House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Only the registered number of guests are allowed; do not add extra visitors during your stay.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
• Pets are not permitted to protect the property.
• If staying with children, please be aware of balconies and stairs and supervise accordingly.
• Use air conditioning responsibly and moderately.
• Always lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Treat the apartment with care as if it were your own.
• Maintain noise at a reasonable level.
• Parties and social events are not allowed in the apartment or common areas.
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and should report issues immediately for prompt repair.
