The villa features a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area that extends onto a large terrace overlooking the ocean. This space is perfect for memorable gatherings with family and friends or savoring culinary creations.

Casa Beez blends sustainable modern design with traditional touches, such as the use of local hardwoods. The villa includes four stylishly furnished bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to eight guests. Each bedroom is equipped with blackout curtains, quiet ceiling fans, air conditioning, and ample wardrobe space.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts state-of-the-art appliances, including an induction hob, dishwasher, and an additional wine fridge. Quality crockery and cutlery are provided for your convenience.

Smart home features include a smart door lock and high-speed fiber-optic internet with 200 Mbps download and upload speeds. The sound system comprises Sonos and Apple HomePod devices.

Housekeeping service is available every other day and included for stays of four nights or longer.

Guest Access

For your stay, a vehicle with high ground clearance is recommended; a 4x4 SUV is advisable during the rainy season. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by the host or concierge service, who will introduce you to the villa and its unique features.

Access to the property is secured with a personal code, allowing 24-hour check-in at no additional cost.

Additional Information

• Laundry service is available upon request for $10 per load, using a modern Samsung washing machine.
