugs get inside very easily. We had a mejor fly infestation in the kitchen because of this issue .The air conditioner in the main bedroom on the first floor did not work the last 4 of 7 days of our stay. After changing the batteries in the remote a couple of times, we were finally told that it needed to be repaired and that itwould not happen till after our check out. The sewage smell coming from the bathroom is very strong. When I brought all these issues to the ground keeper, she said that all these issues were known to the owner but nothing has been done to remediate them. The owner was responsive to our complaints and did not charge us for the electricity issue.

Celebramos el cumpleaños 80 de mi abuela en esta hermosa casa y definitivamente fue la mejor elección. Todos los espacios estaban perfectos, las habitaciones súper cómodas y amplias; logramos acomodarnos todos sin ningún problema. La vista hacia la playa es simplemente espectacular y hace que la experiencia sea aún más especial. Además, la casa está totalmente equipada: cocina, baños, utensilios y todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda y agradable. Sin duda alguna, 10000% recomendada. Esperamos volver muy pronto. 🌊✨

Una estancia increíble! La casa es muy espaciosa y cómoda, perfecta para grupos grandes. Lo mejor es la ubicación frente al mar y la piscina, que estaba impecable. Disfrutamos de atardeceres espectaculares en Pochomil. ¡Totalmente recomendada!

We booked Gabriel’s place as a group of 11 as we had a wedding to attend to next door. Everything was kept clean by the housekeeper Karina and the photos are accurate. However, we found out after booking that electricity usage was capped. Moreover, we explicitly asked if a washing machine is available on property, to which he said yes. When we arrived, we learned that the washing machine doesn’t belong to the Airbnb, but to Karina in her own house. There’s only a washing sink in the Airbnb. Thankfully, Karina was so generous to do our laundry. The wifi didn’t work at all during our stay, but that was beyond Gabriel’s power, as the construction works nearby may have affected the internet lines. The property next door also didn’t have internet due to this issue. We had a stray dog walk into the house at night, but managed to shoo him off. Gabriel also helped organizing airport transfer. I suggest adding missing info to the ad to manage expectations. Thank you again for hosting us!
