Victor was awesome as a host! he responded within minutes nomatter what time I reached out! One of my friends left his suitcase when we were leaving and Victor got a taxi to bring it to the airport! The place was very clean and when we came in from excursions, our room would be prestige. The only complaints I have is no one told us they don't use wash cloths, so they don't provide them. I think that part needs to change because there are people from all over that do use them and will expect them. Second, the hot water didn't work the first 2 days and afterwards, it would stay hot every bit of 2 mins. That wasn't fun...other than that, great place and great host!

Amazing service and very easy to communicate with victor . The staff was amazing and very accommodating. 15 mins from beach and in the center of Tulum. Definitely recommend any large group to stay here

We were are group of 11 and each of us thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Tulum is amazing! The location, the accommodation, the pool, the food... oh the food. Everything was as close to perfect as possible. Victor was one of the most responsive hosts I've ever had the pleasure of chatting with.

If you are thinking about it - don’t delay and just BOOK this place now. I booked this for 10 girls for my sisters bachelorette and it was amazing. It is a gated hotel rented out all to us. We had our own pool and we literally got up every morning to walk to brunch, to get coffee, etc. At night all the bars and downtown were literally less than a block. We were right in the middle of town. The staff live on site and are fantastic!! They arranged transportation and a private chef one night which was absolutely amazing. So worth the money and experience. They also cleaned daily and were so friendly. This was the trip of a lifetime and worth every penny! The first night one shower wasn’t working but one of the staff there replaced it within 15 minutes and had it working no problem. Absolute paradise!!!
