Everything is exactly as pictured. The amenities were as described. If you get a private chef, advise them that they’ll need to bring some extra pots and pans. Location is great and the complimentary boat to Mistico Beach Club/Secret beach was perfect. Make sure to visit Robin’s kitchen which is right down the road to the left when you leave out of the resort entrance. The concierge is very helpful for anything you may need before and during your trip. Cons: throw blanket needs to be replaced. The mosquitoes are horrible making it pretty much impossible to sit outside by the pool. The host also tried to charge $50 for minor makeup on pillowcase & flat sheet without attempting to launder them first. I thought that was a bit ridiculous. All in all, a great stay.

I visited to celebrate my birthday with a group of 6 friends & we enjoyed staying on this property & at this house. I loved the onsite coffee shop.

Second time staying at this home. Clean and as pictured, I did notice some wear and tear but thats to be expected. The staff was very responsive! Needed a new iron due to the one being worn and had it within the hour. Needed more water for the filter and was there in 10 minutes. If you're vacationing with a group this is the place to stay! Very spacious and beautiful scenery.

The stay was absolutely worth it, and perfect for our bachelorette trip! The house was clean and cozy and had great backdrops for photo opportunities, and we were all able to sit and eat together without feeling cramped. The gated location was peaceful and felt safe, and everyone we spoke to was resourceful and kind. Thank you for having us.

Wonderful place to stay, super responsive helpful staff. Beautiful family house. Everyone loved it - and the ability to have a resort experience at the pool club on some days is always a fun indulgence. It’s very well located so getting to town is a 3 minute golf cart ride. The staff is super easy to get in touch with- You can text them at any time if you need help with something or have questions. Yes there’s some construction on the grounds but it’s during the day and frankly it motivates you to go experience Ambergris!! Oh - def take them up on the shuttle to secret beach - it’s a better use of your time 😁

Stayed for a long weekend. Overall great place and would stay again. I will say the property is still having villas under construction. This did not interfere with our trip at all. The villa was up to date and clean. We had plenty of space for 10 women. We did feel like more towels were needed without having to wash every night. There was not enough outside lights for a well lit path. I will say that the pool pics did not match the actual pool. It was smaller than we wanted. But it worked. The rooms need more dresser space as well, felt like we were living out of bags.
