The Space

This elegant 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom ocean-view vacation rental is located within the Las Catalinas Development. Designed in a charming cottage style, the home is bright and spacious, offering plenty of natural light throughout.

The open-concept living area combines the kitchen and living room, creating a comfortable space for families or friends to gather. The living room features a 55-inch smart TV where guests can stream their favorite shows (note: cable service is not provided) and a sofa ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine or watching a movie.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a large island for easy meal preparation, upgraded wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. On this floor, you will also find a half bathroom, as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Outside, there is a pool and a dining table that seats eight, perfect for enjoying meals or unwinding in the evening. High-speed internet is available throughout the property, suitable for streaming or attending virtual meetings.

Upstairs, the master suite offers a king-size bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, ample cabinetry, and a spacious closet, providing a home-like atmosphere. The three guest bedrooms include two with king-size beds and one with a queen and a twin bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom for added comfort.

This rental accommodates up to nine guests comfortably, with upgraded mattresses and soft linens. A travel crib can be arranged through the concierge team upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee.

Guests will also find several complimentary items such as folding beach chairs, a beach cooler, beach towels, a kayak, and a boogie board. Basic kitchen spices (salt, pepper, cooking oil), coffee, tea, soap, and shampoo are also provided.

For security purposes, the person who made the reservation must present valid identification at check-in. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Parking

The property includes free parking for two cars. Parking is managed autonomously using a reusable card provided upon arrival. Please note that a $50 USD replacement fee applies if the card is lost or not returned. Parking on the main road is not allowed.
