## Policies and Important Information

This place was awesome. I’ve stayed in the neighborhood a few times (it’s a must) and one of the best small parts of this place is that it’s high enough up the mountain that its quite with a great view but it doesn’t take forever to get to on a rocky road which is a big plus. Staff and house were excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Really amazing place.   15 of us had plenty of room to stretch and have their own space.  The common area is great for socializing and has tons of space.  View is amazing and looks right down onto the harbor.  Short walk to downtown Cabo.  The host was super helpful in terms of recommendations for a caterer, spa services and everything around town.

We stayed at Villa Chavez for my 30th birthday, and overall, it was an incredible experience. The villa is stunning, with breathtaking views that made every moment feel special. The concierge & home staff were amazing—attentive, accommodating, and truly enhanced our stay. We loved the pool, hot tub, and all the amenities, which made the villa feel like a dream. However, there were a few issues. Two bathrooms had plumbing problems, and one shower flooded a bedroom. The catering was great, but they forgot eggs for everyone at breakfast which had been paid for. My scheduled yoga session didn’t happen, though they refunded & rescheduled it. The biggest concern was a noise complaint at 4 PM while we were playing music by the pool—well before the 10 PM quiet hours. This left us uneasy about what was considered “too loud” since next would be a 1500$ fine. Despite these hiccups, we had an amazing stay & would still recommend the villa—just be mindful of noise restrictions & service details.

We had the most fabulous weekend at Villa Chavez for my bachelorette party! Julie and the team were incredibly helpful organizing everything leading up to the weekend. We enjoyed the private chefs, home massage experience, and all the activities that were coordinated. The house maids were excellent and even made us coffee every morning. Hector was such a pleasure to work with once we arrived. Our whole group didn't have the lift a finger while we were in Cabo. Hector was also great as we had needs during the week and he coordinated all of our rides. The house is even better in person. Everyone got their own private space while also having plenty of communal living room. We can't wait to come back!

Let me start by saying that the house itself is great. However, the devil was certainly in the details with this place. Largely caused by the management of the house along with the service level from CaboVillas .com (pre trip coordinator) was lacklustre to say the least. Some of the lowlights: -Forced my event planners to cancel day of arrival for arrangements and servicing. Just happened to also be Super Bowl Sunday. -Let us know day of arrival that the house did not have cable to even play the game and to find someone with a VPN and laptop. -Made every excuse possible not to heat the pool. 4 night stay and no one got to use the pool once. Stayed a 75 degrees with one excuse after another as to why it wasn’t heating. -Booked Valentiene’s Day dinner for February 11th -Pinned the sewage smell roaming through 3 floors of the house (which made it impossible to be inside for 4 hours) on the neighbours house. -Came back 2 weeks after checkout for $560 to replace bed sheets.

Regarding the event planners, it is essential for outside vendors to obtain the necessary permits from the HOA office of the development. We apologize if your planner encountered difficulties securing these permits. As advertised, the villa features Smart TVs throughout the home, and the pool is set to a comfortable temperature of 85 degrees Fahrenheit. It's important to note that the pool needs to be turned back on after each use. Pedregal is a vast neighborhood with numerous homes spread throughout the development. Any reported smells are not directly attributed to the property itself. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration to improve our services for future guests.

Unbelievable! The review could end there, but being an avid reader of reviews, would like to share the "why". Before we arrived, cabo villas handled all of the communication. Kimberly R was fantastic helping with pre-orders, boat tours, room assignments, massages, drivers, dinner reservations, all of it! When our party of 12 (6 couples) arrived to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday, we were all stunned. The "mansion" is a better description. Everyone had their own en-suites, everything was spotless, it was like we were living in a "lifestyles of the rich and famous" commercial. Luis the concierge was wonderful, responsive day and night. Angela the housekeeper and maintenance man, George (I believe that was his name due to the language barrier), cooked meals, did laundry, cleaned the pool, fixed the pool surround sound, great people. The pickle ball court was a huge bonus and we all played each morning. Easy 3 minutes to downtown by car or you could hike it. We never wanted to leave.

Stayed 4 nights with 12 friends for a bachelorette and everyone was very impressed by the villa.  We loved all of the private amenities including tennis/pickleball court, infinity pool, hot tub, gym and movie theater.  The villa felt so spacious and all of the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice.  We appreciated the concierge and housekeeping staff and had a good experience with the recommended catering and spa services.
