Had an amazing time with a big group of people, everyone fit comfortably and it never felt crowded. The views are breathtaking!

This is a beautiful and very spacious house with lots of bedrooms. We found it to be comfortable, and the A/C worked perfectly. We especially enjoyed the amazing pool view and the indoor-outdoor layout, which made the stay feel open and relaxing. However, communication with the host was slow on several important matters. It took some time to get the storm protection opened up, which unfortunately delayed us from fully enjoying the view and outdoor space early on. During our stay, we experienced a major rainstorm (it seemed like a near-hurricane level event), and we noticed water leaking in certain parts of the house. While the host responded as soon as they could, it appears the house may not be built to fully handle a storm of that magnitude. Overall, it's a nice property with fantastic amenities, but there is definitely room for improvement in host responsiveness and perhaps some maintenance to ensure the home is watertight for all weather conditions.

During your stay, a local thunderstorm warning was issued, and for your safety, we took the necessary precautionary measures — thank you for your understanding. I also apologize for the delay in responding to your messages in the evening. As for the water leakage and air-conditioning issues caused by the heavy rain during your stay, we addressed them promptly and did our best to resolve the situation. Thank you as well for saying that our villa looks even better in person than in the photos — I really appreciate that. I’ll also apply to update our pictures. Thank you for the suggestion. Perfect airbnb in the gated Pedregal community. Extremely clean and spacious just like the photos. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (most with double sinks) so our group of 19 had more than enough room to spread out. There is a daily housekeeping service and pool cleaner which makes it feel as luxurious as a hotel.

Villa looks impeccable in real life. Enjoyed our stay.
