Holidays are exciting, but before you book, please check your dates and only select one of the following when making your holiday reservation. Please contact a reservation agent before booking if your dates are different than the following to find a way to accommodate you. Our holiday dates for 2025 & 2026 are:
- Thanksgiving (November 23 - November 30, 2025/2026)
- Easter Week 2026 (March 29 - April 4, 2026)
Christmas and New Years
For any reservations arriving between December 19, 2025, to January 6, 2026, we have a 7 to 10-night minimum requirement. Specific periods may be required. Please contact us before making an online booking during this period.
Music Festivals
Please contact us before making an online booking during music festival dates. Restrictions may apply.
Holiday dates are excluded from the cancellation policy because all holiday dates are non-refundable.

Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club
- Full beach club access is $5 per day, per person; free for children under 10.

Pros: Responsive and accommodating hosts, great private chef service, nice pool, space available as advertised Cons: Location, access to the beach, not much activities/amenities to do within walking distance hence needs to hire transportation. While the hosts (Eugene and Sary), the private chef, the spacious villa, and pool was amazing, the location was listed as Hacienda Pinilla. Instead this is house is located quite a drive from the beach (need to hire transportation every time you have to go to the beach/activities/restaurants ). I had a large group and several of us have been to Costa Rica. I’m not sure if this stay was worth it for the value/access to the beach for us (if that’s what you are looking for) compared to other stays around Tamarindo.

Everything is amazing at this house. This is a great set up for a large group. Our dinners were fantastic every night. Let the staff buy your food supplies and create your meals. This is a short drive into Tamarindo but not too far. We would definitely come back.

This house is awesome! Every room has it’s own full bathroom & sitting area! The rooms are large & very comfortable. The kitchen is great for large groups! Chefs take great care of you for every meal. We got to pick our menus at the beginning of the week. Eugene & Sary are amazing hosts! I recommend this house highly.
