Tim was a fantastic host. He has stocked the house with all of the amenities you’d expect in a nice hotel room. Super responsive and proactive. The location is very peaceful. Morning coffee outside listening to the birds was delightful

Everything was amazing. Tim was incredibly friendly and informative through the whole process…from when we were booking, arriving and offering great suggestions during our stay. The place itself was the perfect space to relax, enjoy nature, incredible views and sunsets. Had everything needed to feel at home. Will be coming back for sure

Tough road but beautiful location, amazing views and sunsets, and great outdoor space. Tim is very responsive and a great host.

We arrived late afternoon and Tim met us to help guide us to the house where he gave us the rundown on how things operated. Definitely try to arrive in daylight. This is a road you want to try to be familiar with during the day before you try at night. Absolutely need a 4WD vehicle! Great house for 1-2 couples or a small family with older (teenage) kids. View is outstanding! Tim’s restaurant recommendations were fantastic and he kindly made reservations for us. He is very responsive, I never waited long for an answer if I had a question. Highly recommend!

Awesome stay! Just what the wife and I needed. A beautiful property that provides plenty of privacy. Very clean with all the amenities that one would need. The evenings were spent watching beautiful sunsets from the balconies. A great place to see some of the local wildlife. Plenty of birds to see. Also, on our last morning we could hear monkeys close by. Tim is a great host and was very helpful showing us the way up to the property. And yes, just like many of the reviews for this property, a 4x4 is a must. We had a RAV4 4x4 and it got a workout everyday. You will love this place.

This home was speculator! It was so wonderful to be up the mountain where is quieter along with a stellar view of the coast. The house was gorgeous, clean, well stocked, and easy to check-in. Tim was incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful. I would suggest asking when the cleaners, pool maintenance, and lawn care team are scheduled as they each showed up without notice.

Tim was a friendly and responsive host. He offered to book activities for us. The home is absolutely beautiful. It was spotless when we arrived. The views were amazing. We sat on the patio every morning to listen to the birds. We miss it already!

Ein tolles Haus mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Wir haben die Zeit so sehr genossen. Es war das Highlight unseres Urlaubs. Die Kommunikation mit Tim war sehr gut, wir sind ihm für alle guten Empfehlungen sehr dankbar. Anna, das Faultier, hatte während unserer Anwesenheit zwar wohl leider ebenfalls Urlaub, aber wir wurden durch Tukane, wunderschöne andere Vögel und am Schluss dann auch noch einen blauen Schmetterling entschädigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
