The Space

Casa Rosa is one of the finest homes in Tankah Bay, featuring a newly remodeled kitchen with granite countertops. The villa boasts access to the largest and most pristine crystal white sand beach, a beautiful pool, and three spacious outdoor decks designed for dining and relaxation.

Set on a private half-acre lot, the property is surrounded by mature palm trees and lush gardens. The front deck includes a tile dining table that seats ten, offering views of the beach and pool. Another dining area with a table is located next to the BBQ on the back deck. The villa is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout, making it an ideal retreat.

Casa Rosa stands out due to its perfect beachfront on crystal-clear sands and calm waters of Tankah Bay. The generous palapa-shaded front deck, adjacent to the living room and at pool and beach level, features a ten-person dining table. This setup allows guests to enjoy meals in the shade while others swim or relax nearby.

On the second floor, built-in benches accommodate up to ten people around a tile table beneath a pergola that provides shade. This area includes sconces and power outlets for evening gatherings, all while offering stunning views of Tankah Bay.

The third floor offers panoramic 360-degree views with additional cozy built-in couches, perfect for sunbathing, evening drinks, or stargazing.

Guest Access

Guests enjoy privacy and a strong connection to the natural surroundings. The villa is located just 5 kilometers north of the lively beaches, town, and Mayan ruins of Tulum. Upon entering the property, visitors are greeted by extensive gardens and the soothing sounds of birds and gentle waves.

Inside, there are three floors of seating areas, decks, and beach access to choose from. The palapa-covered front deck is perfect for outdoor dining by the pool or beach, or for relaxing in one of the hammocks strung between the palms.

Staff are on-site Monday through Saturday to maintain the house and gardens in pristine condition. In-house chef services are also available to enhance your stay with delicious meals served at the villa.
