Casa Las Olas is one of ten luxurious beachfront properties located in the gated community of Pedregal. There are three levels of deck space to relax on and enjoy the views of the beach and Pacific Ocean. The top deck provides a wonderful bird's eye view perfect for spotting seasonal humpback whales, grey whales, and flying Mobula rays. All five bedrooms have ensuite full bathrooms and ocean views. Two of the bedrooms (one king & one double with a Murphy bed) are located on the beach level. The space The house is a total of three levels with many stairs so it's not suitable for people who have difficulty with stairs. In addition there are many levels with open ledges. Adult supervision is required at all times for the children. Two of the bedrooms are located on the beach level and are separate from the main house (one king and one queen with a Murphy bed). These bedrooms are accessible by a stairway from the pool level. Maid service is included in the cleaning fee Monday to Saturday. (Not Sundays) During rainy season all of the outdoor cushions on the pool terraces are removed for their protection and put back once it has stopped raining. The living area has a desk space with chair and another desk with chair is located in the master suite. Starlink Wifi throughout. Guest access All spaces on the property are accessible except for 2 Owners Closets, Linen Closet and the garage. Other things to note Transportation, Chef Services, on site massage, spa treatments and grocery requests can be arranged in advance with additional charge. Complimentary Concierge service for booking fishing charters, yacht charters and activities.

## The Space

The residence spans three levels connected by numerous stairs, making it unsuitable for guests with mobility challenges. Several areas have open ledges, so adult supervision is necessary for children at all times.

All five bedrooms include private full bathrooms and offer ocean views. Two bedrooms (one king and one double with a Murphy bed) are located on the beach level, separate from the main house. These beach-level rooms are accessible via a stairway from the pool level.

The living area contains a desk with a chair, and an additional desk and chair are available in the master suite. Starlink Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property.

Beautiful home right on the beach! We had a lovely vacation here spending our time walking on the beach and watching the whales from the patio at the house. We had a great and relaxing time!

Where do I even begin?? Casa Olas was the best family vacation we have ever taken. So many things made this trip incredibly special to us!! From the friendly hostess and house staff, to the recommended chef services that were out of this world. This house has everything you need for a peaceful week on the beach.  It’s a beautiful home with everything you could possibly need. The hostess was immediately responsive and made recommendations on experiences and helped with transportation making the whole trip an absolute breeze. For two full time working parents who needed a break from all the responsibilities, this experience delivered everything we never knew we needed and more! Thank you, Casa Olas we will be back again!

This house and team are absolutely flawless. The home has views from every room and 2 casitas are right on the beach The house cleaners showed up every day and kept every room and bathroom spotless. We asked their chef to cook dinner on arrival night (genius move) and Thanksgiving night and the staff (Omar,Natalie & Joseph) were soo wonderful. Food was delicious and they cleaned up afterwards. Two notes (this house has many stairs so not good For small children under 5 and Pedregal beach is not swimmable). Pool and jacuzzi are wonderful and we had a fantastic time David met us at the door and showed us everything we would need. Soo lovely! We had zero problems and would highly recommend for adults and school age children. This house and owner are unbelievably fantastic and we appreciated her sharing this gorgeous place.

Elizabeth’s place was beautiful and had an incredible view of the ocean. The home was very comfortable and inviting and each room had en suite bathroom which is awesome. The interior and exterior plus pool could use a little updating and care as the home is showing some wear and tear. The pool toys need to be replaced as the “noodles” and floating mat were very badly worn and fell apart. The air conditioning is excellent and some of the best we have ever experienced. I would recommend exploring renting a vehicle to get around as the cabs to town for dinner while very accessible are very expensive for 6. Each round trip to town is 150 US dollars. There did not seem to be any walkable restaurants or coffee shops in the subdivision so plan your early morning meals accordingly. We chose not to drive but you may want to at least check out vehicle pricing. These were very minor issues and our group had a wonderful time at Elizabeth’s place and would highly recommend it for your visit

We stayed for one week and it was a wonderful experience. All of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and I’ll face the ocean. We spent a lot of time around the pool. Also the beach is beautiful and very quiet. We hope to come back in the future!

Wow! What a treat. This is a dream location with service and hospitality of a 5 star hotel. Aside from the best location (on the beach) and top notch security - we couldn’t be happier. From the moment we arrived they were in sync with us on any request or issue that arose. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and would recommend for any family reunion, birthday, or bachelor/bachelorette party!

Great home that was set up for my family to feel truly comfortable. lovingly cared for...and the hosts made our trip completely different. instead of my original pan just chilling and not surfing online for experiences and reviewed providers, through the wonderful proactive communication of our host my family did everything from parasailing to catching a giant marlin that we then shared with our fishing captain right there at the dock. beat staff ever. best hosts ever. best location ever. don't hesitate. Casa Olas: Paradise Found! Casa Olas wasn't just an Airbnb, it was an experience! This has to be the best vacation rental I've ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the stunning ocean views and the friendly host making sure all of our wishes were met. We knew we were in for something special. The house itself was incredible. Very spacious and luxurious, perfectly equipped for our group. We spent countless hours relaxing by the pool, on the balcony soaking up the views. If you're looking for a place to unwind and create lasting memories in Cabo San Lucas, look no further than Casa Olas. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone!

Beautiful location and the house is great for a family or group. This an older propriety but well maintained, still some areas are showing it age. The new Starlink they installed worked great. Great team and really attentive / helpful. Our family wants to go back.

We loved our stay! The setting is amazing and one of the best views in Cabo by far… all the staff involved with supporting the house were super responsive and really helped to a make for a wonderful vacation.  You cannot get closer to the sand than this place, and the pool just steps away from the sand made for a really great experience all around.

Excellent location. Beautiful house by beach. Really great stay. Only two minor issues: pool is not heated so a hit hard to fully enjoy and wifi was really poor and limited 3g coverage for Att. Otherwise amazing stay. Recommend.

When I usually go on vacation, I end up seeing other places I wish I had rented instead of the one I did. I had no regrets this time because Casa Las Olas is the best house we saw during our Cabo vacation. The location, amenities, and management just doesn't get any better. Not need to pay for a whale watching tour because we did that from the breath-taking back deck of this house and while swimming in the pool.  The pristine beach is literally steps away two of the bedrooms--just a dream. We used Gourmet Cabo Catering--Nadia and her team prepared a spectacular brunch, dinner, and birthday cake. Highly recommend them because my only regret of this trip is that we didn't cater in every meal and spend more time in this amazing home.

House was great and we really enjoyed the stay. View was awesome and there are only about 10-12 beach front houses in Pedregal so this is a unique house. Something to be aware of staying here is you do have to weave through the neighborhood roads for 5-10 minutes to get to the house, but that is the price of beachfront when you are surrounded by steep cliffs. WiFi was a little slow so it would be tough to work from here, but I have Starlink, so I will just bring than next time. The property managers were great and helped us book chefs, massages and excursions so that is a great benefit of this house as well. I would definitely stay here again, our group had a blast.

Our family of 7 just spent the week between Christmas and New Year's in this wonderful home.  It was a perfect week for us.  David met us at check-in and gave us a tour of the home and answered any questions we had. We got a recommendation for a chef for the week and Nadia's company did not disappoint.  Lupita and Jorge were incredible.  We will request them again on our next visit. Milvia arranged our airport transfers, scheduled our dinner reservations at local restaurants, and scheduled a sunset cruise for us.  It was SO easy staying in this home.  The location by far is the best thing.  It is right on the beach and we so enjoyed being this close to the water. We are also big pickleball players and there was a court right outside our front door.  We played everyday. It could not have been a better home for our family for the week.  We will definitely be going back in the future and booking this home again!

This was a superb stay for our family of six to enjoy the 4th of July week. Having direct beach access was the primary reason we chose this unit versus the many others available in the area..yes, it was more pricey but worth it to be able to directly access the beach at any time…day or night. The villa was also spic and span clean and it came with daily housekeeping service.. money well spent. We hope to return sometime in the fall to watch the whales from the many pergolas. thanks Elizabeth for a fantastic stay. You should be proud of your celebrity home and hardworking staff!

Casa Olas is one of the few places I have ever been where the pictures absolutely don't do it justice. The setting is stunning, the house is so comfortable and beautiful and all of the services and activities were perfect. I highly recommend the in home chef and if Liz recommends something...do it!  it will be amazing!  Thank you to everyone who made our vacation fabulous.

Our visit to Casa Olas I was perfect! The house, the setting, the service, the whole vibe and experience- top notch! The pictures do not give this place justice. It is a stunning, beautiful property, perfect for gathering family and friends. No detail was left to chance. We would definitely return here on our next trip to Cabo A special shout-out to Brown Private Services, who handles the in-home cooking, concierge, COVID testing, etc! Casa Olas is an amazing home right on the beach! Elizabeth and David are wonderful hosts and took care of every detail. They recommended the perfect staff to take care of us throughout our stay. Ricardo assisted us during breakfast and lunch and took care of our every need. Roman, the chef (through Gourmet Cabo Catering - Nadia is the contact) was amazing. Would recommend Ricardo and Roman the next time we visit and to anyone who plans to stay. The home was amazing. Great views of the ocean, beach access for long walks on the beach and great place for whale watching! Casa Olas is a must stay.!

Wow!! That is the perfect word for this house.  It is amazing!!  Pictures do not do it justice.  The beach in the morning and at sunset it so beautiful, the house is great, and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.

Honestly, I’ve you’ve read the other reviews, this is nothing new—but the house is just amazing. Everyone agreed the pictures don’t do it justice. Just a perfect place. Breathtaking views and I’m not sure how I’m going to be able to fall asleep without the sound of crashing pacific waves. Elizabeth and David were incredibly helpful prior to arrival. Once we arrived, David was amazing. Super responsive and helpful. Organized a ton of things for us on short notice, including having a chef come to the house—which is a must. Also let us extend check out by several hours after our flight got cancelled and we had to pivot on the last day. Absolutely amazing visit! Will be back.

Elizabeth's home is absolutely beautiful - as described and pictured and so much more. It is located in the Pedregal community which you enter through security gates. We rented our own car and were able to explore Cabo San Lucas and San Jose area with ease from the location. The situation of the house was idyllic, with the lower tier rooms having direct access to the beach, the second level with two main-en-suites and the hot tub and swimming pool, and finally the upper level with the upstairs balcony with outdoor table and grill. The house is functional and well appointed. The service team was also exceptional and responsive to our questions and/or requests. Our host also went as far as putting us in touch with a concierge doctor to provide our COVID-19 tests and giving us the names of some excellent restaurants. Definitely a holiday to repeat!

Absolutely beautiful home in Pedregal community! Community has tennis, pickleball and bocce, which was a fun addition. Amazing to have both the pool/ hot tub and the beautiful beach. Very easy to schedule transportation, Covid testing etc through the host. Would definitely rent again!

Expect paradise! Location is amazing. Between the pool area and being directly on the beach, you can’t ask for anything more.

This house was incredible! Not too far from downtown, but secluded enough to feel like we had our own private beach. Pictures can be deceiving, but in this case, pictures don’t do it justice. The neighborhood is very private, so you will feel very safe, and this is one of the few house actually on the beach. The layout of the house really opens up for awesome views of the ocean, tons of deck space, and and we saw whales jumping out of the water everyday. David was a great host, and very responsive. We hired their suggestion for a chef, which I would highly recommend as well. I will certainly be back.

Just beautiful all around. A great specious house on a beautiful beach. We were 2 families with older kids and everyone had a blast. Close to what ever you need. David helped us book so activities but all everyone wanted was to go back to the house and sit on the beach. Although we didn’t know it’s not a swimmable beach (something we learned only when we got there). We found a way to get wet and at the end of the day nice clean beach tequila and great food and nothing can beat that. This is the prefect Covid era vacation style. Probably safer than anywhere in the US. I recommend warmly this house and I will be back for sure
